I have been a naturl girl for last 10yrs...i have shoulder length locs almost size of sister locs.I always support black owned business, bought alot of products, natural body product and makeup. I came across this shop on etsy but realize if i wanted bettr deals and more choices their website was my best choice.ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE MADE DURING MY LOC JOURNEY. The items are priced reasonably, items are tailored to specific concerns/problems, generousamounts with great original presentation. The items I love:Loc detox balls or powder, leave in tonic water for hair refreshing and clarifying shmpoo.(the scent is earthy warm and sexy).Customer service is great. Problems arise when business is conducted this, business makes point of mirroring the outstanding quality of their product with exceptional customer support. Customer for life. My go to spot from now on and will tell my sistas with natural hair n locs to give this spot a play they will not regret it. I havent.

Ordered the Jamaican ginger lime locs and twist serum. It’s a fresh clean scent and not heavy or waxy. Way better than beauty supply store products. Even feels good on your hands. Highly recommend this product.

Don’t buy from this business, she said my items was ship, but they never was, made up a fake in route number to show shipment on the way, I call the lady, email her, never did answer, I had to do a report to get my money BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Boooooooo! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them 3rd and I contacted company to ask where is my order. They created s tracking with no history and kept telling me the shipment its the way. Knowing good and darn well they did not ship anything and USPS confirmed that information.When I asked for refund they would not comply with that either. So to keep themselves on good terms with 3rd party they made up a tracking number but I did not receive anything. I informed the 3rd party of their malevolent practice. I would not support this company.
