Shameful. Had the boat for almost a year, assured me that all systems had been checked out. Got the boat back, no AC, no Genset, two heads not working, no on board water. The dinghy also fell off the boat while in their possession and they have yet to produce the remains or even a good story. They flat out refuse to respond at this point. Avoid them at all costs. They are NOT associated with Palmetto Bay Marina - they (PBM) seem to be nice people.
