Eye exam, got mad because I went someplace else for my glasses ..when I asked for a copy he got mad and gave me someone else prescription.this is at the Bft.sc vision center at Walmart

Went in today to get my glasses adjusted around 10:30. There was a sign said back in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later to have my glasses adjusted and was told that they aren’t allowed to do that without a Dr. on the premises. Seriously? Only 1 female employee there just sitting at a table.Told me Dr would be back on Monday.Why bother being open if you can’t provide eye glass adjustments ? Do you just hire people to sit there and not do anything? She said she could put lenses in frames, take appts. But she can’t adjust glasses?Seriously bad business practice. I won’t be back.

Loved the doctor and the front desk receptionist Cynthia I think was her name! They were both so friendly and they really explained what was going on in my eyes in depth

Very rude. Wont be back. Scheduled a 10:15am appointment for my husband. When he arrived she told him his appointment was at 11:15. When he told her he was certain it was not, she argued with him, then (I guess because the doctor walked up) she even went as far as to tell him that he had a different time but then he called back and changed itTotal lie and completely rude. Very surprised the doctor didnt apologize for her unprofessional attitude. Definitely would not recommend this location at all.

Wonderful experience, efficient, friendly and good with answering questions. And costs were very reasonable from exam straight through to frames and lens.

The whole staff is just wonderful I will definitely recommend this place.
