Excellent service and trustworthy honest people! I had car trouble on my way to Hilton Head. The air suspension system on my 2010 Lincoln Navigator gave out. I had never before taken my car in for repairs to anyone but the dealer. Because the car had high mileage, there were decisions to make on how best to proceed. Chuck was fair and honest in those discussions, clearly putting my interests ahead of his own. The service was prompt, professional, and better than what I received from my own dealer at home. What could have destroyed my vacation turned into a great experience. If you have trouble like I did, you can trust these guys! Thanks Chuck.

Wow! The ONLY service center on the Island with a tow truck and a service tech on board, it makes a big difference. My minivan had left me stranded 3 times and I had it towed to 3 reputable service centers on the Island. Guess what, my van would start after each tow and the Techs were unable to find the problem, and I was always charged for something. Well I found these guys on the internet. I told Chuck what I told you and he explained that he is the only service center with a tow truck and a technician at the helm. He came by my house in a few minutes, got the key, went to my van, diagnosed it where it sat, gave me an estimate and my van had a new starter and was fixed in a couple hours! Amazing! They are the Real Deal.

Our car broke down while on vacation, I gave Chuck at advance a call. Within the hour he was there loading my car up on the tow truck and taking it to his shop. He checked it out that day and let me know what was the problem. He was so professional and quick and his son John also was there to give us a ride when we needed it. I couldnt say more about this business other than all around excellent. Thank you again guys!

My car had a serpentine belt break while on vacation. I called Advance around 4:30PM and they were there to tow in 15 minutes. Chuck called the next day at 10AM and said the car was ready. Including the tow, the price was less than 1/4 of what I was prepared to pay.Service was great, price was outstanding, and although the repair was simple, it was quality work. Cannot recommend enough.

Chuck was great! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service quickly. He was upfront with the pricing and when I had a concern about how the pricing was structured he was able to show me what the break up was. I then called around to verify that he was competitive in the area. I concluded that the parts I received were of quality and from a reputable store and that the pricing was competitive especially for the fast service we recieved. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Great experience. Wheel bearing failure while on vacation. They quickly repaired the problem and I was on my way. Grateful that they did a great job and didnt charge me a tourist tax. Very satisfied.

Chuck and Jon made our vacation great. We arrived at HHI with a very disturbing noise from under our Lexus. Turned out to be a minor issue and Chuck put us at ease as soon as he found the problem. So honest and really great guys to work with. A Blessing to find so far from home.

Very friendly family owned business. John diagnosed my truck with a faulty water pump and had it replaced in 3 hours so it would be ready to tow my trailer back home with no delays. Highly recommended.

Great group of guys! Came to town for vacation notice a vibration coming from the rear end. Asked the hotel for recommendations, they told me to call Chuck. Chuck sent his tow truck over the next morning, diagnosed the problem, universal u-joint and a bearing. Had everything fixed that same day. Was visiting from Mytle Beach and on the way in I noticed something was wrong with my car. I took my car into the shop the next day. I was called by John a few hours later explaining the diagnosis and cost. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The cost was under what I was expecting. If in need, give them a call.

I am so grateful I stumbled upon this awesome auto shop. I was broken down on the side of the road (fuel pump) and Chuck took great care of me. He was thorough and uber professional and the estimate he gave me was far less than I expected from my google searches. In addition, since he was in there already he made some changes to another part of my system and didnt charge me for it. Our mechanic just moved so Im very happy to have come across Chuck. Came down to Hilton Head out of Atlanta and lost cold air from my AC. Stopped in to Advance Automotive as it was recommended by my father-in-law. They hooked me up by recharging my AC and replacing the charging valves. They were very professional and very much worth the money. Would recommend them to anyone!
