We stumbled into All Seasons Spas back in March 2021 after an exhaustive search for a hot tub and a dealer we felt at home with. Although we cant say we didnt find other quality, professional dealers, we can say that Mike and his staff really took their time with us, were always honest with us in where the supply chain was with our model order, and have continued to provide us with excellent customer service. The professionalism, efficiency, and quality of the delivery team was top-notch. No question is too small and the team continues to provide us service we can trust. A great business with great staff and quality services.

When we went into the store we felt that the sales staff was polite, very informative and no pressure. Weve never had a spa, so they helped us pick out what would be best for us and our budget. When the spa was delivered, the delivery crew was on time, polite and very helpful with explaining everything on the spa.

This place was the best out of 3 different Hot Tub places that I went to for pricing a Tub. The Prices were posted on each unit. Also my favorite there was no pressure from sales people hanging over your back. The Gentleman said to me if you have any questions just ask, or if you want to get in the tubs to see if you like them I was more than welcome. That was it. What a great way to run a sales operation.

We have been a customer of All Seasons Spa for 3 years. We own some cabins down in Hocking Hills. We have purchased all three of our hot tubs from them and would highly recommend All Seasons. The whole staff is truly amazing. Kelly has been our main contact and has been nothing short of wonderful, along with Mike who has come to fix our hot tubs whenever we have had any problems.

We received our hot tub 4 months ago and we absolutely love it! The sales staff were super helpful in helping us pick it out. Well, sadly, just yesterday, our Sundance optima had the red light indicator go off (indicates a problem). The hot tub locked up and wouldn’t heat or run any jets. This was an issue because it’s soooo cold out right now I didn’t want the tub to freeze! I called Jason at All Seasons on a Friday afternoon to let him know of the problem. I was still at work. He said he would have the service people contact me as soon as they could. I get home from work, still bummed that my hot tub has its red light on, and there is a knock at my door. It was Mike from all seasons! He was there to check it out. He diagnosed the tub with a faulty temperature sensor. He had the part in his truck and replaced it on the spot for us! It was amazing! I’ve never had such exceptional service in all of my years after making a service call. It was not even 2 hours from my call to the repair being done. My husband and I were super impressed. And we were all happy to get back in the hot tub that night. Thank you everyone at All Seasons for your exceptional customer service and repair!

All Season Spas may have single-handedly reaffirmed my belief in all that is good about small business in the United States. From walking in the door and being greeted by Jason in sales to our “saved the day” interaction with Mike in service. They kept us updated every step of the way from when our order was placed to when our tub was delivered to a very difficult location. We were so excited to get our hot tub up and running. And then......our electrician screwed up. Overnight, the tub only reached 70 degrees on a 220 line.I called the shop to inquire if it was common. I spoke to Mike. He offered to stop by same day and by the end of the day, we we at temperature and soaking.This firm treated us very well, kept us informed and provided what I call, “surprise and delight” service to complete the transaction.If you’re considering a spa and need guidance and fair treatment, this is where you should start. Went in last week to get some ideas and prices. Went back today, Jason remembered us and the two spas we had been looking at. We were in an out in less than ten minutes. Cant wait for the tub to arrive!

Jason was very helpful and patient with our questions. We went into the day intending to shop around but after visiting All Season Spas and Scioto Valley we are purchasing from All Season Spas. Selection, customer service, and prices were all superior.

Talked to someone on the phone that was very nice said they would buy our viking spa off of us and they had a used hot tub there for 3,500 Once we got there the manager took us to the back he said viking spas dont offer much value too us was very rude and unwelcoming when we showed him a picture of our hot tub he said that thing is 10-20 years old and said it had wood panelling which it did not and its only 6 years old. He said he would give us $100 for it thats when we just walked out have had good experiences before but the elderly manager is rude and unprofessional.

All Seasons Spas accomplished the impossible when they delivered our spa last month. There was no easy way to get it to our patio and it looked like it couldnt be done. Kelly and her team gave it one more look and agreed to try pulling it up our steep hillside to get it in place. It took the entire staff plus a few of our friends to get it done. Truly amazing! All Seasons Spas was amazing. We received other referrals to them and were not disappointed. We ordered our hot tub and it was supposed to be delivered in November. The concrete had to be delayed until February. All Seasons delayed the hot tub for us with no problems.After receiving delivery and a few months later, we left one of our brackets unlatched and the wind caught it. Kelly scheduled someone to come right out and fix the bracket. From beginning to end, the customer service was amazing! We are highly satisfied!

