Super disappointing that they have their business set up to funnel you to scheduling / starting a claim without being able to talk to a live person. And then when I did finally get a live person, they did the same. No knowledge of the industry to answer any questions, just wanted to start a claim so that they could schedule an appointment. I went to the website, redirected to scheduling. started a live chat, redirected to scheduling. called the toll free, redirected to scheduling. called the local number for the location Id take my car, redirected to scheduling. Such a bummer that customer service is automated on every level and its not even helpful other than trying to get you to schedule. Didnt even get to scheduling b/c I had questions and couldnt get a person who could answer them. Thats unnerving if I had questions for the actual service.
I had windshield replaced on 8/7, no glue applied to bottom of glass which flooded the entire interior of my vehicle. Glass replaced on 8/24. Flood causes odor and mold which affected my kids who have health calamities. Safelite managers Christopher Paul & Christopher Newman did not resolve reimbursement for damages yet. Working to repair damages has been a long on-going process. Many hours lost from work and personal time.
Excellent, efficient service. My cracked winshield required replacement. Insurance directed me to Safelite in Centennial. Location is clean and very busy. My car required both a winshield replacement and recalibration of smart driving technology. All was accomplished in 2 hours. Serviceman returned my car to me in great shape. He was knowledgeable gave clear directions about what not to do for the next 24 hours and then turned over the key to me. I am a happy customer that recommends this location without hesitation.
These people run a slick operation! Very simple process to get the insurance claim going, and I had a guy in my parking lot replacing my windshield in under 24 hours! I definitely recommend them.

My experience was very frustrating. I set up an appointment to get a regulator changed out for my passenger side window And then they called me A-day later saying I had to go get the regulator. They asked me if anybody had contacted me about that before and I said no. The guy that I talked to was new to do and didnt really know one thing from another.
Quick service. The parking lot has extreme entrance angles. If youre driving a sports car or an RV, dont enter the parking lot until you know which side the work is done. They should have warning signs about the entry angle of the curb.
Cant speak to a human being to see if Safelite can replace a windshield with a windshield heater and rain detection. Local stores wont answer the phone. They are over reliant on formated answering responses.
This is ridiculous. Cant speak to a human to ask a question. Obviously they dont care about it. If there is an issue, how can we resolve it? Its better to take the business to some place that has humans instead of robots.
I used Safelite to replace the windshield on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio after a rock cracked it badly. Safelite was able to get me an appointment a day later. Furthermore, I asked for an OEM windshield and they accommodated (i.e. my new windshield is stamped Alfa Romeo). Safelite also successfully performed the camera re-calibration. When my car was ready, I received a call directly from the Tech that performed the work on my vehicle. He was very professional and met me when I arrived to pick up my car. I noticed that, despite not having replacement E-470 stickers, Chris, my Tech, took the time to transfer my old sticker to my new windshield. Lastly, Chris spoke with me about the warranty and care of the new windshield. I was VERY impressed and will most definitely come to Safelite FIRST for my auto glass needs.
I will not be using Safelite, especially this location ever again. I will also being sharing with my friends and family the horrible experience I had. The manager here lacked in customer service skills. I had an issue with my windshield repair and the manager treated me like I was in the wrong. He did not offer to help rectify the problem, instead he talked about how the technician was the best. The warranty was not covered with me and the manager told me that that technician covers it always. (basically calling me a liar). This was the worst experience I have ever had and will be sharing with others. I have been in customer service for a very long time and you should always try to make things right for them. Very disappointing. Used Right Choice Auto Glass instead and they were wonderful beginning to end!
I had to remove my wiper blade and reinstall at the correct angle. Nothing major but its annoying that the tech didnt care to make sure my rear wiper was horizontal.

The quality of the work was bad since they damaged the original windshield molding when replacing my windshield. Don’t go here. They always tells you your glass broke because of impact. In 3 years I had their glass replaced 3 times.. first time cracked they said it’s not covered by warranty, I didn’t said anything. 2nd time the glass cracked in a year and their was no impact, it cracked it my garage, and they won’t cover in warranty. They have bad quality glass. 2nd time also installers broke my trim.

