My toddler was having a full blown meltdown in the store today, I just wanted to say thank you to the lady that comforted me and made me feel better! She said it will get better mama, we need more caring and understanding people like her in the world! Thank you!

Most of the staff I have met have been nice. Except for a female manager. Shes Hella rude!!Usually quick check outs and okay prices. Some stuff is a little higher than Walmart but if you wanna go shopping without the crowds. This might be your spot. Would be nice if they could answer the phone once in awhile!!! 🤣Bathroom wasnt all that clean when I went.Prices on meat is a lot higher here!They are constantly moving items around so get used to that. Nothing is ever where it was the last time you were there 😅

I was at this place briefly, and my needs was not Mets. So I cant say how wonderful this place is but it a pretty big grocery and people were coming and going while I was there.They only change cashier cheque, I was informed.Clean well stocked and too far for me.distance wise it not my choice.

Fair pricing especially if you have a Good Lion card. The shelves are a little empty and need to be stocked more. All in all the store is a great shopping store and the employees are nice at least the ones I have rum into and has the pleasure of talking to.

Check out was, fabulous, the cashier greeted me and then led me to the checkout and took my items out and placed them on the counter .wow for a moment felt like royalty! Lol it was really nice experience and the store of course neat, orderly,staff pleasant.

Variety of fruits and vegetables. Was able to purchase fresh variety of Organic health items tumeric,ginger and aloe in fruit and produce sections.

Cashier by name of Nathaniel showed outstanding customer service and thanked me for my service but that’s not the reason for am leaving a review . The qualities he showed while being a cashier are just not found a lot in today’s generation

Always clean and fresh meats. People like shopping at foodlions the only problem is that they tend to run out of some items like meats around holiday. Overall great grocery store to shop.

Always have the freshest and biggest variety of produce. Same with ice cream. And the store is extremely clean!

Parking lot is relatively easy to get in an out of despite being right on a large intersection. The building is plenty clean, and the produce section is as good as youd expect from food lion. However the building is fairly dark, especially in the frozen aisles. This is also a smaller location, the selection is good but not great. Their flower bouquets are really nice though! For those looking for a valentines gift tomorrow.

Be careful and watch when items are scanned. Didnt take off sale items, cashier had to manually take off. So beware.

The ratings are correct because even though they have a large variety of different and new food items, the prices can be too high.

This store has the most absolute rude and disrespectful customer service/ managers A.K.A Jerica. My advice for anyone willing or trying to work there go to a different store. Nobody should be disrespected the way I have from people like her. It makes me angry that she still has a job there but no worries because my Lord and Savior knows how to put people like her in her place.

The one in Jedburg is great.New store and is very clean 5 minutes from the house and I hate going to?Wal-Mart anymore and having to ring and bag your own groceries.Its not like the price went down or anything.

When walking into store no sanitary towels to wipe down carts or baskets, carpet was Dirty... Inside the store wasnt to bad, but dont look for anyone to help you because there are none, except for the register people. I was there a week ago and the lady at register was very nice and even offered free flowers, which I was very happy about because my husband had just gotten out if hosp after having major surgery...

Food Lion does have some good MVP deals but non deal prices are much higher, and most times register lines are exceedingly long because apparently nobody knows how to schedule enough people to work during peak hours

I always go in this store bc its convenient. But after my last 2 visits im done..I will ride all the way across town to kroger..western union always down,and I use my ebt card which my last name doesnt match the same as my i.d.but for the last 6 months or so Ive been alright and noone ever gave me a problem..all of a sudden it was a problem...and the MANAGER BARELY WANTED TO HEAR ME OUT.IN WHICH SHE HAS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BEEN THE ONE TO OKAY IT..WHO HAS TIME TO LIE ABOUT EBT..

Decent grocery store with quality service. Deli worker went out of his way to help me find what i was looking for. It was late in the day and all the rotisserie chickens were gone. Deli worker pulled a fresh ones from the oven and made a point to give me the biggest, prettiest one he could find. Absolutely an over all good experience.

I was there a few weeks ago (after not going out for a month and a half) and was amazed that only 2 employees had masks on. Called and complained and asked why it wasn’t a requirement. The woman at the home office said they were planning on making it mandatory the following day. That apparently was a lie after reading another review of someone who was there a week ago. So far, the only places I am aware of that require all employees and customers to wear masks is the commissary and px on post and goodwill. That’s the limit I have for my shopping as I am a high risk. Thanks Georgia !

Good, but I thought they had a hot foods deli. Didnt, so I had to get ingredients to make a toss salad.

I love shopping here especially when they have sales.

It’s a pet peeve of mine when I go to a grocery store and see the carts all over the parking lot. I was extremely upset when I walked out and saw my truck with 2 shopping carts on it and a really nice dent in the door. I went back inside to see the manager, she was reading something when she called me over. After I told her what happened she stopped looking at me and continued reading and said, “sorry sir” I was doing my best to hold back my frustration. She said I have a worker continuously Picking up buggies which is not true because when I first walked into the store, there was only 6 buggies to grab. She acted as if it was not a big deal. When I get, it’s not her vehicle or money. When I told her I wanted the corporate offices number she said, “you don’t file a police report with the corporate office” l Responded with, it’s not to file a report it’s to try and speak with someone on your customer service. Please, if you’re speaking with somebody have the common courtesy to look at them.

For what ever reason during their busiest times, there’s only one or two opened registers. It’s not until the line or lines are blocking aisles when they decide “ Maybe we should open another register”. It’s sort of annoying especially when I can see the employees getting flustered with the amount of people waiting.

I do not like this store because of store management she needs more training on how to treat her employees ..The way she talks to them is awful on top of making some work from open to close ..People have families and to work some 6 days a week with one day with family is ridiculous ..I’m a manager at a Grocery Store and yes we are a business but you do not treat your people like she does ..I would never shop this store after hearing how she treats her people I would never recommend this store to Family and Friends ..Good employees are hard to find she needs to appreciate who is there and still working under her ..

When I went in it was neat and clean; however, there was no produce. Walked to the meat department and saw a lot of packages of meat that was swollen, which is a sign that meat has been out of the refrigerator and just placed back on shelf. Left without purchasing anything after finding the meat like that.

I love this grocery store! Friendly staff, clean, organized, theres always sales on everything, etc. What else do you need? My only issue is they tend to not have enough people on the registers and the lines can get long pretty quickly. Otherwise, Im so glad I live close to a great grocery store! Also, the mobile app is awesome and actually does help you save and earn great rewards!

Very nice store. Not to big and not to small. Very clean and easy to find most items. The store is about 25% higher on cost then most other stores but can have some good deals on some items. They normally are pretty fast to open more registers if there is a lot of people checking out at once. Very nice employees and helpful.

They have Good prices on their groceries, this was my first time going here and I will be a regular customer from now on. They do very helpful workers as well! I definitely recommend this store

Honestly Im so over these spoiled shoppers! Ive only had the best experiences here. The people are always kind and helpful! Okay they may not have anything to wipe the cart but truly whose responsibility is that. They already have so much to deal with and are sacrificing themselves for you to take care of YOUR family. Yall are unrealistic and disgusting! I refuse to go to Walmart which is apparently where some of you should go who dont appreciate great customer service! Smh thank you to all the staff at our local Food Lion and you guys are truly appreciated! Its always peaceful and organized! Even through COV 19...
