The people at this NAPA are great. We needed some new battery connectors for our RV. Jim make the extra effort to get his crimper from home to attach the correct terminal ends to the wires we needed as well as copied my labels from the old wires to the new ones. Really professional folks. Will shop here again.

The Store Manager, Jim was the best! I was on vacation with my girls & Mother and our truck battery was weak. He helped me get a new battery & installed it for me instead of having to send me away to find a mechanic shop to do it. I would highly recommend this auto store over Auto Zone because they told me nothing was wrong with my battery after having to get jumped off at Harbor Town the night before. Napa is the only store for us !

Parker was a very helpful associate. Needed a snap ring for a busted stroller wheel. He found it in the store and even used pliers to install it on the wheel apparatus. Talk about the extra mile! Help with a stroller issue and that has nothing to do with auto!Good service and good people. Good store.

Great customer service! The staff was very helpful and installed the wipers I purchased. When one did not fit will, they found another brand that worked.

Best service I’ve ever had at a parts store! I was so upset about my car not starting, especially since we are on vacation! I forgot to get his name, but a dark haired gentleman helped me diagnose the problem and do some quick repairs. He was truly a GODSEND! I’m so thankful he was there to help me! Thank you!!!!

Jim was very helpful. Came in with what I thought was a battery issue, turns out battery was fine. Even though i wasnt making a purchase and the store was very busy, Jim ran a test on my vehicle which saves a whole lot of trouble shooting time and Ill be significantly more informed if I have to go to a repair shop. Will definitely continue to use this store.

Service was great was greeted as I walked into the front door as well as served immediately. Unfortunately they did not have my item in stock but directed me to the other automotive store down the street.

THIS is a nice hometown feeling store.....the staff always remember me . They cut up and tell jokes, and make you feel right at home. They can make just about any hydrolic hose you need, they deliver, and almost always have what I need in stock

I feel good shopping at Napa vs other auto parts stores but it costs so much more than the competitors. Oil is literally twice the cost as Walmart. Which is why I wont shop at Napa.
