This Starbucks location on Palmetto Bay Road on Hilton Head Island is a well managed Starbucks that is reliable when you are on the move and need something quickly. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.

This is a typical Starbucks and the food and drink is as usual so they get 3 stars. Normally Starbucks gets 5 but these guys lose 2 stars because they are deceitful about their cleaning status. There outside tables are clearly marked that they have been sanitized and ready for use, however after witnessing numerous patrons coming and going, nobody had cleaned any of the tables. They would lead you to believe they are being cleaned after each use, but that is not the case. An organization as large and strong as Starbucks has the ability to lead in the efforts of showing others how to handle this pandemic and I believe most of them do, but this one does not appear to be following those guidelines. I think they are better than this and ask that they monitor this situation closely.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The service is quick and the drinks are well made.

Not enough baristas working for the amount of customers. Baristas are working non stop and yet it takes 40 minutes for a mobile order. This location needs to hire more baristas. Easily 30 customers waiting inside the store for over 30 minutes for simple mobile orders

Came at 330 on Monday again and they are closed again, if they are short staffed for a month straight at this point hire a crackhead off the street to get business operational during the middle of the day.

Staff was super friendly. Mobile pay was really easy through the Starbucks app. Coffee and pastries were out of this world. The reason for four stars... staff was dusting the overhead light fixtures while open for business. There are customers present who may have allergies, the dust falls into the ice container that was sitting on the counter, the dust falls every else that has food products open. I didn’t think that was a smart move. Do that when the business is closed, no food out and customers are not present. Other than that loved our visit.

Customer service is great, cant say the same for some customers however, yet a pleasant experience.

I was having a suck day, and was kinda rude to Katy because we couldnt hear eachother... but she just kept being a sweetheart.

I went by there a new one two dining room was closed and I get off the bus and she didnt even bothered it to tell me that girl dining room clothes

The cashier was phenomenal! She noticed some of my phone accessories, and she was really pleasant to chat with. The barista wasnt, and acted super annoyed when I asked for the straws I needed for my drinks.

Nice place and friendly staff

I went inside to get my drink that I had ordered ahead, then went back out to my car to try it. The drink was white due to the excessive amount of milk the put in it, and overall it was not the correct drink. I know it was not correct because I get the same drink every day and I know what it tastes like. I was in a hurry to get home so I put it in the fridge and then went back about 3 hours later to get my correct order. They were so rude and when I told them it was the wrong drink, I was met with “well I made it and I know it’s right”. I informed her that it was not right and that it did not taste like it should and she continued with “well I know it’s right but I guess we can make a new one”. The lady at the register rolled her eyes and had a horrible tone through the entire encounter. Very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Kicked me and my buddy out of the store because of not having masks, keep in mind we were about to spend 50$ and after we got kicked out the lady behind us got service without a mask. Masks are recommended not laws

The coffee was very good. As a matter of fact excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. The pricing is another matter entirely. After ordering and paying - I remembered why I generally avoid Starbucks. You should have to mortgage your home to get a decent cup of coffee. Not specific to this shop - Starbucks in general.

Worst Starbucks experience. Made the wrong order, told the barista and she just said, Thats what the sticker said. Well, it wasnt what I ordered. With masks being worn, maybe the cashier should repeat the order to ensure the right order. And maybe the barista should take a class in customer service!

The lady that took our order was not friendly. She acted like our order for two tall blonde roasts was absurd. Maybe she had just had long day, hard to tell. The girl at the end who filled the order was very nice.

This Starbucks was nice. Kind of small location. Good drinks and customer service. We didnt sit inside and hang out, just took it to go. Decent selection of food and merch. Its walk in only. No drive through at this location.

Great service, great staff and a cozy little space. Its a little bit expensive, but the pumpkin spice latte was well worth it. Wish they served it year-round

We came in on the way back home and as a follow Starbucks employee I can say that the service was very poor. Main bar barista wasn’t wearing an apron or calling out names. Drinks were out of order and we waited forever and almost every one was wrong. I know it gets stressful at Starbucks so I’m not normal picky but if I order a drink with lemonade and the pitcher in front of you is empty, you shouldn’t pick it up, sigh and then skip it entirely. Little things make a big different and this store wasn’t the Starbucks atmosphere I love being in

Easy online/app order and pickup

Coffee cake was good as usual, I love Starbucks but this place was super crowded, staff seemed over tasked but they handled themselves like pros. The mocha I got barely had any whip cream in it, was bummed about that. Also their mochas are not as good as our Starbucks at the Kroger in Warner Robins Georgia.

