This is what I mean by one person can make a difference! I am currently 33weeks pregnant I could not hold anything down, due to my diet I look it up that maybe it’s best for me to try some vegan ensure.. I was just in this CVS about 5mins ago, the cashier that helps me is very helpful and patience and on top of that she shows that she cares she pays attention to detail!!! I’ve been trying to find a plant based ensure, the CVS happened to have them but did not realize that the plant based options all of them has been expired, she notify us and she even take the time to go back and find the one that’s not expired, even though there’s nothing on stock.. but I appreciate her effort!! Her name is JENNIFER, I am so thankful for her!! my pregnancy has not been easy for me but she just made my day a lot better!!

Mahir Ibrahim has been working super hard to make this store not ghetto... I come here everyday and I see the whole team doing there fair share of work to provide a safe shopping experience. There are so many cvs around the around but this one stands out. The friendly bilingual staff will help you and make you feel welcome to the store..

Love going here. Always have what I need. I buy alot of diapers and theres always deals on pamper. So this place makes me very happy. Also love going here as my pharmacy and for there photo kiosk. So far only had 1 problem and it was fixed within 3 mins.

I came in tonight 10/31 to get baby formula around 9pm. I was having a rough night but the cashier (I didnt get her name) really made my night.her customer service and her vibe put a smile on my face. She doesnt know it but she really made my night and I thank you. Im sorry I didnt get her name because she deserves the praise.I will always come back to this CVS just because of her :)

Henry is the first person youll meet. He greets you and smiles so infectiously that you cant help but smile. Great service and great atmosphere. I love this place!

My daughter ordered over 100 pictures on line to be picked up. When we went to pick up the pics they were not ready, they had ran out of paper since early this morning. No one called or emailed her to inform her of her order. - Merry Christmas 😢

Why does the only person thats helping the line of five people that are trying to check out have to go unlock and babysit the liquor Isle as well? If liquor theft is that bad, just get rid of it and stop inconveniencing your other customers.

The front part of the store where its just a cashier is fine. Those people are super friendly. However, the pharmacy staff is terrible. On top of that the answering machine for the pharmacy keeps saying that its closed (its 7pm) when online it says they are open until 10. I just wanted to call and ask a question regarding my insurance. I dont want to drive and waste the gas if I end up with an answer that means I cant get my prescription. I would rather hear that over the phone.

Very disappointed and saddened about my experience visiting this store. I recently went to this store to pick up a few items and was racially profiled. As I was shopping the cashier went over the intercom to tell security to monitor the cameras in the area that I was in. I was not the only customer but I was the only black customer in the store. It was embarrassing as well as unacceptable. And to the associate Henry who tried to apologize and blame the manager for pressuring him to make those announcements when individuals of color walk in your store, theres no excuse and you should be ashamed of your self. I will never shop or promote a CVS store again.

The folks who are in the pharmacy are some of the best people youll ever want to deal with. They Rock..

Went in this morning with my husband and our 2 boys . Ive been shopping at every cvs and walgreens around town checking out the 75% off select hair products which is too good to pass up lol . Ive already purchased soo much but i decided to stop by this location and luckily found some things . While i was shopping one of the employees (taylor) was pretending to walk the store always ending up in the aisle i was in .I was so shocked at her horrible service and will definitely not coming back to this location. I dont know what her deal was she must of thought i was stealing or she was really walking the store and was just weird .

The lady at the pharmacy tells me it will be 20 mins for the prescription to be done. I waited 20 mins went to the pick up only to be told they dont have it in stock. Then the girl was useless in helping me find a cvs that would have it. Yet another cvs that I called was able to find one that did have the prescription in stock. Pharmacy employees need to be trained better in customer service. If I could give them no starts I would.

I drive a long way to deal with this staff. They know me by name and I appreciate that.

Since moving out here about 6 or so months ago I thought switching my medications from the CVS in Rancho Cucamonga to the one here at at Palm and Baseline was going to be nothing but confusion. I was completely wrong the Pharmacists and the Techs are the best they always look out for my well being and if I have a refill coming up they got it handled at CVS you have no worries they get it done. From the minute you WALK in the door you can feel the customer service shine from top to bottom. So #8436 you knocked socks off of #9723 in Rancho Cucamonga and I was a customer their for 30 plus years. Keep up the good work and your entire store just is awesome. Thanks for taking good care of me back in the Pharmacy see you again sometime next week I believe.

Stayed on hold for over 15minutes when calling to check on Medication. Medication not ready twice after time promised.

The pharmacy staff are so rude and unprofessional I would not recommend coming here at all.

The bathroom was very dirty and smelled like urine.

Worst customer service especially by manager Taylor doesnt listen to customers why have curbside pick up if they system doesnt even work said I would pick my order up next day then on my way back home she cancelled even though they already charged my card because I said I was going to come back and speak to her manager above her.

Slow and terrible service. I wont be coming here again.
