Brought in a 7800 that needed extensive repair. Upon completion, there was a discrepancy over what was quoted. The service manager (Bubba), went out of his way to make the situation right. The repairs were outstanding, and this tractor has never run better.This is a Great and Fair dealership. A credit to the industry.

These guys sold a gator that my Dad owns. I go in to get maintenance items for an oil and differential change and the parts counter tried to tell me I just needed to change the oil. One even suggested it wasnt possible. I said if it has a dipstick it has to have fluid that probably has to be changed. Eventually I asked then to just ask the shop mechanics.It just seems like they should know more about their own inventory or at least be able to look it up easier.

Very poor customer help. They shouldnt be allowed to sell Stihl products.