We stopped at All Seasons Spa just to look. We were out shopping for a new hot tub. We were greeted by Kelly. She just let us look around at the ones that would fit our needs. There was no pressure to buy anything. She was very helpful in answering every question we had. Still no pressure, which we Loved. We were so pleased with the price and service, we decided not to look any further. We madee our purchase and set up a delivery time and date. The hot tub was delivered yesterday. The 3 men that delivered it couldn’t have been any nicer or any more professional. In about an hour, the were able to remove our old tub and install our new hot tub and the cover. Bought a Sundance Bristol. Mike is super nice and has been very helpful. Visited several other dealers and All Seasons had the most tubs on display and to try out. The showroom is clean and very professional compared to the other locations we visited. The delivery was professional, courteous and efficient. I only have positive things to say.

We shopped around at several places for a hot tub and only when we found All Seasons Spas ...did we get the ultimate in customer service! We had no idea how important it was to try out the different spas until Kelly, the manager, personally had my husband come in and actually try out several different models. She spent over an hour with us reviewing models, features and how to assure we got exactly what we wanted! Cant say enough about this place as even allowed us to bring our Golden Retriever with us and also have a shop pup there named Leo! Best place to purchase your spa without a doubt !

They have a decent selection of spas, with a few other items such as saunas and hammocks also. The prices seem a bit high, but not out of line, plus I bet the sales people would have offered a discount or bundle. The salesman was relaxed and didnt hound us.

We bought our spa from All Seasons and had it installed in 2004. After 13 years, we remain loyal customers and can highly recommend All Seasons Spas to other. In addition to purchasing the spa, we purchased a cover, chemicals, and have had service done on the spa a number of times. They have a pleasant and professional staff, their service is prompt and on the whole, I could not ask for a better sales and service relationship.

My wife and I purchased a Jacuzzi J-245 hot tub at All Season Spas. We love it! Most of all I am very impressed with the service. Jason sold us the spa. He was spot on with information and treated us very fairly. Any questions I had after my purchase he answered. We were missing a jet control cap upon delivery and I called in and spoke with Mike about it. He was aware of it before I even called. He stated they would bring it out the following day. We live in Marysville keep in mind. Just has he said they were here the next day. Just the other day I went to purchase some chemicals and Kelly helped me out. She answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable. It is such a breath of fresh air to have a friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and family oriented business that is there for the costumer. No matter what anyone says Leo(the golden retriever) that is in the store is AWESOME!! In fact it is certain that we will stop in just to say hi to him. We have an older hot tub we bought 2nd hand and they are just wonderful with helping us get the replacement parts we need without overselling. One part in particular that is possibly starting to act up and will cost us $250 to replace they could have recommended replacing it now but instead recommended just waiting to see if it fails completely which could be 2 or 3 years down the road. Its not a safety issue nor a repair requiring us to drain it or make it unusable til its repaired so weve decided to wait. With our lack of knowledge they could easily oversell us but instead they help educate us in all aspects of repairs and servicing. They offered to come out to winterize it or explain how we could winterize it ourselves. I trust them completely with all aspects of our hot tub.

I have been a Sundance spa owner for about a year and half, but shopped for the right spa for about one year before deciding which one I wanted. Jason is extremely knowledgeable on the various products, invited my wife and I in multiple times to try the different units.Our spa fires up every day and is easy to maintain. The only issue that I have had, one speaker not working properly, was repaired within two days of my call. First class operation and I would recommend All Seasons & Jason to anyone looking to acquire a spa.

Our lights had stopped working on our hot tub. Mike worked with us over the phone to help diagnosis the problem and to avoid a service fee. Later when in the area he stopped by to check to see if they were working OK and to be sure we did not reconnect the bad line to the waterfall that caused the light board to fail to begin with. The people there have been wonderful throughout the years offering self-help advice and providing professional service when we have had the usual problems associated with wear and tear. I would recommend this company whole heartedly as the employees have been professional, friendly, and helpful whether we have called or come in. When our current hot tub finally takes its last breath, we will buy another hot tub from All Seasons!

Helpful when we had an issue with the heater. I was ready to purchase a replacement and they took the time to look up our purchase from 4 years ago and told me it was still under warranty. I walked out with a new one at no charge. Great service!

We have a 12 year old hot tub and have used All Seasons Spas for service since we moved to Columbus (with our hot tub) six years ago. They are very honest and very responsive. They will usually give you a tip on how to fix the spa yourself before they send someone out. Bob Jones has helped us twice and we have been extremely satisfied with his work. His work is great and he is a nice guy to deal with.

If you have ever owned a hot tub, you know it will break at some point. Thats why it is important to choose a business beyond just the purchase price.My first call in and I talked with Mike who explained what to do since my hot tub drained by itself last week in the frigid weather. He suggested calling back once the weather warmed up. When I did, Kelly was very helpful scheduling a time and making sure I had prepped the hot tub as Mike explained.Bob shows up on time and fixes it in a matter of 45 minutes. Very nice guy and probably has forgotten more than most people will ever know about hot tubs. My total cost was $35 since it was still under warranty.This people, company and products are truly exceptional.

