Thanks to the branch manager, Robin. She is a great person who took her time showing us everything and explaining all the details about renting a storage unit. We even arrived close to her closing time and she stayed over very graciously to help us get the space rented. She was a delight to work with and I would recommend if you are looking for a space to go talk with her. The storage space is very secure with camera for more protection and safety.

Its clean and easy to access. I feel like my belongings are safe here. Im giving it a 4 star because Ive had storage spaces here for over 3 years and the rent has gone up a few times. I never received a notice that it would be going up even though they said they were sent to me.

Ive been a customer since 2018 and needed a larger unit because we are starting to remodel. Robin was so helpful ensuring that we got the size we needed for our furniture and explained moving from the smaller unit to the larger one.I am thankful that she was there today.

The units were always easily accessible and the staff was nice. For our move out The lady manager, Robin I think, was very helpful. I moved in when they were Cardinal and had been there for several years. The only issues I had were that they had a dumpster but the one time I tried to use it it was locked, and that PS kept raising the cost on my unit so that by the time I left I was paying at least $50 more than it cost to get a new unit. But I always felt my unit was safe, secure, and accessible.

Renting a storage space was so easy that I thought it was too good to be true. 100% contactless if you order and pay online. Robin has excellent customer service. Upon booking, I received a call from her immediately to answer any questions I may have and she was very thorough. Robin is friendly and professional with an energetic, helpful spirit.

The winter storms brought a lot of snow and ice and the door to our storage wouldnt close all the way. We were in a hurry and needed to leave. Robin was so helpful, noticing the door and taking care of getting the door back on track and using a lock for us! She made sure we knew she had secured it for us and was very helpful in following up to make sure we were able to swap locks back. We appreciate Robin and Public Storage!

I have had a storage unit at this location for four years, I only have one complaint, and that is the price hike every year. Other than that it is always very clean and the grounds are very well kept. The customer service is amazing!! Robin who works at the front desk is always so friendly even when she has to call because Ive been late. She always has such a great attitude, and is very professional! Robin, the manager, is the only reason this place deserves 5 stars. She has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times. I cant explain how thankful I am to her! She is always friendly, the grounds are always clean, and I didnt have any problems with my unit. Robin even helped me find the right sized unit.However, this companys prices are high, their fees are too. The company is unwilling to work with you despite the pandemic going on and that ultimately led me to leaving.

I originally rented a unit by calling a corporate number. After coming to The Hilliard location, I realized I needed a bigger unit. The manager, Robin quickly assisted me and helped me transfer to another unit! She was very helpful, friendly and professional!! Ill always promote this location!!

I went in to check and compare prices and Lisa was very informative and very friendly. She has excellent customer service skills and is very funny. She answered all my questions and was a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend this place based on my conversation with Lisa.

I decided to start a reservation online. I recieved a call from someone who basically stated that I need to complete the reservation to hold my spot. Im not clear on what that means, because in my experience, when you make a reservation, you will have a spot. She went on to say that if I didnt complete the reservation, that if someone came in off the street and needed that unit, they would get it because its first come, first serve. So my question was, so that means the reservation is worthless? She then said shes not gonna argue with me. Whos arguing? I just want clarity, which I still didnt get. Extremely rude for no reason. Definitely will be looking for another place to rent. Wont give this place a dime. Ill build a storage out back to store my extra belongings before I give the Hilliard Rome Rd location my money. Sad part is most of the reviews reflect positive. My experience thus far has definitely not been that.

Robin was nice. Helped me move my bike to an outside unit where i dont have to struggle putting my bike inside... Edit: I’ve been here for over a year now and never had a problem. Unfortunately I sold my bike so I’m leaving the storage and Robin was nice enough to hold my other belongings in the unit until I can get them. Definitely a kind lady.
