This is a huge store with affordable prices and a verity of inventory to choose from. The staff at this location are professional, helpful and friendly with great customer service. Plenty of free parking spaces available.

Im updating my rating because I just visited this location Sunday morning and was surprised they were opening before 12pm! I usually dont go on Sundays but was in dire need of hair creme. The staff and ownership has drastically changed for the better. Super large and clean store..covid rules seriously in place.Much friendlier than when my daughter used to work there over 4 years ago.

Variety of beauty options. Always have a decent sale. Over priced. Check the prices versus what the actual manufacturer charges.

Ive always liked this beauty supply store. Live music, wasnt packed, had everything I was looking for. Everything was smooth.

They have EVERYTHING in one location. Hair quality could be 110% better wouldnt buy personally. Costumer service is nonexistent. FYI its ok to speak and greet costumers also ask if they need help in your massive store (which is a plus has everything but costumer service). Didnt feel harassed but was not helped either. Oh and they have armed security didnt know the hair business was that dangerous. Felt safe but not helped!

My granddaughters shop here all the time. They had good things to say about it.

Will never go there again. I didnt even have a purse or bag my cards were in my phone case. I was being watched and followed and badly. Hire the right people to do that, it shouldnt be so obvious. I just sat what I was getting down and left the store. Hair and hair products cost to much to spend my money there.

I buy hair and hair products and accessories from here. Its ok sometimes the staff isnt helpful you have to ask for assistance. They also have a program when you make a purchase you acquire points good towards future purchases.Overall all good store with a lot of items to choose from...wigs braiding hair crochet hair human synthetic kanekalan eyelashes sunglasses perms dyes hair dryers curling irons hot combs etc. I go to the 2 in Virginia the one on rt5 and the one on on hill ...I like the Virginia store better...both had great service...

This store is huge and has lots of products. The employees are nice, but they are not knowledgeable on the products, so they cant help guide you towards the right products. Perhaps the can have beauticians working the floor. (There is a beauty salon in the back of the store.)

Some of the Asian people here are extremely rude. You should never be rude to the customers who keep your store open and keep you employed. Their products are good tho and the prices are pretty good. My favorite part is the discounts for being a returning customer

The store was clean, and the clerks was all okay, but dont try to sell me something that I didnt ask for. But you try to sell me something much more expensive than what I wanted.

Based on the size and popularity of the store, you may wait in line for several minutes for service but it is worth it. Went in to buy masks. They didnt have a large selection. :(They actually have a temperature machine, where you have to have your temperature taken right inside the door.

This location is always stocked pretty well. The employees are plentiful and helpful. The prices are not bad and its a large variety. The wig selection is ok kinda hit or miss. Ive found really nice wigs and then couldnt find anything. I like the rewards program its not much but over time its helpful to receive a discount on your total.

Very nice and so many options. I went in for one thing and spent more than i needed based on new findings and wanted to try everything. Clean store. The more comfortable i feel inside a store, the more money i will spend. They got me that day.

I love love love this beauty supply store. Being a cosmetologist I spend a lot of time buying products so if I am not at Pauls Im here at this location. The store set up is super cute the prices are good and they are always bringing in new products. They have a salon in the back I hope its opening soon that would be a bomb place to work, the location is bomb an it has a high clientele coming through. An the grand piano is so beautiful.

This was one of my go to places for hair products. I like their loyalty program and decided to buy hair from them earlier this year. It will be a long time IF I ever buy from them again. I decided to buy hair from them besides my other go to place. I should have stuck with the place I know. I bought virgin blonde hair and was told it could be colored. My stylist colored it and it looked great...for a week. The hair started matting up, it shed and hair was coming out of the closure. I asked for the company that made the hair but from the information given to me, no one responded back. Then COVID-19 hit. I came back to talk to a manager once I saw it was open. I explained what happened and I that I didnt want my money back but store credit. The manager said no. Once hair had been manipulated then its the stylist fault. I told him my stylist used a light coloring and it should not have caused the hair to become so tangled or fall out so soon. Then the manager said I could try talking to the manufacturer but they usually wont give money back. I said I contacted them but didnt receive a response. I asked if he could contact them on my behalf. He said no. He also said he couldnt help me because I didnt buy the hair at his store. Really? Ok. I have my receipt. He looked at it then said...ok I will give you ten percent off your purchase today. It can be used with any sales. I dont want ten percent off for just today. I dont need anything today worth using ten percent off. I was very upset after that and left. I wasnt asking for that much. I didnt want store credit for the total price I paid. Could have offered more than ten percent off that could have been used at any time and not just for today.

The people that work there was very helpful and patient with me. Took the time to walk, talk, and show me what I was looking for, and still gave me the incorrect hair. I went to return the hair and was told that I could not get my money back after two people on their staff provided me with the wrong hair.

I must apologize for not getting the ladies names. The one in the wig section was very friendly & helpful. She stayed with me the entire time, walking back & forth selecting wigs for me to try on, styling them & making suggestions. Great customer service. While at checkout, I remembered I needed waterproof eyeliner & plum lipliner. My eyesight isnt ready for the fine print on a black background pencil type item. After ringing up all the waiting customers she patiently help me select exactly what I was looking for while answering my silly questions. Lovely person. This Beauty4U location is a much nicer, customer friendly one then the one Ive been going to for years. Thanks.

Outstanding selection but the price point leaves alot to be desired. I love the set up and ambiance of this store but I would strongly advise keeping your phone handy to make price comparisons before you buy anything. Most of the products Ive been intrested in buying were much cheaper on Amazon.