We were first time hot tub buyers and are so thankful we found All Seasons Spa and our salesperson, Mike. We immediately felt welcome and didnt get the sense we were going to be taken advantage of by being a first time buyer. Mike listened to what we were looking for in a hot tub and then started showing us different models and sizes, while also educating us on how to be a proper hot tub owner. They allowed us to come in and take a soak in their sample hot tubs so we could get a feel of how the different types and locations of jets would feel. Mike wasnt pressuring us to make a decision and never once seemed annoyed since we came back three different times with questions. We purchased over a year ago and are thrilled with our hot tub, our experience with Mike, and the service provided by all who work at All Seasons. Also, the fact they have Leo the dog working sold us even more. Dogs sense good people and good businesses. If you are in the market for a hot tub, do yourself a favor and at least stop in before making your purchase.

They gave us a great feeling that we can always go back to them with any questions. We wanted to buy a pre-owned hot tub about 7 years ago, and even gave them a down-payment before realizing the timing wasnt right for our family. All Seasons gave us our down-payment back and asked us to return when we were ready. It took years, but we went back and they helped us find another great pre-owned tub, fully reconditioned, at a great price and delivered by a knowledgeable crew just two days before Christmas! We went to them because weve heard the same thing from friends whove bought hot tubs there. A great business, good people, very helpful, fair prices, and quality tubs to choose from. I went into the store, I could not find any help. I walked around for about 15-20 min. Before anyone would help me. I was not impressed with service, I thought the prices where very high. It is a retail store, I love dogs, but I dont think dogs should be in the show room.

From shopping to purchasing to service, Kelly and All Season Spas have been outstanding! We purchased a Sundance Maxxis and have very satisfied with the qualityand workmanship of our spa. We have had some small service items over the years, and All Season have gone to great lengths to be prompt and professional. They typically show up at our house (60 miles from their location) within a day or two and fix the issue in one visit! Kelly has always been right there if we have needed anything whatsoever. All Season Spas have been fantastic !!!

They were curtious and kind. Gave us the space to make our decisions about our purchase. We purchased a 5 person spa, and had it delivered. The delivery crew was amazing and knowledgable. They took care in not damaging our land or our spa. Well be recommending anyone we can to go there!

I dont write reviews but when I go into a store I expect to at least be welcomed, I walked in this place and right away I felt very unwelcome especially from the employees just standing there just looking at you. I had to go up to them and ask for assistance. And even then I felt like I was interrupting them from standing around. Their website made it out to be that they could get any part. But since I didnt know they cant help you unless you have hot tubs that they only sell they wont even bother with you. In 2005 we purchased a used Dynasty hot tub from Kelly at All Seasons, we loved our tub, sadly in the spring of 2011 she was severely damaged by a power surge, or lightning strike and beyond an easy, inexpensive repair,Early in March, we finally decided to look into a new Hot tub, After seeing an ad on the tv, we decided to check out Scioto Valley(knowing in the back of our mind that we would probably end up at All Seasons), but, they were advertising hot tubs as low as 1499,so we thought we would give them a chance. Sure, the cheapest one that they had, was 1899 and that was if you wanted to sit on the ground, We looked at a 3 person tub there, but, they wanted 4299, plus 300 delivery, 60 for the chemical start up kit, not sure if it even included the cover because no one approached us while we were there.We then went over to All Seasons and they had basically the same tub for 4195, and they included at no extra charge the delivery, cover, and start up chemicals. Jason our salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgable and he threw in a set of steps at no additional charge just because we were repeat customers.I would Highly recommend All Seasons for all of your tubbing needs, they dont falsely advertise, they really know their product, and most of all they value their customers.

I purchased my first hot tub from a company that soon went out of business for less than honorable practices, but I wasnt left abandoned. I quickly came to depend on All Seasons for supplies, service, and advice even though I bought my tub elsewhere. When it came time to replace my original 10 year old hot tub I knew All Seasons would be my first visit.This time around the buying experience was much more pleasant and I took my time and considered my choices carefully. We were able to see dozens of potential models on their sales floor and actually wet tested about 5 models before coming across a dry Sundance Majesta. Our Salesman offered to move the Majesta into their spacious and perhaps luxurious testing room where we fell in love with it. We recieved a great offer and 4 weeks later it was in our back yard where it has been for 2 months now.We cant be without a hot tub now and this time around the research, buying, delivery, and installation was so much easier.Highly Recomended.
