My husband, Chris, was on a road trip, when a rock from a passing truck broke the rear window of the Subaru. I was in California calling Subaru and the main Safelite in Aurora, Denver. Chris drove from Nebraska/South Dakota, I flew in to Denver and we went to the shop. Wonder Woman was so nice. Kenny replaced the rear window in just over an hour and we finished our road trip back to California. I was going to pay out of pocket to replace window then they let me know that they did intact work with my insurance to get my window replaced. They communicated with me via text which is preferred with my schedule. I think I spoke with 3 different people at the shop and each of them were professional, knowledgeable and very kind. A true professionally run auto shop that does more than auto glass tinting. We recently had our 2021 Tesla Model Y upgraded by Cameron and his team with PPF, window tinting and ceramic coating. After doing some research I found that a majority of known glass repair companies are within the same price range. The one thing that set Advanced Auto Glass apart was the mobile repair. Before you disregard this comment I know that just about every company offers a mobile repair option, but Advance Auto Glass was the only one that I found that didnt charge extra for the mobile glass repair. They over communicated and made it very convenient to have it the windshield replaced and it was done within 30 minutes! Will be using them again and will definitely be sending friends and family too them!

Great service and friendly technicians. They told me about 30-45 min for the install, got it installed in 24 min!! That’s nuts! And they did it right too! Top quality glass with some added features like sun shading where the rear-view mirror goes. Nice. Will be using them from now on and will be getting tiny from them too.

Living in CO and having to drive several miles to get to work, having to purchase 1-2 windshields a year becomes a part of ones budget, and I prefer to pay for it vs running the risk of having my insurance raise premiums for multiple years. In the past Ive always just used one of the large national chains, and always thought it would be best to bring the car into the shop because in my mind it just meant they would do a better job installing. Jake and Joey with Advance Auto Glass proved me wrong - they did an amazing job, were awesome to work with, and saved me a bit compared to that national chain I had always gone with. Getting a quote over Yelp was fast and easy. They scheduled a time, and when they arrived, they realized that my car had a rain/light sensor, which required a different windshield - which I just assumed the VIN would tell them that (so lesson learned, be sure to mention it if your car has sensors) - it wasnt a problem though, Jake and Joey were able to get the windshield from a local warehouse and came early the next morning. I have a car thats a bit of a headache to work on (most local shops cringe at it); so I was happy that Advance was able to work on it, and they even re-installed my dash cam and CO State Parks sticker as if nothing ever happened. Very thankful for the windshield replacement, really appreciate Jake and Joey doing an awesome job, and will definitely call Advance for future replacements/repairs.

