This is an Exceptional Nissan Dealer. I would give Mike Delacruz Jethro and Austin higher than 5 stars if I could. They were sooo amazing. I bought 2 cars. They made it a beautiful Experience with no stress. I absolutely love this place. I will definitely be back in the future and will tell everyone I know to come and see this team. I recommend NEVER buying a used none Nissan from them. Maybe the Nissan experience is great but it’s always issues. The buying experience was terrible as well where they made me and my daughter wait 6 hours to be approved and forced us into a car. The options they say i had For a purchase went from 4 cars to 1 and i pretty Much was drained so i just Took it. The only reason i come here is because since u brought the car from them i get affordable oil changes.Over the years the service devolved so badly. Today they want me to pay over $800 JUST to diagnose some issues and the price for the service can be over double that. And it can take over a week to be fixed and all of a sudden they don’t over loaners which I’ve gotten in the past. Not only that I’ve been waiting close to 3 hours for this oil change.I really wanted to give them another chance because I’m the new year I’d be in the market for a new car. But I’ll just go else where for that and the oil changes and new car purchase. Again i cant speak on the Nissan car experience. So maybe that’s a better choice but if it’s not a Nissan don’t buy it because the warranty won’t even be applicable.

Highly recommended Nissan Dealership. They stand true by their slogan. No gimmicks, no hidden fee, no pressure. Ahmed made my lease buyout a breeze. No games unlike other Nissan Dealership I went to. I signed my buyout within 1 hour with competitive rates. Such a smooth process throughout.The service department was excellent as well when I had to pick up my license plate and registration. I accidently come earlier at 9:15am before the showroom open (Sales open at 10am). Jorge was kind enough to pull the cashier from service to pick up my plate inside the sales room and install them for me.Good experience for me. Two thumbs up👍👍

Jonathan Esposito is a great sales and leasing representative. At first, I was timid about entering the dealership because it was my first time buying a car. Jonathan opened up the 21 Sentra car. He explained that the car had a 365 Hd camera, a security sensor that could sense pedestrians crossing the street, and a rearview camera. Jonathan addressed all my concerns and even allowed me to test drive it before purchasing it. If you ever have car concerns, Jonathan listened and addressed my concerns.

In a past experience in 2019 I was not treated well by the sales team. The team at that time gave they impression that they did not need me to buy a car from them, nor were they willing to negotiate a deal. I left the dealership very mad and informed the customer service person who called that I would probably never purchase a car from this dealership again. I recently receiving a letter from the GM I reluctantly came into the dealership apprehensively. I have to say that this was a complete 180 degree experience. The entire team was friendly, attentive and most of all not overbearing. I did not feel like the salesman was trying to pressure the sale. He worked with me the entire negotiation process in which we were able to negotiate a win win for all parties, and I was able to ride away with a brand new car. Before I left the dealership I informed the GM of the wonderful job his entire team did. This last experience erased the previous bad memory of Route 22 Nissan. I have already made plans to have my children come in to purchase vehicles from this dealership.

They will tell you anything just to make the sale. I bought a 2018 SUV from them. They lied to me at least on 2 things. They told me the data in the navigator has been updated to 2021. In reality it was 2017. When I asked them after buying the car, they did not entertain my request and completely ignored it and asked me to pay $120. Also they told me this car have 2 keys as all our certified vehicles have. Same, when I asked for the other key they asked me to pay money for it. Not good how they treat customers who are paying thousands of dollars.

I took my car due to a noise on the front wheel and a recall on the system. I was told it would take two hours; after two hours and a half waiting and my car still parked, i told the agent i would rather wait home and he said he would call me once it was ready. I went to my car to get the stroller out and i find it against the wall and when the trunk was opened it got scratched. I had to move the car further from the wall myself. I went home by 3pm and took a nap. Woke up by 6 to find out they closed and i never received the call. This was very upsetting because I needed to take my daughter someplace that night. Next morning i call at 8am to be told they are still diagnosing the car and to give him another hour and he will call me. Two hours go by and no call, so i decided to show up at the dealer just to find my car in the same spot, it was never even taken inside. So i asked for my keys and left.I find it very disrespectful to just keep someones car a day and a half without any notice so that i couldve arranged for a different way to get around and at the end of it all, my car was never seen. So Ill be taking my car to my usual mechanic in Newark, Ulesys Auto Shop.

