Brent at Hillsboro Carpet was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I must have changed my mind 4 or 5 times on what material I wanted and Brent walked with me on every step. He let me know the good and bad on anything I was looking at, came out and gave me a free estimate, let me take many samples with me to see how it looked next to my furniture and never rushed me to pick something. I would definitely recommend him and his flooring knowledge to anyone looking to do some home improvement.

Brent is amazing. I went into the shop a few weeks ago to get a idea of what I needed for my house. He took his time and showed me lots of options on laminate and carpet. I really liked that he let me take a carpet sample home to make sure it would work in my master bedroom. After we made our decision he had it scheduled to be installed the next week! The installers were polite and worked quickly to make sure everything was done so we could enjoy our new floors. I am very thankful for Brent and his team for making this normally stressful process so simple and easy. I can’t wait to share his info with my friends.

One afternoon while painting a wall in my house I knocked over a gallon of paint onto my carpet. I called Brent at Hillsboro Carpet Outlet & Carpet Cleaning in a panic. He said he would send out someone immediately. Tracy was here within 20 minutes. She was here 3 hours and did an amazing job. You cant even see where the paint spilled! Not only that but she was a pleasure to be around and she was so reassuring. Thanks Brent and Tracy! Yall saved the day.
