Locally owned paint store with a good selection of paint, stain and painting equipment.A rather standard description of a business, but this is why Im giving them 5 stars (which I have never done on any review):As my wife and I waited for the gentleman behind the counter to help both a husband and wife asking questions about dropping off used paint and a single woman of a certain age needing advice on the type of stain she should use for a wooden deck, the store phone rang. The gentleman (I believe his name was Randy) picked up the phone and politely asked the caller to hold. He helped the couple for two or three minutes. Then he started helping the woman. After answering her first question, he picked up the phone and apologized to the caller for the delay. He offered to keep the caller on hold and help them as soon as possible or to call the person back.It is a small thing to be sure, but in the modern world of retail sales, 99.5% of the time, a customer put on hold will languish there until they give up and end the call. Randy was handling multiple customers but remembered he had someone on the phone and made sure that that person was acknowledged. That type of service should always be lauded.

Great service, the staff are very helpful and some are extremely knowledgeable about paint! Definitely a few steps above the big box stores in terms of quality, service, timing and amount of painting tools available.

I brought in two colors of paint to match for touch up on the outside of my home. I am selling after 13 years. I was amazed at the color match. These people know there paint. I was able to touch up right next to the older paint and it was an exact match. I will always buy from this retailer when it comes to paint and the employees are really nice to work with, unlike Home Depot and Lowes whos employees dont have a clue how to match even with a sample brought to them. I also like that there a drop off center for old dry paint. I rate this store with 5 stars! There my paint store it should be yours if you want great customer service and people who know paint.

Great service, great product!I got sick of being treated poorly and the lack of knowledge at Home Depots paint section (actually, every section) so we now happily drive 25 minutes to Miller Paint where they not only help us, but they are friendly and know EXACTLY what were talking about.
