I’m not a fan of places like this personally but the manager here made me a sweet deal on a 75” TV that I couldn’t pass up and was able to pay it off in 6 months same as cash without breaking my pockets on a part time income. I will be paying my TV off officially next week. I broke my foot and that caused me to be out of work for 8 weeks. Behind that I missed a couple payments. As long as you communicate with them they won’t blow your line up. I pay the extra insurance in case something comes up that will cause me to miss a payment and that has helped tremendously. I also have a laptop that I will have paid off within a couple more months.They are really good with working with you and going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and has what they’re looking for. They have been more than fair with me. I would definitely recommend this store (Hillsboro Store on Tualitin Valley HWY) to anyone looking for a fresh start or just looking for something nice for their home. Great team here!
Ive been a RAC customer for years, multiple stores and locations. I think I started my life at RAC at this TV highway store. They are so friendly and helpful. helping me with tough times and getting the things I want without worry of a contract or commitment, They are always willing to work with you if you communicate with them and just let them know whats going on. I love it and highly recommend rent a center.
ZERO IF I COULDSo my husband and I went pass due on 2 items that we are trying to get through them due to some heavy medical reason and he ended up out of work. Which by the way are not very willing to work with you on.They began to do the standard calling everyday to talk to someone. Well it started out 2 times a day, then to 3 times a day, then they would call me a few times in a row if I did not answer, which then theyd leave me a voicemail.So I called back today and asked to speak to the manager, I tried to explain that it was a problem and that it really needed to get fixed. Of course he interrupted started going over the policy, in which I do know and understand that we are passed due and need to pay, SO I tried to explain that it has been MORE then 3 times a day, which OF COURSE he did NOT hear because he began getting very RUDE and talking OVER me, so in his words to me husband, I got Very heated and so I hung up. Manager proceeded to call my husband and tried saying some rude things about me to my husband, who I had just got off the phone with before they called him and explained what happened, in which my husband interrupted and told him to stop talking about his wife.So that is our experience with them. I have heard a lot of bad stuff from other people about this store, and them being really rude to them. We desperately needed a couch and a bed for our kids, and so they are making us CHOOSE which one we are going to give back. It is either have no where to sit or our 2 kids sleep on the floor with no bed or mattress. Which it is the couch that is going back, So we will have the floor to sit on just so they can stop calling us!Just be careful if you get something through them and something unexpected happens and you miss your payment.

These guys like to harass you over the phone. They like making threats too. Dont do business here. I didnt even buy anything. My mom did. They harass me when my mom is a week late on a payment. Terrible people. Very rude.

I went here three years in a row! Never had a problem! This last purchase they hired a new guy who always calls me honey and sweetie. It bothers me so much! This same guy has always changed my balance on my account and raises it. When I was told the remaining balance he added on 50$ on top of that the day I called to make the payment. He said I was wrong and clearly said well honey theres other fees that goes with it so annoyed and I do not recommend this place its a scam. There are cheaper places you can buy the same product for a cheaper price... Their furniture isnt even real wood and scratches so easily! This same guy scratched my bed Frame as he was loading it and only said yeah you have to be careful when you unload at home or that will happen again HE IS THE ONE WHO DID IT !

There was a management change in the store just recently normally when theres a management change Things Fall Apart at this store and its employees Ive always been awesome and it seems that theyre going to continue to be that way
Buy a dining room and a sofaIn this store it was understood that I would have 3 months without interest I was paying how the deal was done and they did not comply they put me on charges several times in the process. I do not recommend anyone to use this store they do not know how to keep their word and just steal
