The wait wasnt too long, less than 10 minutes. The AAA rep Joe was awesome and super helpful, friendly and relatable. We were able to get everything finished and signed in under 45 min. But I was there for about 2 hours just having a great time learning about different types of auto insurance and other insurance plans and policies. No question went unanswered and I didnt feel embarassed to ask more questions nor did I feel rushed through the process. With representatives like Joe I totally understand why sometimes the wait can be super lengthy. Thanks Joe!!! You rock Bro!!!

Went for DMV services the overall experience going very well. Staff friendly efficient and very polite until the my encounter with an insurance agent. The information she gave was accurate but he body language and tone was nasty and she dismissed me while I still had questions by calling another client over while I was still standing there. So much kindness by all the other staff an this one person ruined it all! The first cubicle to the left when you walk in is the person I am referring to. I was so upset I didn’t remember her name. Overall the experience was good just one bad apple maybe she was having bad day as we all do.

Usually busy but staff is always friendly

2 weeks ago I asked a representative to turn off the auto pay to my account. I explained that It was going to be a very tough month for me financially. She explained that after 10 days I would be charged a $7.00 late fee, and then after9 more days my insurance could be cancelled. I said understood and to take off the auto-pay. I called to confirm a couple days before originally due and the rep confirmed that auto pay was off. Well the $32.68 was taken from my bank anyway. Which left my account not only overdrawn, But I will now have to pay overdraft fees from the bank. I am a 64 disabled woman and now cant eat for the rest of the.month!! I called back waited an hour and 1/2 to be told nothing you can do. Tough luck for me.

Robyn was absolutely fantastic in her abilities to help us with the transfer of a vehicle today. We literally had no clear idea what would be involved but she walked us through every step. Just the best!

I would rather go to AAA then DMV any day of the year. The people are very pleasant and eager to help.My only complaint is that they do not take my bank debit card.You can pay by cash, check or credit card but if you pay by credit card you are charged a 3.8%!

Many of the online functions are disabled and have been for a while.Cannot manage my Policy online during the Pandemic. Am not even able to add or remove vehicles as I sell or purchase them in real time to satisfy DMV requirements.

I was having my car picked up from my house and taken to the shop - It took a little while but I understand they were short handed that day. But the came, dropped my car off, Itorrp got fixed and I was on my way that day!! Thanx for you help AAA!!!!

Always great help here, its worth the drive if you are close by and avoid the other AAAs. Obviously members only, but its not expensive to become one

Love the place easy go in and come out within minutes. Way better than to be at the dmv surrounded by strangers during this sensitive times. I would recommend to anyone get the basic package you would love it so much you would want to upgrade just for there great service. Any AAA office service is the same but customer service at this branch location in highland is awesome.

AAA is so awesome if u dont have it you got to get premium package its like 137 bucks a year, But your first toe is 200 miles and every toe after that is a 100 miles way worth it not to mention travel rental car dicounts

Safe and reliable service every time. Went and planned a trip for my 20th anniversary in New Orleans. We received a great deal and loved all of the extras that we received.

Lines move pretty fast, youll spend about 1/10th of the time you would at the DMV. Even if you had an appointment.

Called 4 times before I could even get a quote to add my son BC apparently it takes a whole month to process the addition of a car to my policy. Kept getting agents that were so sorry the previous agent couldnt help and promised to personally look in to the matter. No one ever called me back. Finally was able to get a quote 2 weeks later. The agent that helped was great and very helpful. Got a quote within minutes and was even able to find out why there was an issue with adding a car... Turns out they werent sure if the car was registered to us. What? We only register through them. So frustrating!!

Dont go here if you need dmv services.. they dont know what they are doing.. told me I could not change title on a small boat, went to my local AAA in Huntington beach no problems there, exact same paperwork...

This location is too close to Redlands location where else they close San Bernardino location. There is no location around San Bernardino and Rialto.

Sure beats waiting in line at the DMV! I was able to register my vehicle, had to run and get a smog, returned and checked in. Fast, friendly and direct!

Ive been with Aaa some years they really do work with you to make sure that you keep your insurance they have great low prices Do everything they can to remind you to pay your insurance before having to report you to DMV they really do want to help as an Triple A customer I love there roadside service is quick and reliable anywhere anytime They have wonderful communication skills the entire time youre not just sitting on side the road wondering if someones going to show up Their customer service make sure to keep you safe and get you where you need to go Triple A offer more than just roadside assistance you should call agent and become a family of Triple A its worth it value customer 😉

Got surprised by the line not very courteous, no restrooms in case you needed them they had lots of service agents dont why when you call they put you on hold and then they call you back in and hour or so very poor service 😉, social security is faster believe it or not, I wouldnt recommend better off going to DMV asked lady outside what about seniors or handi capped she said it dont make difference I seen a few seniors and handi cap that got back in there car and left.

It seems like a small office, surprising as it is in a sort of strip mall setting. Covid means few in few out, lots of outdoor standing, but it went quick. Employees friendly, but really not enough parking. Still, there is more parking for a very short walk from other part of lot, so really cant ding. You can sure do a lot of DMV stuff at AAA.

Stopped by for a renewal. Waited outside as per covid19 capacity and safety mandates. My wait wasnt long. Maybe 5 or 6 minutes if that.The entire inside was practicing social distancing. Masks. Counter shields. With whats required for their safety as well as the publics safely. So I felt very safe.Every staff member I interacted with was beyond hospitable, helpful and friendly.

This is the office off of Baseline and Boulder. Ive been dealing with this office for years and have enjoyed every visit. Every single staff member I have had the pleasure to deal with has been very pleasurable and professional. Wish every place ive had to deal with, was like this office. Even if i ever move out of the area, I would plan to keep this office my own.

I called for roadside assistance because I had locked my keys in my car. The driver that showed up was there within 10 minutes and was super friendly. I wish I could remedy his name.

Road service will leave you on foot...if you are not familiar with the small print in the policy, ...4 calls that is all you get lock out, tow, battery jump that is it.Tow request companys can refuse to come out to you cause they are lazy....if you live in a rual area, be prepared...know what you are getting for your premium membership.Trippal A discounts, bate and switch...Overall, cant live without them...Thank youGeico will come out to you quick

AAA the best thing ever. Recently I had to go to the DMV for something AAA couldnt do and I got there 5:30 in the morning and I was still third person in line.... Also one day I forgot I had AAA and went to the check cashing place in San Bernardino to register a vehicle and the check cashing place fees used to be 20 or $30 since the covid19 their fees went up to 80 bucks.... Thats ridiculous taking advantage of a bad situation..... If you dont have AAA,get it cuz it helps in so many ways..... Coco Loco SB
