I have been coming to Dr Berzansky for my eye care since moving to this area in 2012 from Santa Barbara, CA. I could not imagine going to anywhere else, he is always so thorough and asks if theres any questions and actually takes his time with my eye examination. I would definitely recommend this office for all your eye care needs, the entire staff is so very nice and helpful!

My eye doctors. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I live the friendly staff who are always helpful. The doctors are excellent and very upfront about findings and very supportive.

I have been here on vacation and woke up with extreme pain in my right eye, like a cut or something. Got worse as the day went on and after having previous refractive surgery, PRK, I was a little nervous to let it go without going to get it looked at. So I called them and told them the situation and they were more than willing to get me in by the end of the day. The Dr was very invested in the situation and explained what was going on-3 corneal abrasions. Going back in 2 days for a follow up and already so much better. Thank you for putting the patient first. I was highly impressed since I work in an eye surgery center myself.

Very disappointedI had an appointment 15 minutes previous to it someone called to tell me the machine isnt working today, my appointment was at 2 pmSo I asked the machine wasnt working all day and you just called me, she said yeah do you want to reschedule for tomorrow?It wont be a problem if the machine just stops working it can happen but to said all day

We moved to the area recently and a friend highly recommended Optical Solutions. After several visits and the purchase of new lenses I am very happy with Dr. Campbell and his staff. Most important to me is how personable, caring and thorough Dr. Campbell is. He even called me personally to deliver results of some testing I was worried about. In addition, every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the office itself is run in a very efficient manner.

My family and I came to Hilton Head on a quick vacation. Sadly my boyfriends glasses were lost in the ocean. The staff at optical solutions were so wonderful in helping us get him a new pair ASAP. We had his exam at 10am and he had his new glasses at 2! We are so relieved he doesn’t have to go without them the rest of the trip. Thank you soo much to the staff for working so hard to get us taken care of!

The staff keeps the schedules and appointments on time, which was the reason I initially switched over to Dr. Michael Campbell. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Campbell is very thorough and explains everything clearly, and answers questions. His recommendations have reversed early stage age-related macular degeneration.Prices of contact lenses and Eye Restore vitamins are very competitive - now I buy from Optical Solutions without checking other sources.

I lost my glasses 👓 while on vacation and out of necessity searched for a way to replace them (Google maps to the rescue!).Thankfully Optical Solutions showed up in my search results and they had a glowing 5 star review. I am gladly adding another 5 star review to their credit.Their office is easy to find and get to. It is extremely nice and they are well staffed. They were able to make an appointment for me on the next day and were able to turn my glasses around in one day!We vacation every year in Hilton Head so Im going to add my yearly exam at Optical Solutions to my holiday repertoire of things to do while visiting!

Vacationing here in HHI and I lost my glasses...not good at all since Ive been wearing glasses for over 20yrs . I was sure no one would be able to get me a pair of glasses today, due to my really bad astigmatism in left eye. That night my husband called Optical Solutions, he spoke with Maureen and she said they could help. Next day at the office, Maria was more than helpful but due to my bad eyes she stated they probably couldnt get me anything today. I sat in the parking lot and thought oh well Ill just have to deal without seeing until Monday. Then my husbands phone went off, it was Maria telling me Maureen said they will find a way to help me and to come back in. Maureen and Dr.Campbell went over and beyond to get me an eye exam and my glasses all in the same day. If I could give this office a 10 I would, the entire office was so polite, helpful and determined to get me seeing today so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. The staff is very professional and Dr. Berzansky is attentive and explains everything in detail. I feel confident that I understand my prescription when I leave. On top of that the selection of designer frames in the office is great. I got 2 pair last year and think I may get another in a week or so. I love the stylish frames.

Stop looking for someone to entrust your eyes to, this is the place! EVERYONE at this office has your health and best interest at heart. The level of customer service and professional service is outstanding. I couldnt recommend a health service more highly than Dr. Berzansky and the entire staff at the Hospital Commons office! Just awesome. I had a bad experience at another eye dr on HH, so I came here instead to fill my Rx, written by the other place, for eyeglasses. They were everything the other place wasnt: nice, professional, credible, organized, efficient, accurate, considerate. Every single person was great. No reason for me to go anywhere else.

I fell in love when I arrived. This place is nice and clean. Waiting area is comfortable with plenty of magazines and a tv. Brochures galoure! The staff was amazing from arriving to departing. Husband has rimless glasses and can’t see a thing without them. While vacationing on HH, we had a crisis when he snapped both lens filaments and then discovered he’d left his backup glasses at home. Hailey at Optical Solitions was able to repair the filaments and saved our vacation in 30 minutes on a Monday morning. So glad I read these reviews & headed directly to their office.
