Returns/Exchanges are ~2 feet from the entrance, but they have it set up where you have to walk around a bunch of small shelves and displays & at the end, a little rope blocks the way so you walk around in little circles like at the bank. Awkward and pointless and frustrating. There were no other customers present, so I went under the rope and skipped the compact-back-and-forth-looping maze and as a result the old lady gave me huge attitude during my return, even though I had the everything (the untouched item, receipt, and card) ready. Rude!

I can see why this chain is becoming a dinosaur. Product WAY over priced, and demonstrate political views. I will never go back.

Cashier was super sweet and decked out in her finest llama t-shirt and socks! I bought an amazing smelling bergamot and sugarcane candle. A bit pricey (I had a gift card), but the candle is very big! This store is massive and its soon walking the aisles and browsing for home goods. Youre bound to find something you can put too good use within your home. Im not often in this part of town, but I enjoyed the friendly staff and hot day that accompanied it.

It is exactly what the title says it is Bed Bath & Beyond the Beyond sometimes its kind of odd they have some Oddities in there with strange nick-nacks and things for the house it is a great place to get ideas for the house great place to get some cooking stuff but not always the best prices you can shop around but its a quick place if you want to get some high-quality cooking a high-quality bedding and high-quality home stuff and then theres some lower-quality mixed in there but it is Bed Bath & Beyond thats what we can call it.

The coordination between their app, website and in-store inventory is a model to be copied by every retail company.If someone could make this work on a Costco/IKEA style warehouse store they could put Amazon out of business.

Employees at store were helpful and knowledgeable. When we were unable to locate the item we wanted they were and to taste us right to it.

I won’t be spending my money in this establishment again. I can’t wear a mask because of COPD and they cause respiratory distress. The VA Hospital gave me a face shield because I can’t wear one. That’s not good enough for you. That’s why the Governor stipulated that people with medical reasons we’re exempt from wearing one. I’ll be spending my money on Amazon this day forward instead of locally. I look forward to reading about your bankruptcy in the future.

I generally like this store, but watch the on line prices. Same bathroom mirror was $10 more on the website, so I went inside and purchased. Otherwise, use the coupons they send out regularly, for additional savings!

Ovwrall, We really like Bed Bath and Beyond (BB&B) particularly for outfitting our childrens college needs. However, we discovered this particular Tanasbourne location to be smaller than other BB&B locations.

We found what we were looking for but the employee seemed annoyed to check us out. It was more than 45 minutes before close! Still the closest store though, so well continue to shop here.

One of those stores that i would like to see being in business. Very helpful staff. Not a one-off shopping trip. Saying this based on numerous occasions over the past 6+ years. Have bought numerous kitchen stuff, curtains, massagers, fitbit, etc. Good quality products. Great sale prices as well.

I love Bed, Bath & Beyond. They send me great coupons in the mail that have expression dates, but they take them no matter how old they are! They have an excellent selection of kitchen supplies besides bed and bath. And lots of decor. They are so very helpful there. They take you TO what you are looking for, not just point or tell you where to go. If its not in stock, which is rare, they will order it and shop it to your house for free. Easy to spot in the large mall parking lot. Parking is free. Bathrooms are clean. WC accessible.

If I want something for my house, I always know Bed Bath & Beyond will have one of the better selections. They have all ranges of all different sorts of quality and prices for all price points. I love their coupons. I make sure to always have a few coupons in my purse in case I stop by the store.

Yesterday while trying to exchange something we bought at the Bed, Bath and Beyond in tanasbourne I was treated poorly by a woman who worked at the registers. From the moment she spoke to me, she was rude and unhelpful. I found this odd since she had been very friendly to people in line before me. Eventually I spoke with the store manger about their return/exchange policy and was able to exchange my item. But still nothing from this woman, who did not apologize but instead shot me a dirty look followed by an eye roll.Why did she act like this? I smiled at her. I was polite. I did not complain. Autumn (cutest baby in the world) was with me.As I looked around the store and watched her interact with other customers with smiles and pleasant small talk I realized that everyone she spoke to was WHITE.Besides skin color, I am not sure what made me so different from other customers and why she felt the need to be so rude towards me.Ive experienced racism MANY times throughout my life. Strangers, friends, family members have all been guilty of saying certain comments, a majority of the time I do not think they realize it. I can handle all of that. But yesterday hit close to home. Because of Autumn.I breaks my heart to think that some time in her future someone is going to treat her poorly and she will not understand why. Will she be embarrassed of her skin color? Will someone in her family say something hurtful about her being different? Are her new friends parents going to say she cant play at their house? Will she have a boyfriend who tells her that his family might not approve of her? These example are all things I have experienced when I was younger. The list goes on and on.

The staff in this store was very rude and not willing to demonstrate the item which I wanted to purchase, (after all it is a small baby projector); she is just ignoring to response and answer my questions regarding the item. No matter what the Bed Bath and Beyond does as a store and sell quality products, but if the working crew in the store is not customer friendly then it is a BIG dent to Bed Bath and Beyond. This is not the first time having the same bad experience, three times in a row, given a choice I would definitely not recommend this store. If Bed Bath and Beyond company really care about the public reviews then it should come and perform a surprise check to train the staff to be more customer friendly. Im not quite sure what it is, but the staff here kind of gives me the creeps. That being said, the store does occasionally have good deals on some items. Their pricing does actually end up working out somewhat well if you use the coupons that come in the mail (assuming you live nearby), so watch out for those.

Couldnt get help finding what i was looking for.very frustrating.

Nice store & mostly helpful employees. But the reason for the three stars? Because I had to gift wrap my item myself. It wasnt clear to me that, thats a regular thing, or just because the person who actually does the gift wrapping, wasnt there. I went over and did it myself (because I was told that if I wanted it wrapped, Id have to do it myself)... But there were 3 employees standing by the register talking when I walked out with my wrapped purchase. I was thinking, as I walked out, why didnt anyone at least help me wrap this bulky vacuum?

Nice clean store.

BB&B may charge higher than some places and put up gimmicky sales, but what makes them redeem themselves is that you might end up finding what you were looking for that you couldnt find in other stores. Plus the company just seems to respect its customers.