Sales Department is competent but unfortunately their service department is the worse Ive ever seen in a dealership. Ive been here a couple times and their oil change takes forever even when you have an appointment. I was there on September 22nd for and oil change and they worked on a break light switch recall. When I left the dealer I noticed the cruise control wasnt working. I than called the dealer and they scheduled an appointment to get that checked out on September 30th. On September 30th I drive into the dealer to have Chris my service advisor tell me that I needed to pay $150 just for the diagnosis of the issue and that the service had nothing to do with my cruise control issues. The point is, when I took my car in it was working fine and after it came out of service it is not working. I will definitely look for my rights to solve this issue.

I am angry and highly upset. After bringing my truck into facility twice for POOR diagnosis You informed me, my car needed a Timing Chain replacement kit at a cost to me of nearly $4000. After keeping my truck for approximately one week, you advised me that the repairs were completed on 10/1. On 10/2 the truck displayed the same issues as previously diagnosed. Did I really need a costly and maybe unnecessary repair??? If the same problem return.

Just had a horrible experience here. We went to shop for a new lease because we had purchased a previous one from here. The sales person who helped us, Milton wasted our time. We asked to test drive the car and it took forever and we were only able to drive it in a parking lot full of cars and he didn’t even go or explain car features. He had us waiting for like an hour to give us numbers and was helping another customer. We left and he didn’t seem to care we will never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone.

They didnt do a sufficient job on my car, including the multi-point inspection in which they missed a whole nail in my tire (they did offer to take it out the next day but blamed it on me, so I was given a courtesy on that. *as I roll my eyes*) and then once they fixed my rear shock absorber, my car started making a slight squeaking noise after, so of course I am very displeased about that. Now, I will say that everyone is nice that I dealt with but they all lack customer needs and making sure they properly handle your vehicle. So I will most likely not being going back to Route 22 Nissan but I love my Altima so I will just have to find another Nissan Service Department to handle my cars needs.

Most horrible experience.Brought my Nissan 2017 Rogue: front sensor activates on its own; the engine shakes when on stop. Still under manufacturers warranty.They kept the car for over 3 weeks without a phone call to update me. The whole time my insurance paid for parts and labor (over two thousand). Every time I called (6 times) I was told service dept will call me back. Never received one call. I had a car that was supposed to be courtesy vehicle but ended up paying for two weeks as rental (over a thousand). When I finally went to pick up the car, engine still shakes, sensor stays activated, and battery had died. They insisted that I pay for the battery, too. When General Manager of dealership, Mike, showed up he ordered the service dept to replace the battery free of charge. I left very disappointed. The person who was handling the service, Ryan, is a liar. Service dept has no clue and are unprofessional. Even Mike lied [he] lost money on this case. They earned money from my insurance carrier, they worked on my car under warranty and charged me full price on rental and car still not repaired. I am short over a thousand dollars, no services provided and they lost money! Puzzling! Moreover, in front of me and whole staff Mike said: Ryan is fired. He is gone for mishandling the whole situation. Ryan is still there. Not that I wanted him fired but the whole act by Mike was low point.A month later I received a call from head of service dept to bring the car back. I was promised a courtesy car because it would take more than a day. I called in to make the appointment and confirmed the courtesy car. Drove there, dropped off the car, just to be told there are no courtesy cars available. I had to get back to work so I asked for a rental. No rentals available. The head of service dept did not even apologize nor investigate why I was lied. I had to take the car back and leave.Good luck to the rest of you but Id think twice to go there if I had an alternative.

Absolutely disappointed at the service I was given as a potential customer. I had gone there with the intent to purchase on August 24th initially viewing the car before going on a test drive the following day on the 25th. Spoke with Jason Rider about a pre purchase inspection for peace of mind and was given approval for it, that I would set it up and the vehicle would be brought. I was given his business card in order to contact him when I had finalized the appointment.When I had gotten an appointment at my desired shop, I reached out via email and voicemail on the 26th. Nicole in sales followed up with me on August 28th and attempted to connect me with Jason as he had not responded for two days up to that point.Today is the 30th and to my surprise the listing is no longer up and I can only assume the car has been sold. I feel completely disrespected and this is unacceptable. If the inspection was not okay, then tell me to my face it isnt. I shouldnt have to leave the dealership with the thought that everything is cool and okay only to be ghosted and ignored. Nobody should have to deal with that.Would love to give zero stars but I appreciate Nicole calling me back, rather than not hearing from anyone at all.
