Lovely Fresh food loads of wholesome organic..a tad pricey but worth the extra money for great quality food. Baked Goods to die for but they also have many organic and Vegan selections. Very lovely wines 🍷 selection. Even taste testing the wine was 👍Great! Very wonderful helpful staff. Very clean well organized store.

I used to love the store. It had a great selection and products that other places didnt - and they were close to me. After Amazon purchased them I thought it would go downhill quickly but it didnt. Its gone downhill gradually. The store is visually an Amazon hub now right down to the service. I spent a decent amount of money which was over what I would consider reasonable and I even had to bag my own groceries. The cashier didnt acknowledge my existence other than to give me the total and I realized then that Amazon had ruined another business.

Great location with great food and prices. You can get sandwiches, pizza, coffee, and sush to go or while youre shopping theyll make it. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. It would be nice if they had a place to turn North on 2499. The Justin and 2499 intersection is slammed during rush hour and weekends.

Went to Whole Foods 4-5 times on a recent visit with family. Very nice store for organic, fresh produce and fruit. Excellent selection of gluten free foods and craft beers too! Sale items are priced competitively and we also like thier private brand. Appreciated my Amazon returns could be dropped off quick and easy at their Customer Service Counter. Recommend!

Rude cashiers. Next time I make an hour and a half drive into town to grocery shop, I’ll choose a store that treats their customers with some dignity. They acted like the size of my purchase was an inconvenience. 🙄

It is a good whole foods store which does maintain goods and replenishes quickly. Hopefully they will address the dairy section freezer, soon.The deals on beer are better than most stores within 10 miles radius.

I was discriminated against by an employee at the door. I was with my three year old and decided to leave rather than spend my money at a place that doesn’t want my business. I will never shop at any Whole Foods because of this very negative and unpleasant experience. I went to Market Street and the employees were so nice. Totally different experience. When I go to a grocery store I expect to go in, buy what I want, pay and leave. Whole Foods has nothing that other stores dont. No need to go through harassment there to buy what you need

Ah i love this place, getting the quality food our bodies need. All of the workers there are amazing and the mushrooms selection is better than other grocery stores. I love that we get a discount because of the Amazon Prime membership. The variety of foods and brands is great so you can always try new things. As a vegan I loved how the variety in the plant based items!

Whole Foods is always clean and their customer service skills are on point. Their produce is very fresh and if you are looking for organic, this is an excellent place to visit. Do not forget to download the Whole Foods app and connect it to your Amazon account especially if you have a Prime account as you will almost always save if you scan it at the register.

The bakery goods are superb.

DO NOT use the Amazon pick up here. They will lose your items, make you return to the store even though they cant find your items, and then hang up on you.

You won’t find any processed food here. Everything also tastes better when it’s bought from Whole Foods!

Uh oh, shouldnt have asked. Visited the taco bar at 11:15 this morning. No tacos. When I asked she informed me that they open at 11. Checks the time and flippantly says, were running late. Walk by 5 mins later, they are chatting, completely unbothered by their failings and again, NO TACOS. Stars are for the meat, fish and coffee. Whole Foods seems to have gone downhill a bit.

So grateful to have a Whole Foods close to me. Their produce cant be beat. It is always so fresh and there are so many options. It last 2 to 3x as long as other stores and the prices are very competitive for the quality. I also love the bakery. Tiramisu and the turtle cheese cake are amazeballs! Better than most stand alone bakeries! The local food options they carry are appreciated as well as the wide variety of healthy, quick grab and go options.

I had a simple Amazon return which involves minimal human communication yet somehow Zane was able to make me feel as his bad day should concern me.Rude and dismissive in a situation that a simple scan and walk away was in order.

I was excited to find out the bakery made vegan cakes so I called ahead and ordered one for my birthday. Unfortunately the cake tasted completely stale, everyone who tried a bite agreed it tasted like the cake was over a month old. While I was disappointed in my birthday the bakery has had other vegan baked goods that have impressed me before, and I was able to receive a full refund on the cake with no problem. Customer service was extremely helpful and I still recommend the baked goods, I think it was just a fluke this one time.

