If I could rate this store zero I would. Staff was incredibly unprofessional. No greet upon arrival staff was too busy engaging in personal conversations. When I made a decision on my toddlers shoes I had to get the attention of another staff member who was on her phone at the register. She asked me what I needed by raising her eyebrows still not one word said. She then returned with the items I requested and just nonchalantly passed me one shoe out the box with no further assistance. Then another male staff is walking around the store with his mask under his chin. I politely gave her the shoe back and exited the store. They will not get my money and I will tell others I know not to shop there.

Customer service goes a long way. Except for this business. As someone who works with the public I understand how frustrating unexpected events can happen while on the job. But attempting to be nice to your customers should come natural and it wasn’t for these 3 workers who opened the store today. Attitudes!! and just rude! no exceptions.

Jimmy Jazz is a good store brought Addidas shirt from there and they have reasonable prices. Also brought a puma track jacket from there. Basically if you see something you want at first sight better get it because might be. Its going to be gone once you go back!!! Unnn Shopping tips

The service was horrible, my son has wide feet so I took the shoes I bought him back and I have already been to two stores trying to exchange them and was turn down I just bought the shoes last week they claim that they have been worn and havent been, I will never buy shoes from them again!!!