Scheduling was easy, albeit nearly two weeks out for the earliest availability. Professional and polite interactions until the day of my scheduled service. I texted to confirm my appointment an hour beforehand and was told they had decided to close for the holiday and forgot to call me and let me know. Only remedy offered was to reschedule, which I declined.I called another local shop with great reviews, they got me in on the day I called and provided me the same product for 38%/$75 less than Advance Auto Glass. These guys sure are the real deal. I had my vehicle Brought in for a clear bra. The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and set me up with the best package. Yes it was a little more than some of the other shops but I am so dang happy I chose these guys! I got quotes from several vendors in the area and Advance Auto Glass was priced $350-400 less than competitors. Since I was paying out of pocket instead of going through insurance, this was a huge factor. Technicians Joey and Jake came to my home at 7:30 in the morning on a weekday, drove my vehicle to the service center, did the replacement, then dropped off my vehicle before 9:00 a.m. Yes, the entire process took less than an hour and a half including the commute from Littleton to Highlands Ranch, replacement and recalibration. Joey and Jake were prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and kind to my dog! Windshield was replaced, the two guys were very nice, however they drilled a massive hole in the carpet ceiling that I have and they also drilled massive scratches in the two support bars for the window. I am only giving this place an extra star because the two guys that were doing this were pretty nice and apologetic. I also had to take my truck all the way back to their shop so they could finish filling the gaps in the windshield so it wouldn’t leak and whistle. It still whistles even after that. I’m not joking. I’m taking this thing to a shop and have the insane amount of damage they caused fixed. So not worth it. Its a place that you are told that the owner can do whatever he wants with his customers with no respect. I had a 2015 Toyota Highlander that I booked to get tint. In between I sold my Highlander and bought a new 2021 Camry. I still had weeks for my appointment so I called them and told them I dont have my Highlander no more but I will bring my Camry in on my appointment day, they said its ok. So on my appointment day I took the Camry and started talking about the price. The lady at the front door gave me a the same with my old suv, I wondered and asked her how a Sedan and an suv have a same price with same quality and all. She replied its because the year difference makes the price different. I was shocked when I heard that! At that moment I knew she didnt know what she was talking about so I asked her to call the owner for me, she told me he went to Florida so I cant talk to him. So I told her to call me a manager ( she went in and called someone that I dont think is a manager at all). When I booked for my Highlander it was the owner that gave me that quote so I kinda know him ( my dad had a different business with them, thats how I actually know the place. Which they did a bad job with the clear bra). Story in short the so called manager walked in with a smile on this face. I explained to him that she gave me the same price for my sedan compared with suv. He didnt even think twice before he spoke, right after I finished his voice fueled with rudeness said their is no difference between a sedan and a suv price so if u want to do it do it if not bye. He actually tried to explain how they are similar. So then I asked for my deposit and left disrespected. The other thing that happened was few weeks before or the day I took an appointment my dad was giving his car to them to do clear bra and tint, they asked for $500 deposit which I think is not fair. After they were done with his car he paid fully and asked for a recite they told him we will send it to ur email address he said ok and left. They didnt deliver his recite for almost 3 weeks and the only reason they sent it was because he was calling them and arguing with them about that. Not just once but a couple time he called. I dont know much about the law but I think this is an illegal thing to do. If he didnt fight to get that recite they would never send him. !!!!!!!‼️‼️SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE EVEN BY MISTAKE!!!!!!!‼️‼️

Have taken multiple cars here to get windows tinted. They did an excellent job on my Audi Q7 to match front windows to the rear ones. Also had them do a strip on the windshield which ended up looking fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and wanted to have the windows tinted mainly for aesthetics and privacy. After doing some research, I reached out to Advance Auto Glass and Tint requesting a quote. Cameron got back to me in a timely manner and walked me through the process and benefits of tinted windows. My appointment was supposed to take between 3-4 hours but took closer to 4.5 since Johnny was the only one doing it. They have a small waiting area that they let me hang out in and watch Netflix while I waited. Johnny did a phenomenal job on the install and everyone else I encountered was professional and knowledgeable. If you want a window tint done properly and at a great price, look no further. 10/10 encourage folks to come here.

They did a great job replacing the rear glass on my Jeep overland. After someone vandalized my car and left shattered glass all over the back they took the time to vacuum it all out, replace the window, and even took the extra step to fix the trunk module that had glass shards in it. Kenny and the rest of the crew definitely went the extra mile to get it in the same day and make it as hassle free as possible. Four glass replacement/tints later and I have never been disappointed! Requested a quote online for a windshield replacement, provided my VIN in my request. Received a response quickly via text, email and phone call. The quote was much lower than others. Called to schedule and made sure to confirm the price. We scheduled for Friday with a 2 hour window. Issue 1. Friday came and no one showed up. Called them and they put me on their schedule for Saturday not Friday. Okay, mistakes are made and Saturday worked too. Issue 2. They followed up with a call and text to confirm my Saturday appointment and verify my VIN. They then tell me the price again and it’s $173 higher than the original quote received. I forwarded them the email I received with the original price, and they would not honor it.I cancelled my appointment at this point. They did apologize, but offered nothing to make things right.

Had set an appointment for 2:15 yesterday afternoon to get a stone chip repaired, arrived about 2:10, the tech immediately began service and finished about 15 minutes later.
