We had a great experience. Our old kitchen cabinets were refaced and a few new cabinets were added. In addition, Kitchen Solvers removed a few half walls, installed new flooring, and updated lighting.Brad, Sheila, and Melinda were very communicative and professional during the entire process, from beginning to end.Our main installers, Caleb and Tannor, were fantastic. They were mannerly, professional, and always explained everything very well. They kept us in the loop as far as when/what they would be doing every step of the way. They also paid a lot of attention to details. If something wasnt right in their eyes, even if I didnt notice it, they would point it out and come up with a plan to make things right. They cleaned up twice each day, before they left for lunch and at the end of the day. I couldnt have asked for more wonderful gentlemen to work in our home.I was impressed with everything!

I want to give Caleb and the team who refaced our cabinets 5 stars. Caleb and his team communicated, were kind to our family when they were at our house, and were very neat and always picked up. Why 3 stars - we were told we would get a 360 design of our selections and I asked 3 times and never received one. I went to make a down payment to put us on the schedule book not knowing I had to pick everything. I felt rushed. I didnt have my husband and I wanted him to help finalize everything with me. They told me it would take a week and maybe a day or 2 the following week to complete. They started end of June and finished mid-August. They didnt realize the farm sink would take longer which I wish we knew up front. They didnt provide an itemized inovice and kept saying it fits your budget so I really dont know how much everything cost. I asked for under cabinet lighting. They put these lights with dots and the dots just shine on the tile backsplash. I wish we had different lighting. I recommend them if you know exactly what you want because they do good work but I wish we went with another company who had a bigger selection and showroom, really let me take my time to look at things and look at a 360 view and then provided an itemized bill so I knew who much my selections cost. My kitchen is fine but its definitley not what I would pick for cabinets and backsplash if I could do it again.

Love our kitchen. Great work done. We were very pleased with the advice we received with the layout and design. The two toned cabinets really helped tone down the too busy granite that came with the house.

We love our kitchen and the remodeling process with Kitchen Solvers was great. We received help with design. Removing a load bearing wall per structural engineer design went very well. Doing a project this size, of course there was dust and messes in the process, but the finished product is wonderful and we are enjoying the transformation very much.

We had several cabinet replacement companies meet with us to give us quotes. Without a question, we felt most comfortable with Kitchen Solvers. The name of the company truly exemplifies how it felt to work with them. They listened to our goals and dreams as well as budget constraints and worked with us putting together a plan that satisfied all of them. We truly felt that we were hiring a partner. They actually helped take our dreams to the next level. I got a couple of quotes and not only was Kitchen Solvers competitive, but also really easy to work with, flexible, honest and straight forward. They were extremely accomodating as I ripped up my kitchen floor before (a bit during) them refacing the cabinets so it would look better (floor installed after refacing). The staff was extremely friendly and since my wife and I work from home, extremely flexible and easy to work with all day. Cant go wrong with them, tons of options, competitive, easy to work with and extremely polite, accommodating and professional crew.

After years of frustration trying to resolve some design issues with my standard-issue 1990s kitchen, I did my research one more time, and was lucky enough to find the highly-reviewed Brad Hulls at Kitchen Solvers of Columbus. Brad took the time to listen to my kitchen needs/complaints, concerns, and ideas, and enthusiastically helped me brainstorm solutions that would modernize my kitchen and stay within my (Spartan) budget. I must start with saying that Brad was one of the most professional person whom we interacted in the recent time. We wanted to fix out kitchen doors and we had only limited time. I must say that we had people from Lowes, Home Depot, Menards and other companies come and look at the kitchen. All of them wanted 8-12 weeks lead time and costed a fortune. Brad understood the situation and he came and inspected out kitchen on the same day. His pricing was much cheaper and had many options. We finalized a design on the same day and the installation was completed within a week.
