Skimmers on the pumps.I was there on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 and my card was compromised.

Employee really just clocked out for her half as she called it knowing there was a customer (myself) coming. Even Arco waits for there to not be any customers to do their shift change.

Gisiva the store manger is very rude we bought some protien bars that where old called in to replace them she tells me they cant replace and ask why the dates dont match the ones on the shelf and she knows dam well they mix the old ones with the new ones very rude ive already called in to cusotmer servcie to make sure this doesnt happen to another customer

Is this place a joke? Employees absolutely do not have a customer service backbone whatsoever. 3rd time I’ve gone here only to find a “temporarily closed” sign stuck to the door: Only gas station on the planet that randomly closes when the employees don’t feel like working. What an absolute joke.

I use this station usually every weekend. I have never had an issue before except that this time there were 2 employees who were name calling each other and one was on the clock Z was his first initial and the other young man wasnt on the clock and stormed out of there and they both continued name calling with over 15 people standing in line to use the restroom. I was not in line for that. I did receive fast service however as I was being helped the cashier Z continued to argue with his fellow co worker. It was very uncomfortable and I hope that the next time I use this station there wont be that issue of animosity towards each other.

I am shown nothing but disrespect every time I go in there staff are very rude and untrained need to be taught how to put customers first instead of themselves