Being Two Weeks Out for an Appointment and someone completely mess up

He arrived on time and proceeded to complete the replacement in a very professional manner, taking time to explain the process in a concise, detailed, and understandable way that we greatly appreciated. He clearly had the experience and requisite knowledge of our particular auto windshield installation to complete the job in a very timely manner, and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a technician of his caliber. Found a large crack in my windshield one Friday evening. Made an appointment for Monday. Dropped off my car before 10am and it was done a few hours later. Picked it up that night. And its been over a week. No issues! Staff was very friendly and social distancing properly. Everyone was in masks. Overall, a great experience.

I has to use the service where they came to me. My experience with Safelite was great! Christopher helped me out and he did a wonderful job. He came to my work and was very patient with me (even though I was busy, he was willing to work with my timing). The glass itself is wonderful and the replacement seems to have worked flawlessly. Following, they took their time cleaning my windows and vacuuming the interior for me. The technician even noticed one of my wipers was cracked and replaced it for me. I dont think Ive ever actually been somewhere where they treated me kindly and fairly just because its what they should do and not because it is just their job. You could tell the team that helped me out went above and beyond what was expected and I was very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Ive already reccomended using Safelite to others and will continue to do so!

I just had a chip to be filled in. I called state farm and they said just swing by any place and give them my policy number. Car has 4k miles on it. Technician said I needed windshield wipers asap. No, my windshield wipers work great. And theyre new. During my chip getting fixed they need me to pay cash. They blame state farm. Ive been with State farm for 20 years. Its not state farms fault. I paid the $65 and got reimbursed for the $65. Safelite sucks!

Ive had service 2 different times with 2 different vehicles. Ive been very impressed with both experiences. The first was done on a modern truck at my place. The two gentlemen who showed up were great. I chatted with them during the entire job and the result was perfect. Very happy. The second experience was done on my newly acquired 25 year old truck in its first stage of restoration. I was told by the guys who did the first truck to take this one in since it was an older truck and therefore better serviced. The gentleman who worked on it was absolutely awesome. He took great care on the existing delicate rubber. Afterwards, he talked with me specifically about the rear view mirror and how the electrics bound in a certain way could cause a fire. He was experienced for sure. Im very happy and highly recommend this outfit.

This company is a ripoff. They charge twice the price that they should be charging. You pay the same deductible, regardless, but they gouge you though the insurance company, and make twice as much money as other, more honest companies. Safelite Autoglass is a perfect example of why our insurance rates keep going up. use abra or another company that operates honestly!
If I could, I’d give this location 0 stars. I really hope that if you choose them for their services- your experience is better than mine. Worst customer service I had in a very long time. Had some concerns about an incident with a brand new windshield, and instead of respectfully talking about the situation the customer service representative turned it into an argument. Highly recommend seeking service else where!

This company doesnt answer the phone promptly. They didnt transfer my gate stickers over when they replaced my wind shield. I had to call, been on hold 15 minuets and nobody will pick up. Now I will have to waste more time to go into our association and pay for a new sticker. Unacceptable.
Charles is awesome hes been out woth the mobile unit to fix a few chips on my windshield a couple times. He is always super nice, polite, and above all really helpful.Just so happened I got some new plates for my car so I was going to put them on while he repaired my windshield, I forgot a screw driver in my apartment and he offered to put them on for me. Such a little thing but something like that goes a long way.Ill always request him when I need my windshield fixed...because lets face it Im in Colorado so Ill be needing some sort if windshield repair
I was so pleased with my experience here, it was really unbelievable! I made a claim through my insurance company for a new windshield since I had coverage and then called into Safelite to schedule an appointment. They offer both mobile and in-house appointments. It was more convenient for me to go with an in-house appointment, due to my responsibilities at work. They give you a 5-hour window for mobile appointments. I went in yesterday (with my iPad for work and all), as I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours total. I went in and was there for less than an hour before Chris came in and said I was ready to go. I thought he was kidding! In addition to being SUPER quick, the job they did was fantastic! The new windshield looks great, they cleaned all exterior windows, and they vacuumed the entire front section of my car. I couldnt have been more pleased with the job done, and every employee I encountered was helpful and kind. I seriously cant recommend this place enough!

