I come to shop here for the Last 30 years. This so called Employee going to tell me how to put the pants 👖 back. Like I work here. Then he wants to tell me all people dose this. All people shop here, but not anymore. Im done with this place. Poor Customer service. Only in our Neighborhood. If the old man was Alive this so-called Employee would be Fired on the Spot. Dont waste your money. Go to KGs Men’s Store where you get Respect with your Money 💰.

Great people. Wasnt sure what I really needed, size style anything. They got me fixed up really nice and quick .Will definitely recommend them if you need anything nice.

I wouldnt give this place a star ! My cousin recently lost her son a few days ago, I came into the store in hopes of finding a suit to send him home in ! As Im shopping around w/ little to no help at all I realized how nasty the manager was being to another customer that walked in trying to exchange whatever he had ! I thought to myself(maybe hes just having an off day) smh I felt like I was bothering them by simply asking for help/suggestions . By the time I decided on what I was going to get I simply asked if they could hold my items for a few hours . Their response was Im putting it up by 5 I ended up leaving & had someone else go into the store to purchase the items that I put on on hold Just so I wouldnt have to deal w/ the nasty vibes in that place ! I spent almost $300 ... Needless to say, Ill be there today requesting a refund ! I dont support a business because of the color of someones skin color, I support good customer service ! Ill spend my money where Im treated w/ kindness & respect

Its a really nice store they have great clothing for men very friendly staff theyre very good with customer service they also show you how to tie your tie and if youre not comfortable theyll do it for you and show you how to steam it and everything very excellent I recommend this clothing store for men👍👍👍

We have been searching for burgundy shirts for our wedding almost everywhere and we located them there among other things.

If you are a man of color and dressing to impress this should at least be your first stop! And even if you are not of color youll be satisfied with not only the selection but the customer service as well!

My husband needed a suit jacket for a friends wedding and the gentleman we were working with was able to size him at a glance. Tried on a jacket of similar cut to be sure, put the order in and then bam, done! Took five minutes.

It was a cool adventure! I love fashion. They had buy on get one free. The quality matched the prices. Wish the store was a tad larger.

I have never been a Peners fan since the buy 1 get 10 free,but i tried a few mall stores and would you believe i couldnt find a pair of pants to go with a blazer that i have so it was the last choice,i must say it was a good experience, the salesman was a real showman,found something right off the top,ended up getting shirt, tie to go with the pants and some history on the store,and was reassured the quality has been up too par for a while...well i am in Newyork right now and will wear the outfit before i leave and will let you know on the quality but so far i am satisfied and i know noone will have this shirt, tie,and pants on without a doubt.

I paid to have my suit put in their way and altered and I was told it would be ready in one week and it was not ready I had to wait two more days

They act like they dont want to help I use to go there I wont be back

Very nice suits at great prices.

In a fix because I had left my suit at home and was three hours away. Came to Pener Mens Wear at 2:30 p.m., explained my situation and GREG was fantastic to work with. He not only helped me find a couple very nice suits, but made sure both were hemmed and ready to wear the next morning. Was able to pick up the suits at 6:30 p.m. and the fit was perfect! Im very glad I happened upon Pener and recommend it to everyone. By the way, clerk Raven was not only helpful and friendly, she is easy on the eye as well :-)Thank you Greg and Raven for making the experience pleasurable.

Excellent experience taking our son here to pick out a statement suit. Very helpful staff. Our only issue was trying to pick the suit up, she said it would be ready by Wednesday and I misunderstood, and thought they would call when it was ready, we didnt receive a call, so on Thursday at 610p, after confirming online that they were open until 700p went to pick up the suit, and found the store already closed. Well try again tomorrow as soon as we get out of school.

The man who helped my husband and myself reallyknows his stuff.. .they have a big sale right now but beware u must wear a mask to get in...

The ladies can be very Rude.. If youre unhappy with your job, You should QUIT... Needless to say your customer service SUCKS..(Ladies) When Im spend my money, I expect good customer service ... Easily your urban suit and apparel outfitter! Parking is no bueno there. Heaven forbid if there are two cars moving at the same time.

The customer service is great me and my dad went for my daddy and daughter dance to get his out fit and there styles were on point. it was ready in two hours and when we came my dad went to put it on and a lady named Raven helped us the whole time and they complemented us and me so much.🤗

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I had one lady help me for about five minutes but she had to check out a customer. But there was one guy that worked there he was standing leaning over the little banister playing on his cell phone didnt ask me if I needed help with anything. Now they want us to spend hundreds of dollars in their store but they cant help me pick out clothes I was very upset and I will never go back and I will tell everyone about how I was treated. I get better customer service at Target and this is supposed to be a mens clothing store. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.And as many years they have been in business they did not have a bathroom. But you want me to spend my money in your store.

Theres a guy that works there, he has the worst customer service skills. I had to get my own blazer down from the top shelf with the hook, didnt seem to care enough to do his job. When someone else came in he went right away to help them. I was needed to buy 2, 3 piece suits but I guess I go else where. Will never return this isnt the first time hes been this way.

Penners plaza who is owned by Harold penner who is on an Italian is having cars removed by tow downstairs from location One. If you are parked close to the building near the grass your parked cars will go to Grain Valley . The fine is 205.00 each car.
