Very unorganized! Maybe it was the day but coffee was made wrong, took forever to receive my cold brew. Very hard to tell what order belonged to who and all the customers were touching everyone elses orders to find their own. Not the customers fault though. Sorry wont go back here!

Its a Starbucks, generally theyre pretty consistent and good. This one is more consistent than the Weymouth one. My wife came here one day during 2020 dressed in her scrubs. The barista wrote a note on her cup that made her tear up. Nice staff that goes above and beyond.

The employees were very kind, but the food was much to expensive! Dunkins food in my opinion is much better (and much cheaper).

Gave me a cold coffee despite ordering a hot coffee. So I was disappointed.

Definitely over priced coffee and food. I went to Starbucks for a coffee break for my co workers and i, omg was it expensive. But I do enjoy going to Starbucks once in awhile when I can afford to spend the money on my iced latte.

Service was excellent. Nice employees. I had a Grande Flat White. Came out perfect. Good assortment of foods as typical at most every Starbucks. This was a popular spot with people of all age groups in the afternoon around 3 PM. It was very busy. Overall very good experience.

Google cracks me up looking for reviews of Starbucks. They sell over priced coffee usually with an attitude. But this Starbucks location does have some great people working in it, to bad they cant post thier schedules

Every time I use the mobile order app at this location it takes 20 minutes and they are always out of something that I ordered even though the app did not say they were out. Once in the store and you tell them you’re name and it’s not ready they will not call out the names of orders coming out, so you have to keep going up and telling them your name and pointing at your drink on the counter. Not a very efficient location.

I like this place, they usually get your order right and even though it’s busy, usually it gets done quickly. Most of the staff is friendlyUpdateEven with covid they are awesome, nice system they have going on with how busy they are, still one of my favorites to go to even tho it is not close to where I live it’s worth driving toThe boy handing out everyone’s drinks is super niceAnd the people making the drinks are very efficientI would give 5 stars if Starbucks would not charge extra for dairy alternative milks

Attentive and friendly staff! Even when its extremely busy, the baristas are calm and helpful. I sometimes go out of my planned route to order my special cappuccino in my to go mug. Its always perfect! Highly recommend this Starbucks.

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I hate that it’s the only one near where I live now. Staff is unfriendly, service is slow (15 minutes for a cold brew) and they never read the tag. Light ice means light ice, not fill the darn cup.

Often out of food items on their menu. Feels like my coffee is right about 60% of the time. Mobile orders almost never on time, but I keep coming here, so theres that.The staff is nice enough, no complaints there. Just wish the consistency of delivery was there.

Starbucks. The service is sometimes a little on the slow side. The patrons can occasionally be in a hurry. It is however, reliable and offers the standard fare. The staff are courteous and kind.

What makes a business successful are the employees and this Starbucks has great people in spades. Sure there a other places to buy a good cup of Joe, but are they focused on their customers like this Starbucks? In my experience, no.

I love Starbucks coffee. If I am for coffee I go for the Pike or the decaf. If I am in a tea mood I go for the Peach Tranquility (yummy)

Great Starbucks. Lots of seating. Usually busy, but not too crowded.

After ordering and paying for a cold brew with pumpkin foam on a Saturday afternoon at 4:45pm it took 15 minutes to figure out they ran out. The barista spends too much time chatting it up with someone who ordered water while 6 other PAYING customers wait. It is beyond frustrating. I know it’s only coffee but there is a way to balance customer service and pleasant benign banter. This Starbuck doesnt have that balance. And your barista isn’t as good as she thinks she is at pretending she is working hard.

The coffee drink was good and the staff was nice, but avoid this location unless you LOVE to be surrounded by very young, loud, and poorly behaved children. The place is crawling with moms who visit with each other while the kids spill things and pull cushions out of the chairs. Next time Ill find someplace else to kill some time.

Wonderful place the staff is outstanding we know them well we are there every day before we go to work they are greatJen, Frank, Vanessa, Jimmy Derrick Felipe and Pam the manager all are fantastic wonderful and hard workingThey have alot of patience with some difficult customers.

James is the nicest barista Ive ever encountered! The service here is fast and friendly. Love it :)

I was sincerely look for a different Starbucks in the area the people that run the Starbucks do not pay attention cant get things right and are rude they made both of our drinks wrong screwed up our sandwiches and its not like they were even busy move on go somewhere else
