Incredibly helpful staff. I initially went into the store looking for a bottle of Barrell Seagrass. While they didnt have it on their shelf, they were able to order it and have it available for pickup the next day. Really appreciated that level of customer service. Will definitely visit again next time Im in Hilton Head.

While casually looking through the store, one the employees made a few suggestions on bourbon selection I was reviewing.Guy was super friendly and pleasant.I asked about something I didn’t see on the shelves.The guy went to the back and handed me a bottle.It made my week trip to Hilton Head.Can’t wait to go back.Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews on here. Selection is quality, especially considering the smaller space.

I stopped in looking for a specific wine.Store did not carry it . The owner went out of his way to check with his distributor and ordered me a case. When I went to pick it up the price was even lower than quoted. Quality customer service!

After starting my day I decided to grab some Fireball for our guests that were arriving later in the day to save them a trip. Much to my surprise when i went to pay with a card i was forced to use it as Debit vs Credit. Now the wonderful men that were there working (sense my sarcasm) told me I could only use Debit. I am a proponent of small business but obviously these guys make up their own rules. A merchant cant force a consumer to use Debit when their card has a Visa logo. They must really need the money because that is the only way a Merchant would force you to use a Visa as Debit. I dont care how close this is to Sea Pines I will drive out of my way to use a retailer that can actually follow the rules of Visa, Mastercard etc. If a Merchant is going to have a Terminal that has the 4 major credit card companies then you shouldnt be forced to only be able to use your card 1 way. They also have the smallest selection of Liquor and Wine I have ever seen. Cigar stores have a larger space, pretty sure my bathroom has more square feet.

Great place but only sale alcohol no mixers. That is what costed them a point but excellent selection and the people working were very friendly.
