Abbey Carpet completed the installation of our new kitchen counter in 4 phases: demo, template, install and backplash. We worked with Leann Zagorskiwho was our representative and helped us pick out the counter and backsplash. She was very attentive and professional. Every phase was very professionally completed on time and clean. We were very happy with this great customer service.

Abbey Carpet & Floor was fantastic at working with the Rice Museum of Rocks and Minerals with our flooring update project! Abbeys collaborated with the museum on resolutions for a complex project area for our main floor, installed new durable carpet on our stairs, and installed the finishing touches of the baseboards in our downstairs level after a flood restoration project. The team devised straightforward solutions to various challenges discovered along the way. The detailed work on the main floor is beautiful and gives a new look to our gallery spaces and staff areas. We are thankful for the hard work of all of the vendors and team members involved in the project and look forward to seeing all of you as visitors at the museum to enjoy the space you helped create.

Id give more stars if I could! Jake Robbins helped me get the carpet replaced in my upper floors after one of the dogs tried to dig his way out. First and foremost he was educated about carpet! Id already done some reading before heading in, but he was honest about everything. He sent me home with samples and came to take measurements. He got back to me real quick with an estimate. We had Juan installing our carpet and we couldnt be any happier. The carpet is plush, soft, and so nice to the feets.

One company told me to my face that my choice of luxury vinyl was stupid and I needed to buy a different brand that was on sale only for only the time we were in the store. This same company kept repeating that His guys wouldnt want to do that cause it would be too much trouble for them in my question and answer period. Abbeys just said Sure, no problem. Ten stars!

We were originally going to use Home Depot to redo our carpet but we decided to see if a local company had competitive prices, though to be honest we werent too hopeful. However, to our surprise, we got an upgraded product for a couple hundred dollars less! Taylor in the office was easy to talk to and made things really simple for us due to her expertise. As a first time home buyer it was nice to cross something off our list that was quick and painless. Taylor arranged for an install that worked with our tight and shortened schedule and was willing to be super flexible with her schedule when we got to the measuring stage. Juan and David were our installers and I found them to be excellent. I was unable to stay for the whole time and they locked up for me and when I got there later everything was clean and vacuumed for us. I realized after I left on install day that I forgot to have Taylor measure for 2 downstairs closets and I thought about getting a hold of her to change my quote and ask them to do them but decided to leave it and not be any trouble. I was amazed to see they were done when I got there later and they didnt charge us extra for them! They went above and beyond and I would and will use them again in a heartbeat. Redid a utility room with new vinyl flooring and laminate countertops. The selection was great and Wayne was fantastic to work with. The installation team that was sent out did a very professional job, were clean, neat and on time. I highly recommend them. We bought our quartz countertops at Abbey Carpet in Hillsboro during May 2020. Jake from Abbey Carpet was great at showing us the different options. He explained the process for measuring and installation of the countertop. The prices were very competitive and the selection was very good as well. The under mount stainless sink was included with the countertop, so that was a big bonus. We also bought the back splash glass tile from them at a good price. We highly recommend Jake and the entire Abbey Carpet team.

Hired Abbeys on recommendation from a friend who used them before and I cant be more pleased. Both the project cost and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Butch and Jeana installed the floors flawlessly and fixed almost all the squeaks that annoyed me since I bought the house. Butch took extra time out to fix part of the sub floor that made the squeaks worse. The living area looks amazing with the new LVPs and I cant wait to hire them again to work on the second floor. I have used Abbey Carpet a couple of times on projects in my home, and everyone I have come into contact with is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Leann, who with her expertise, measured accurately and did the best possible job to determine whether three areas with different floor covering types could be replaced with one continuous floor of vinyl plank flooring. It worked, and it looks beautiful. Also, when last minute notification that tariffs on Chinese-made products would be added to the flooring I had chosen, she hurridly put together other options from which I could choose so the order could be placed before the tariffs would go into affect. She was a life saver, and without her help, we may not have been able to afford the new floor. Leann provided excellent customer service and was a really fun person to work with, as well!

From the minute we walked in the door, we had a good customer experience. Grant helped us find the flooring that we needed within minutes, and then gave us a quote on that floor minutes later. There was some confusion regarding the delivery, and we were accidentally sent the wrong flooring. Grant took care of that too, without any extra charges or hassle on my end. He was fantastic, and I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. In addition to that, the flooring we were after cost us half the price of all the other quotes we had gotten on that same flooring from competetors.

Our daugter and son-in-law had referred us to Taylor at Abbey Carpet. They had originally ordered carpet from a local big box store and after weeks of run-arounds, they found out their order had actually been lost. On a tight time frame, they went to Abbey Carpet hoping they could help them. Taylor got things moving right away and they were able to get even a better quality carpet than the big box store plus it saved them a little money too. Our experience was equally positive. My husband and I had the best experience ever with Abbey Carpet of Hillsboro!! We were in the process of doing a complete kitchen remodel and needed to to choose our backsplash colors and materials as well as our porcelain floor. Within a matter of 30 min or so our designer had everything laid out for us and the installers began the install promptly there after. The craftsmanship with the tile backsplash and porcelain floors were impeccable with such detail and skill!! We plan on using Abbey in the near future when we remodel our two bathrooms. We highly recommend this company!