A couple of years ago we replaced our windshield here. About 14 months later the top sealing strip (purely cosmetic) came loose. A bit of a pain but I just taped it back. Finally got around to calling Safelite to see if they would fix it. They told me it was all on warranty. They set an appointment 2 days later. Guy came out and in the process of the repair the windshield broke so he replaced that. All of this on WARRANTY. Excellent quick service. Thanks for being stand up.
I had a great experience getting my passenger window replaced after having my car broken into. The person working the reception counter was very friendly and welcoming. The technician was nice and I could tell that he really enjoyed his job and working with people. The prices were great also. It took them about 3 hours to do the work, which was 2X as long as they had quoted, but my car is a new model and it was worth the wait. Oh yeah, and they even worked me in when my appointment was scheduled for the next day.
Great customer service. When they replaced my windshield they actually had a problem with the new one cracking. I had to come back a week later to get another put in - but they did a great job making this easy on me. They dropped the car off and gave me a ride home since I had to come back a second time. Even though they had a minor problem I was really impressed with how well they handled it.
Didnt experience a single issue. My appointment fell within the timeline designated. The front office staff wad kind, quick, and helpful. The techniations were even better. They did a phenomenal job repairing my windshield. They even vacuumed my floors for me. My insurance covered the whole repair and I left this service shop very happy. Highly recommended! Very easy to schedule, great service at the shop. Had my windshield replaced on an Outback. Price was fair, service was quick. On top of just a great experience there they vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car. Which I wasnt expecting at all considering how messy it was with spilled kids food, dog hair, etc. Plus little things like putting the change oil sticker back and leaving the seat and mirrors alone. I got the car back in far better shape then I dropped it off.
I had to have my windshield replaced, and unfortunately a couple issues arose after this. I did schedule an appointment to have it checked out. There was a miscommunication with scheduling when I got there, but they quickly helped me despite having a full schedule. Brennan Mason who is a lead technician helped me right away, fixed both my issues and was very nice and helpful. As of now, my problems are resolved!
Earlier this week I called Safelite AutoGlass to replace a cracked windshield. The scheduler found an appointment to fit into my schedule and to have the work completed at my home, no less! At this point I was extremely satisfied with Safelite AutoGlass. Little did I know, the Technician (Francis) would be the epitome of customer service. I will definitely continue to use this company; hopefully I wont have to to often, though.
I got the windshield and a side window replaced at the Safelight in Highlands Ranch, the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, and the work was done in half the time that I figured it would take. Good pricing and honored a request that I forgot to ask about until after the work was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Very professional, reasonably priced and very fast. Great job. They even got rid of some rust from off of the seal channel on the 1994 Toyota Camry where the rubber seal wraps around the glass and they vacuumed the interior of the car.
Well, my car (Highlander Hybrid) has so many windshield options (at least 4) that it was almost inevitable that I would pick the wrong one (moisture sensor, but not rain sensor). These guys werent able to get the right one right away, and they were full the next day, so the only way I could get the windshield done on Saturday was to leave it all day, which I couldnt. I tried to negotiate a way to leave it part of the day, but the scheduler wouldnt have it.That might make another person mad, but to me saying no, when you really are trying to stay on schedule, is a pro move. Managing expectations.There was no charge for my stupidity, and I watched the operation roll for about an hour. It was just top-notch. If I am in that area again, I wouldnt hesitate to go there. I would definitely recommend calling to make sure that youve got exactly the right window before showing up.
Josh did an amazing job on my 1997 Land Cruiser, which does not have a windshield replacement process that is the same as most vehicles. Great work!
Really nice people, helpfull, and fun. I suggested that a couple people I know that it might be a nice place to try and work. I made my insurance claim, gave them the number and everything got all figured out. Very professional work on the window, clear after care instructions. Will be coming back for my windshield. Unsure about how efficient the call center is but I had nothing but good experience at this location.