One of the male cashiers made an assumption when I brought paper bags to reuse for my purchases. He said to me “We dont take it back.” I didnt understand the subject since this cashier did not greet me at all but talked with other team members and ask some questions about the paper ag I brought. Trader Joes was appreciative a lot more than I expected, never imply or give me negative feedback with random assumptions. Lack of communication and his tone of voice and physical attitude with customers is very unprofessional. Very bad impression. I dont want to come back here anymore.

I would recommend this location. I came here with my spouse to get speciality items that are usually found on the shelf. The fact that certain items are available to my spouse when theres a designated hunt for a purple sweet potato or bartlett pears just makes this a first stop. The lot has sufficient parking and handicap parking as well. There are power doors to ease entry into the store. Jan2021

I dont usually write reviews on places like grocery stores, as there is usually not much to say. But in this case I want to let people know about the coffee at the Highland Village Whole Foods. First, this is pretty much our daily stop in the mornings to pick up our coffee, and I have to say its because of the quality of the coffee! None of the bitter, burnt, over roasted flavor of Starbucks (cheap coffee sold at a premium to people that dont know any better!), but a smooth, rich and flavorful taste; much more satisfying.And, invariably, after getting our coffee we pick up a few things like fruits, milk, or whatever while we are there. Im sure the management realizes that the coffee shop drives some of their sales, but Im not sure they realize just how much! We shop for a lot of our products at the Kroger Signature store in Bartonville, but Whole Foods for specialty items, or things where the quality really matters. But, its the coffee shop that means we buy a lot more at WF than we would if it wasnt there.One last thing... The folks that staff the coffee shop are usually super! I wish I could remember all their names to give them a shout out, but Sarah and CJ come to mind, but there are others equally worthy of a mention, but my memory fails me. It is so nice to hear Good morning, would you like your usual? :-)) Starts the day off nicely to be recognized and your order remembered.So, if you havent tried the WF coffee, I recommend you do, and youll never go back to Starbucks!

Very good store, clean and professional staff. They have good wine selection. The only thing not perfect is that they close too early now, the deli and soup was cleaned up around 7. But its a special time now, because covid-19, every store close early. Just pay attention to their schedule.

Someone is always cleaning, the staff is super helpful, and they have a great selection of healthy stuff at pretty good prices.

I shop at Whole Foods for pasture-raised meats at reasonable prices; their juice bar is also worth visiting. Their produce is expensive and gives them the reputation for being called Whole Paycheck. Service at this location has been about 80% great and 20% yucky to terrible. Normally, I do not mention these kinds of service errors, but wow, sometimes Ive been treated like dirt by someone behind the register here. Above all, the guys behind the meat dept are consistently arrogant and lacking in basic human skills, just no other way to say it. The poor guy who gets stuck having to do something extra for a customer is pitied, has little support, and above all the customer is treated like a nuisance. I suspect they are paid more than others in the store. They are like strutting peacocks, trying to be both cool and knowledgeable. I no longer ask them their opinion about anything, since they havent ever had one that was helpful though it is also true that after many years of counseling others in natural health, I may have a bit of expertise. Even little things I have asked them to do have been executed poorly. Many of these guys are all thumbs with knives. Its a wonder they dont hurt themselves! In contrast, there are some very knowledgeable yet humble people in other higher end stores carrying pasture raised meats and fish and higher-end products who have impressed me and even helped me immensely. Central Market in Southlake comes to mind. They are mostly extremely knowledgeable AND considerate. So it is possible to achieve!

They have great food from the hot bar one day, and dont serve it the next day.. its a hit and miss experience. Dont patron the hot food bar if youre looking for consistency, because they may or may not have what you want and youll drive out the way for a great disappointment!

If you think organic is healthier or something. And its worth 12 bucks for some celery God love you. I dont (not you the celery). They do have a good beer selection and thats probably the same price everywhere so...

