During my 30 min in the store, I had three different employees greet me and offer to help me, even though they were all busy doing something else. It was awesome!

Wow. This is a nice target. They have their shelves stocked, its clean, the jewelry area actually has jewlery...nice cashiers. The market place was clean and organized. Overall happy with our visit.

It took me longer to get in my car at home. YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME!I have used the drive up service with several other businesses and TARGET far surpasses! Literally, was parked maybe 3 seconds before being helped.My only comment is to put the option of Pick up or Drive in in a better place on the app. Its up top and hard to jump out at you.

Target stores are always clean and organized. Help is readily available. I really appreciate Andreas help today at the Target store on Trueman Blvd. in Hilliard, Oh. She was friendly and did her best to help me find the things I was looking for. She approached me and offered to help and went out of her way to assist me.

My order was at the local stores pickup counter within a minute. The staff at the counter was extremely quick and friendly. She absolutely looked happy to work in Target. No shopping experience can be better.

I love target. I dont lime their scan this code in store for a discount and then you get to checkout and your items arent included in the discount. (the discount scan should NOT be in the Lego isle if Lego is not included. very misleading.

Love Target! Had a return today and had to ask, Is that all? Return was so fast and no questions asked. Emloyees in the rest of the store were so helpful. One young man had only worked there a week, but made sure I found what I was looking for to buy!

Tried to phone the pharmacy to ask a question and had to listen to a disertation on protocol in both english and spanish before I could even get to the phone tree. When I pressed 3 for the pharmacy it immediatly repeated the same information in both english & spanish AGAIN. Never did get to talk to anyone I was so disgusted with the WHOLE RIGAMAROLE.

Its always fun to shop at Target! Got all sorts of stuff for the kids dorm room, a fan, a fridge, lots of incidentals. The people are nice there, both the customers and especially the staff. We always like shopping on their grocery area, too, lots of interesting products.

Love this location! Their recent remodel has made this location even better than it was before. The flow of the departments is so seamless now. I find myself here at least once a week. The employees are always so nice as well.

Online ordering, pickup and returns are SO EASY

Thanks Target (Hilliard Rome Rd, OH at 4:30 pm on 7/14/2020) for not accepting a return on a baby boy’s long sleeve shirt that was purchased 02/2020 that was too small at the time and given as a gift. Supposedly they no longer carry it even though it was purchased a few months before... I tried to explain I did not feel comfortable returning it during the Covid pandemic, but, I had until 06/15/2020 per your customer service staff, which who would even know that. Do not leave your house unless absolutely necessary they say due to the pandemic, unless you need to return Target items I guess?? The red haired lady was super rude too. I will be recommending Kohls instead. Never had any problems returning/exchanging baby clothes there.

This store was clean and organized as well as well staffed with associates. The associate that helped us in search of our item, though unsuccessful, was excellent and truly made us feel like helping us was a personal priority.

I found the product I wanted, it shipped quickly to the location I needed, and was easy to pick up!

The Hilliard target is always so friendly!! Everyone says hello and tries to help no matter how busy they are. The employees at the registers are fast and sweet and you can tell they genuinely care.

Excellent customer service experience, ease of finding items when I shop in store, quality of products at reasonable prices. At a recent product pick-up, the associate who assisted me was beyond kind and considerate, even in the last half hour the store was open. Having worked in CS most of my life, I know how hard it can be to still go out of your way at the end of the day to make a great impression.

The cashier was amazing! So nice and calm while under pressure! She was very customer friendly!

I love Target! One of the reasons I especially enjoy the Hillard Target is that its peaceful. My daughter and I always stop at the Starbucks inside Target and Mustafa fixes our drinks. I appreciate that he always makes my chai just the way I like it and makes us feel so welcome to the Hilliard - Rome Target store. We enjoy this Target because it does NOT play music on the loud speakers so we can enjoy shopping and talking to one another. Everyone there is friendly and take the time to say hello or ask if we need help. This past Sunday the fellows in the electronics area were so very kind and helpful. If you found a price you want for an item online make sure to take a screenshot because their cartwheel app uses your location to find out if youre at target to display higher prices. Also they advertised pride stuff for June but its not at most locations. Im pretty sure they only have it in one or two stores in all of Ohio they definitely dont have it here.

