I highly recommend using paint with primer in it. It is so easy to work with. An armature can pull off a professional look.

Homeowner type paint place no professional tools or accessories. stuff just piled up around the place not put away the way it should be. slow service and still didnt find what I was looking for.Ive never been to a SW like this bad

The staff at the location I went to was super helpful, friendly, and personable. I wanted to invite Trina over for coffee after talking with her about design and decor ideas. She showed us pictures of her kitchen remodel that got my redecorating fires burning.

Customer service was friendly and attentive without trying to pressure you. Extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond expectations to help. Also recommended Trina (who we ended up hiring and she was great too!) to help us with colors.

You did not have 2 products i was looking for in stock. surprising that a light base paint in semi gloss and gloss was unavail. not sure i am going to like satin for this door.

I was hoping they would help me narrow down the color Im looking for but they basically just said pick a color, get a sample, paint it on your wall and wait a few days and see if you like it. I could do that at Home Depot or Lowes for less money for the color samples.Update I gave them another chance and I actually had someone come up to me to ask me questions and be of help. They are generous with their samples. You get a quart for $8. And they have a lot of sales so you can get it cheaper during those sales.

I went into the store this morning to purchase paint for my office. The clerk that helped me was not knowledgeable, and after a while I finally left with the paint. I later had to go back to the store to return the paint since it was the wrong color. The new clerk tried to help me and did not know what he was doing either. Someone else had to come help him out and they scanned my receipt and took down all of my personal information. After this they guy took a look at my unopened gallon of paint and he told me that it was not returnable. Nowhere on the receipt does it say that it isnt returnable and I was not informed that it was not returnable at the point of sale. His reasoning was because it was Tinted paint. This made me feel cheated that they would not let me return an UNOPENED gallon of paint. I feel like they just stole my money and will resell the gallon of paint to another customer. I will never go back to this store for my commercial or residential paint needs. Overall terrible experience dealing with everyone who I came in contact with.

I called the store about a purchase made over 5 years ago. Looking to touch up the paint throughout my house. When I arrived at the store, the clerk had printed out my entire history and laid out the corresponding paint chips so that I could see which colors I needed. I was so impressed by the clerks customer service. I love their paints, expensive but worth it.

Stopped in to check out paint. The guy working was less than helpful. We have only ever used Behr paint so I am cautious when it comes to stepping away from what i know. This guy kept pushing the most expensive line on me and in 5 gallon buckets. I was looking to paint one room. He insisted I needed 5 gallons. This is when I left. If i need 5 gallons of paint to cover 1 room, I will stick with my Behr- 1 gallon covered 3 rooms.

They were patient and attentive BUT when I indicated I needed some time alone with the colors, they graciously backed off. They took time to educate my spouse and I on different grades of paint and worked to find what would work with our lifestyle.

This is an amazing group of people. Andrew, the store manager was very helpful. I highly recommend you go to this store for all your painting needs.

Good place for a cold one

A staff that communicates decently with customers. I held the door for a very rude employee, I think maybe a manager (mid 30s blonde female), No thank you and then proceeded to berate the other staff. Never acknowledged I was standing there. The other staff took a while to recognize I was standing at the counter, the only customer in the store. I had to get the paint since it was a sherwin-williams paint from 15 years ago. I had been in the store earlier to order the paint and was treated just a little better than the second time to pick up the paint. They acted like I was interrupting their day. I would NEVER keep an employee that was so incredibly rude both times I was in the store, so she is more than likely always rude. If I ever need this paint again, I will go to another location and hopefully will be treated better and witness other customers being treated better. I will never get a new paint from any sherwin-williams.
