Well stock with many comics of the dc and marvel universe. I am no expert with those but i can say that they do have a huge section of back issues inside the store for those that want to get the comics of their favorite heroes.It is worth noting that while they do have a section for manga, it is very limited. The staff seems to be nice people but i was far too busy looking for comic to ask the staff whether or not they had the comic i was looking for.

A great place to go to. I have never had any bad experiences here - and there is something actually quite refreshing going to a store where the staff may not know every item they have in stock, makes for interesting conversations - I also hate going to a place where some sales person tries to cram an item down your throat - doesnt happen here and thats fine with me. Hey - if it were a shoe store, you think the clerk there knows every single Nike item they have - no. Ive always had a pleasant time with all of their staff and their new selection of books are quite good. Their service has always been above and beyond the call of duty. The store is bright, clean and professional looking. If youre in the area - you should stop in. Really.

Fun comic book store with gaming events at night. I wish they would do more events for the younger tween crowd, but my son will soon grow into Magic. If you are getting dinner downtown this is a nice place to stop afterwards. Comics are NOT just for kids!

Youre better off going anywhere else. The staff doesnt seem to want to help or care for your business. Ive gone here a bunch of times wanting to like this place but each time the experience is terrible. Wish it was better because its right down the street =(.

I mean, its fine for what it is: a very small comic shop. The main issue I have if them is theyre rarely open when they say they are. Ive popped by on two or three different occasions only to find the place closed one or two hours before its stated closing time with no note or explanation given.

Awful. The person i talked to had no idea what they do or dont have. Which I honestly didnt have a problem with if it wasnt for the fact that he was incredibly rude. Went there a couple times when I moved to Highland park and same crappy experience. Youre better off finding another store if your looking to ask questions or about anything specific

This location keeps current and past issues in stock. The store also stocks every current series issues of comic books. The people are friendly and simple, which is great for introverts. They also sell games, accessories, and other related items.

Im really going to miss Fallout when I leave Jersey. Ive been buying my comics from them for about five years now, since they were in the basement space off of George St. The staff is always friendly, theyre always happy to chat about stuff, and they even add stuff they think I might like to my weekly pull (with no pressure to buy, of course). Whatever my next comic store is, they will be hard-pressed to measure up to these guys.

Feel like the guy wasnt really helpful. The place has random boxes full of comic books but didnt really have an explanation from the guy about the comics in the boxes. I asked but he gave me the wrong info.

Have been going here for close to five years, and there is nothing I would change here. Mark and the staff are knowledgable and fun, leading to good times and even better memories. They have revamped their toy section, but their comics are unparalleled (especially their back catalogue).

The fall out shelter of highland park nj has a very wide selection of comic books and comic book related pieces however like stated in the other review most of the staff is very rude and misplacing. The only people they hire are close related friends that dont even know to much on comics and the grey haired guy who I suspect is the owner is a complete loser that I guess takes out all his issues in life out on the customer. Would suggest maybe other closer shops such as CLASSIC COMICS of Rahway which have the friendliest staff and great selection of comic related things and or TIMEZONE GAMING of Fords which has the most upbeat staff and good selection of gaming and modern comics.

Went on a Saturday. Arrived at 5:20 pm and they were closed. Google maps said they were open until 6 pm. Very disappointing. Went to Comic Sanctuary and they were open. Spent my money there instead.

Solid staff had a nice e time when I went to an event here.

Everyone here is really knowledgeable and they have a lot of stock, so theres always a new comic to find. They also have events and back issue sales often. Support your local comic shops!