Windshield and the guy who worked on my car was fine, no complaints there. However, communication and receptionist needs improvement. I was told over the phone my replacement would take about 30min. Then when I get there, the receptionist tells me it’ll be 90min. I was confused, and stated I’d been told differently. She just shrugged her shoulders and said “nope, replacement takes 90.” I don’t mind that it takes this long - IF I’m given a heads up. They should have been honest about the time frame and it wouldn’t have been an issue, or at least pretended to be a little apologetic about the miscommunication, but nope. Communication needs major improvement and receptionist needs to learn a thing or two about friendly customer service.

I went to the location on County line, brought my Orion bus in to find out if they could install my windshield. The shop lead technician said no problem it should take about two hours but they can’t guarantee it as they didn’t buy the glass. I asked do you see a problem, Oh no I’ve been installing windshields for over twenty years.We’ll bottom line Six hours later with a windshield cracked Worse than the one I drove in with. The lead technician said sorry, now I’m out the cost of the windshield plus plus plus....So much for Safelite being a premier glass company.Gary Godfrey
I was hoping to receive the customer survey through email but since I have not I thought a review would suffice. My tech was Charles and he did an amazing job! He came to my work to fix a very small chip on my windshield. He did not pressure me at all into buying windshield wipers but after he asked once and showed me how worn they were, I decided to go with some new blades. I only paid for the chip to be fixed and the windshield wiper blades, but he installed them for free, cleaned all my exterior windows (which were atrocious), gave me a full bottle of window cleaner, and even vacuumed my front floor mats (also atrocious) all without charge. I highly recommend this company, especially Charles! Thanks again for everything Charles!
Glass is good. Windshield wipers are horrible, dont buy them. Im giving 1 star because the wipers are so horrible, every time I turn them on they chatter across my glass and I havent seen a safelite store to get new ones.

Fast service, horrible quality. As a technician I have done windshields before but this was covered by my insurance no cost. Trim flew off when I reached 40mph, another piece of trim wasnt installed correctly. Glass is no longer cracked so theres that.

Had a windshield replaced due to haul damage through insurance ($257). Took 2 hours, which they said 90 minutes to 2 hours. Windshield appears to be installed correctly.The reasons for 1 star are, they misplaced a plastic wire cover over my mirrors wiring (on-star) and my radar detector that is hard wired into the mirrors wiring no longer works, there are small pieces of glass all over my dash, steering column and floor along with black pieces of the old glue they cut out, and my windshield washer sprayers no longer work.When I contacted them to see how quickly they could fix the windshield washers, they said within the next 2 business days, I mentioned I could do it myself and I was told if I do it will void the warranty.I would recommend using a small glass installation business instead to save money and get better results (my last 3 windshields done by other small businesses were done in 1 hour and all cost $120 and used the same glass which I confirmed)I drive 50k+ miles a year, get a new windshield nearly every year due to pitting, and this is the first time I have had issues and most likely last time I will use Safelite as I have not had these issues with the local businesses.

Butch (?) was my technician. Made this process very easy.The original replacement windshield had broken in shop or transport and he nervously called to let me know of the delay (about an hour and a half). Told him there was no problem or worries!Went over everything in detail and answered questions on pickup. Great shop, better people working here.

Didnt respond to email quote for 48hrs. I tried to call the local number and was transferred by the automated operator to a call center. The auto operator hung up the first time because it was trying to understand background noise and couldnt. Spent 30 min on hold. Only to be told they dont do labor work. Put it on your website you useless pieces of trash! If you want your time wasted just put in a call!
Great experience all around. I called my claim in and about a week later they came to replace my windshield. The gentleman called the day before and told us a short timeline so we wouldnt be waiting around all day. The day of he called back and gave us an even shorter timeline to expect him. So nice to not have to wait around at home all day on a weekend. He was here within 10 mins of when he told us and took about 45 mins to replace.
