Busy gas station at a busy intersection. Has a good number of pumps so there is rarely a wait. Facilities are relatively new, and the store is the usual with items well stocked. Nothing to complain about side from the normally high prices which are standard for the area.

Strange interaction . Used Shell app. I think the attendant cancelled it but gas was pumped . Some dude is yelling out the store door that I needed to pay. Had to go in to pay. Seemed fishy and felt profiled.Now I have multiple charges for one interaction.

Stopped in because our vehicle showed low tire pressure. Was getting ready to handle it ourself and one of the Shell employees came out and helped us by taking the tire pressure and filling as appropriate. Nice to have help on a cold day!

I never had a favorite gas station, but this is it. People are helpful, reasonably priced car wash, right by Edens and Northbrook Court. And if you just want a caffeine free Diet Coke on the rocks, you can grab one for under a buck.

Usually stop by in the morning before heading out, not sure if itsi just me but, the lady here never gives me my items in my hand, she usually just throws it on the counter like she wants me to fetch but other than that its a good station.

Be careful at this station. They seem to have their pumps programed to charge you for a car wash even if you say you dont want one. I selected No wash and then it tried to get me to select which wash I wanted. There was no way to back out without going to the cashier. He told me that it happened at alot.

Gas station just normal like typical Shell. Be careful with car wash: its not touchless system, brushes are heavy and not gentle. If you have SUV, (BMW, Mercedes, Navigator) there is very high risk of lost of your rear wiper. Not just a blade, a whole wiper with arm. I lost my mine. Staff refuses to take any responsibility of it.

Best gas station at lake cook and 41. Also great car wash and people watching.

They sell gas and stuff. Usually not crowded. Good gas prices.

Quick in and out for gas nothing extra maybe grab a drink or two

SHELL has best gas prices in Northbrook area. Thorntons gas station across street comes in a close 2nd.