The updated hours are 7-8am for 60+, immunocompromised and disabled, I came in within these hours as an immunocompromised individual and after checking out was rudely told to not come back during these hours because I was not “60+”. Train your employees properly.3-4 weeks later update:I also find it fairly hilarious that they don’t respond to majority of bad reviews, and respond to the “good” ones. Still no contact from the store concerning this matter, awful store.

The young man put my jar of pasta sauce, 2 jams and 2 pizzas in a double bagged paper bag. As I got home the bag handle broke and my pasta sauce jar shattered so I am 6.99 down. Not very happy

My wife and I ordered our Wedding Cake from Whole Foods Bakery. We were able to feed 125 guests via 1 sheet cake, 1 round cake and 3 dozen cupcakes - making for a very affordable option. We opted for the Chantilly Berry Cake and it was fresh, moist, and absolutely delicious.

Pretty awesome place. They have great service and amazing orgainic food. Definitely reccomend!

Disappointed. Website indicated grape leaves were available but only canned dolmas were. Bread department staff indicated no naan to a direct question but it was there as a manager informed me. Everyone is friendly but not all answers youll get are correct. Everything has a UPC so it should be easy to give correct information.

Sam behind the seafood & meat counter is very knowledgeable and super friendly! Alex was also a huge help, friendly & knowledgeable too. Ive been coming here for about a year now and everyone is always helpful and friendly.Expect lots of smiles when you come here. I will continue to buy my healthy food here for sure. I love the variety of products they carry.

I enjoy shopping here and enjoy the food. We visit the bar for good fish, chips and wine with friends occasionally. I only take away one star because I always have to stand around and ask for help at the bread department for freshly sliced bread. Rarely does anyone initiate service. Otherwise, love the place!

This is the nicest grocery store in the area. The selection of healthy foods is unmatched anywhere else. The prices are a little higher than other places, but you are paying for quality here. There is a neat little bar/dining area in the back with nice craft beers on tap. The staff is great.

While this is a smaller store, its always a typical pleasant Whole Foods shopping experience. If they dont have it, you can ask customer service to see about ordering it for you.

Employees are not trained in customer service at all. They will not yield to customers when they move their carts around. Cashiers are not consistent greeting their customers and thanking them for the business. No undivided attention they will just chat with their baggers. Customers are the ones paying your paycheck after all. Remember that.

I loved how reasonably sized this WholeFoods is. Most of the ones I have been to are a bit intimidating but this one was a great size to walk around and actually be able to find things pretty quickly. The layout was very nice and everything was nicely organized. The aisles were clean and everything was in order. They have an amazing food bar where you can to go healthy prepared foods. Their produce was neatly displayed and everything could easily be spotted.Other than having trouble finding help when shopping and walking around everything was dandy! The cashier and bagger was super nice and my sister got to try using her Amazon account to get a discount. It seemed to work fluidly and the cashier also seemed to know how to work things with that as well.There is plenty of parking. They could use a few more of the double carts. It was early afternoon on a weekday so I dont see why it would be hard to find one. We had to hunt one down and wait to take one from another customer who was almost done with theirs.

No adult supervision. poor quality PRODUCE. why open a bar in a grocery store? thats pretty sad. overpriced and undermanned. try asking for a manager some time. now they appear to devote any people to servicing Amazon fresh orders. I would much rather have trader Joes there.

A lot of times people do not now what they are doing here behind the counter making sandwich orders. Train your people.

Great cake

This place has great variety and decent prices. Its clean and theres plenty of space at the eating/dine-in area. Perfect for quick lunch. However, the staff was unaware of there own sales going on at the time. They seemed pushy and rushed off customers asking for help finding items. Hopefully they get some training to fix it.

This is a review just about the Wholefoods parking garage and in store decor. Top notch yall!I mean, I could look at digital signage and light indicators to know exactly where to park. The escalator is nice... even sloped for carts to go down, how cool!Inside theres so much environmental design greatest, its almost overwhelming. Theres fun areas, there elegant areas, theres open bright areas, theres more intimate areas. This is a grocery store yall but shoot dang do they do it well.Love that plant wall above the escalator too.Oh and food seems good.

Love this inside layout and look . Different from the one in Irving . I would go again.