The pick-up service was great, but the website is confusing with regard to location. Initially we went to the other Hilliard store, which is where I thought I was ordering from, only to discover that that particular store is labeled as Far Southwest Columbus on the website, even though the address is also Hilliard, as is the Trueman Blvd. store. There is no store in Far Southwest Columbus. Better designations would be South Hilliard for the Hilliard-Rome Road store, and North Hilliard for the Trueman Blvd. location. So--the service was great, but the website is misleading and confusing!

The return process for a damaged item is flawed and frustrating. Hold your ground when talking to Customer Service if you try to return a damaged item the same day you purchased it: they will say you have to wait 24 hours to return it, but as long as you have your receipts/order confirmation emails, and have the right VCD number, they can return it for you. Youll probably have to feel frustrated and keep asking for a Supervisor to help, but it can be done.Why a customer has to go through all this just to return something that was damaged is beyond me, but Im just sharing my experience. Good luck.

Hands down best Target I have been to- customer service wise. I am on crutches and needed to buy a couple cases of water, however, I had no one with me that day. I asked someone up front (not sure of her name) at the customer service desk if someone could get me a couple of cases of water and carry them to my car. They willingly did. I have never received such superb customer service from any store. Thank you!!!

I have a two month old sometimes making a Target run is not something that I can do as often I as I would like to so the drive up service is HUGE for me I love it and also extremely fast! This Target specifically I just enjoy it’s also so squeaky clean and extremely organized and the staff is always giving 5 star service.

Over the past 2 days the grocery section has been badly understocked. Time to find a more reliable source for grocery items. Overall the quality off his store has gone way down . They recently lost Their Pharmacy Manger who is the only reason I have continued to get my prescriptions filled there. This is not the store that originally opened several years ago.

I ordered a couple of items online to pick up at the store. They were ready very fast, and I was able to swing in the store and get them.

One of the rudest places in Columbus! I just called to check if something was in stock and happened to get the “engagement leader” that said very coldly: “we’re not checking the stock of anything today” and hung up on me.What a horrible thing to do to somebody. Your company should be represented better.Everytime I go here most of what I come for is out of stock hence why your company provides a PHONE NUMBER for such purposes.

I ordered online for pick up at the store. Its already paid, but someone else picked it up and its not me. The supervisor wasnt helpful. I made the mistake of telling her that it was picked up at 6:16pm but I wasnt looking at the tracking status at that time. I was looking at my order time that was the day before. When i clicked the tracking status, it showed that I picked up the item at 2:39pm on that day I was on a call with her. So, I told her its actually 2:39pm when it was picked up and its definitely not my husband because he just arrived at the store. She goes on to say that Im saying so many times of pick up, she doesnt know which one Im telling is right. I said I made a mistake and she insist that their system is right and in her system, it was picked up around 9:30 am. I realized she doesnt really want to help, she just want to insist whats on their system. So I said, Ill just call the online customer support. She said, Im the support (because shes the supervisor). So I said, I ordered it online and I dont think you can help, so Ill just contact the target online support. She basically wants us to buy the item again and just wait until the pickup drops and she said we will get the refund. But can that happen if it showed online that it was picked up? To make the long story short, Target online ordering and their pick up at store probably has glitch or not secure at all. When I checked my email, i noticed I got a Target Pickup experience online survey at 4:04pm. I got a notification of the email on my phone earlier & was confused why I got a survey since my husband hasnt gone to Hilliard branch. I didnt open it until later. So its probably not a glitch, someone picked it up or they gave the item to the wrong person. Good thing the item we purchased wasnt a big purchase.