Great location. Friendly employees. They even have a cat named Star that lives close by and often visits (outside).

Tucked quietly away in a Publix shopping center, this store has courteous baristas who are eager to please. Business is steady but the folks behind the counter are adept at mixing those delicious drinks and cups of coffee that we all love. You wont have to wait for long. They are prompt.

Busy place, people love sitting outside there on nice winter days. Busy shopping area too. Good if have the time to stop in and get a drink or a bite to eat. I think this is the location near Publix and Staples. And a busy rotary.

Mocha cookie crumble frappuccino was just ok from Hilton Head. It was extremely sweet. Ive got this back home in KY and it was better there. Staff was nice.

Food is good quality. Of course the coffee is great, and so many selections. At this location when you order thru the app they hold your food behind the counter. They are always so busy that it takes a while to get their attention to get the food that I see back there getting cold. Thats what I dont like about this location on HHI.

I have had an awesome experience at every Starbucks I have ever been to, except for this one. I ordered from the girl at the counter, who I could tell might be new, and she did not ring in my frappuccino correctly. I am lactose intolerant and ordered an almond milk frappuccino. After I asked them to fix the drink and apologized for even asking them to do so, Lexi handed me my drink and told me that I needed to order correctly next time.First of all, this means that the girl who took my order lied and said that it was my fault because she did not want to be blamed for ringing in an order wrong. Secondly, Lexi had the audacity to treat a customer with disrespect and tell me that I did something wrong. I have been in the service industry for 8 years, and one of the top rules of service is to treat customers with respect. I will never return to this Starbucks, but will continue to faithfully support my local Starbucks in Five Points of Columbia, South Carolina.

Wish there was a drive thru Starbucks on Southend but mobile order will have to work for now

I have always been a huge fan of Starbucks, so naturally while Im on vacation at HHI Im going to get Starbucks... I came to this one the other day and got 4 drinks.... They told me after I had paid for everything, that they didnt have oranges to put in my Orange Valencias (which I ordered 3 of) and I ordered two larges and one small, they made me two smalls and one large, when I told them it was two larges and one small, she put the small in a large cup and added more water... And then they told me after the fact that they had no hazelnut to mix with the vanilla for my French Vanilla cappuccino.... Kathy, and the other man working there with her were two of the most disconcerting people I have ever in my life seen working at a Starbucks. Some people clearly dont belong in the customer service field.

I walk in, not really a fan of Starbucks. Hostess says. Welcome to Starbucks how can I help you? Me - Large Decaf cream only. Her- Grande Decafe Latte? Me- What? What size is that? Her- shows me a cup. Me- yeah thats fine. Her- your name? Me- Ed. Her- writes my name on cup and asks, pour over or brewed? Me- What? Her- poor over is quick, brew takes 3 minutes. Me- Whatever. Her- do you have 3 minutes? Me- yes. Her- your name? (As she looks at the cup where she already wrote my name). Me- Ed, hasnt changed in the few seconds since you last asked. Her- okay, well call you when its ready. Me- I go sit down, a few minutes later, someone calls out Decafe Latte Grande. I dont react right away as I ordered a Large Decaf with cream. But I quickly realized it is my coffee. Yep, there it sits with my name Ed in big bold Sharpe writing. Now I recall why Starbucks is not my 2nd or 3rd choice for coffee. 😲

Extremely busy during the summer. Employees chat constantly with each other and seem oblivious to the fact that there are customers in front of them. No effort to be friendly or welcoming customers.

When youre traveling and you cant find an intimate small shop that truly is pumping out coffee, Starbucks always hits he spot. Staff at this location was super nice!

The staff here were very social and friendly. The customer base is basically all retirees so it is a decent place to sit down on your laptop and get some work done.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. I’m handicapped and there’s no drive thru. I couldn’t find another location. So I preordered and tipped too. Sent hubby in to pick up. Barista is LID challenged. Coffee lid was not on properly. Both hubby and I burned by the coffee... all over my chest, legs .... splattered inside my new van Then I take lunch, breakfast out of bag. Lids not on sauce, or lunch.... running all over the inside of bag and lunch protein box. We were beginning an 8 hr drive. 😩😡😩 I will be contacting company. Ridiculous!
