Horrible customer service!!!Ive been on the schedule to have some work done on my new holland skid steer for months now!every time I have scheduled them to come service it they ghost me.No calls, no follow-up. I just get to wait and wait and wait.I would urge anyone considering buying New Holland branded equipment in this area to seriously reconsider your investment!If it breaks, and it probably will, your closest service options will be down in Salem or way out in Washington.THANKS FOR NOTHING BURROWS!!!!!!!!!

Be aware! Our Ontario rock quarry was quoted $28,000 by Tom, their salesman, for a used skid steer. After management approved the deal they sent validating documentation. When we sent the certified funds, the management axed the deal refusing to honor the deal that was offered to us.Later Mark wanted us to send him copies of the offer so he could see what the owners could do so we sent copies of the requested documentation. No response was ever returned and he refused to honor the price Burrows Equipment offered.Save your company and yourself from the head ache and trouble of dealing with an unrepeatable company that will not back their salesman.