Who doesnt love Target? I really enjoy this Target. Its always very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Its setup just like I would look for things.

This location by far has the friendliest employees and the store is always so clean and organized. RARELY do I actually need assistance and if I do, they are always so polite, professional, and friendly! I’ve been a regular for over a decade now and even though I live on the west side now, I will still wait until I’m in Hilliard to do my Target shopping because its such a favorable location.

Typical Target. Nice employees, clean. I find it is better stocked than the ones closest to me (Sawmill & Graceland) and will sometimes drive out of my way for that reason.

I am in love with order pick up. For little things like toothpaste and coffee it is so convenient!

This Target location is tucked away behind Mill Run and not as heavily trafficked as other central Columbus locations. When visiting other locations, like Sawmill Target, I find that there are slightly more options (clothing wise, etc.) however this Target location still offers a wide variety of products. It is great to pop in and out of and easily accessible!

While this is your standard big box store, the customer service is very good and the store is very clean. They usually have great sales and clearance items on each of the end caps on the right side of the store, and you can score some pretty good deals. In the back right hand side of the store, is usually where they keep their seasonal displays.All in all, great store.

Standard Target store feel with clean bathrooms and a general flow. I like Target as there are not many associates going out of their way to bombard you with an unprovoked can I help you find anything? like other stores.Target allows you to browse in peace, with help just a button push away.

Excellent experience as a first-time user of the drive-thru pick up service at Target and it is first class!! To top that off I did internet shopping. While I did not buy groceries this experience was greater than my grocery experiences! Kudos Target Truman team! !

My only complaint is there is not a Target in London! This location is absolutely amazing, clean store and always stocked! They start to know you by name and always are eager to help!

I came in because I had an egift card that I wanted switched to a physical one.. I was helped by Terrence at the service desk.. who tried everything he could to help me. He even waited on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get an answer. Eventually we figured it out.. the customer service is great here.. it is the closest target to me and I will continue to shop here.

I go here often. Best prices for pet food and I have a great need for economy in that area. Threshold sheets are quality at a good price.

The pharmacists at the Mill Run Target location have ALWAYS gone above and beyond. The store staff have always been super helpful if I needed help finding an item and they are always very polite when I check out. The store is kept in very good condition and whenever I need any Home or related items I always make sure I go to this location. They have a great rewards program as well!

Super awesome experience with Targets site to store! On CHRISTMAS EVE, I placed an online order for in store pick up. I had a response within like ten minutes that my order was ready for pick up. When I got there, I was in and out the door in less than 5!I had originally ordered a day earlier using Walmarts site to store, but HOURS after I had ordered and paid for the item (which was listed as in stock and available for same day pick up), I saw an email saying they had cancelled my order. Instead of calling or texting me since I had given them my cell, they emailed me. Sorry, we cancelled your order because the item is out of stock. Walmart always does stuff like that. I really hate shopping there anyway because their store organization and especially their customer service are both horrendous.Target is Far more upscale and has much higher quality products and amazing customer service.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TARGETS SITE TO STORE ORDERING! They saved Christmas!

It is very convenient as a mother of multiple kids to be able to drive up and pick up something I need without having to drag everyone in the store. Saves time and a hassle.

I was there a few weeks ago(1/13/17 around1pm), I wish I got the name of the employee that was in the dressing room area because she deserves credit for her help! She was so nice & helpful as I was there with my infant son & she helped direct me to a family dressing room (because of the stroller). That same day at check out I used the self service check out lane. Thats where I met Kelly, she is amazing!!! Target has a real star working for them there. Kelly first approached me to get a good look at my son (she thought he was adorable), she assisted with a message that popped up on the screen (which I didnt even have to bat an eye and she was right there helping clear up what was going on there) & went further to help me with bagging stuff (my hands were full with checking out & keeping tabs on my son). She was great at helping myself & other customers, very attentive & polite! I wish I could experience customer service like this everywhere I went!!!! Thank you Kelly!!!
