If you want a truly No Hassle buying experience, it has to start with the people 1st, then the dealership. Take my advise, talk to Blake West the new GM at Permian Toyota. I worked and sold cars with Blake for many years and I have never seen so many customers and co-workers gravitate to a guy like they do Blake. Why, because he is truly genuine and honestly cares about the people he meets and comes in contact with every day. When a customer needs help, he goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of from the beginning, during and the most important part... after the sale! Our car salesman was awesome! But we didnt like the place itself. Only had ONE choice of which car we could get.

I bought a car here and 9 months later still having issues. I will never take my business here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ve been waiting for my navigation chip for 4 months and every time it’s the same excuse. Last time the manager gave me a tracking number and for the last 3-4 weeks it’s said the same thing. It was only created but never sent or received to fedex. I took it so I could get it detailed and my car was EXACTLY the same inside and out and I left there for 5 hours. Besides the guys reving my engine that I caught on my dash cam. Then it suddenly turned off when one of there guys got on. When I bought it I had to go fill my own tank since they didn’t know where the gas card was. Went back another time and same thing. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Would not honor their online and advertised price. I offered to pay full internet price plus their doc fee, but they refused my offer with asking for 3k more because they priced their product wrong 8 days ago.Beware of this place. If they are willing to this then they are willing to be unethical in other areas as well.

I walked into this place with very low hopes considering my situation. Jesus was very detail explained and show concern and understanding to my needs. Mark stepped in as well to give me more then an extensive amount of help. He went above and beyond to help me get into something as well as understanding my credit. Be extremely careful about having work done on your car at this dealership. I bought a new Rav Adventure when I was in Dallas in October. I got back to Carlsbad and noticed fluid leaking underneath the car. It scared me because I was about to drive back to Dallas so I took it to Permian Toyota in Hobbs, the nearest dealership to me. It was leaking a red, oily substance and my first thought was transmission. When I finally found the service center, I walked in and no one was around. I finally found a guy and he said they would look at it but it was probably just leaking coolant from the overflow container. I thought that was strange because I had never seen pink or red coolant. He kept the car about 30 minutes then came back and said, yes, just coolant nothing to worry about. I left a few days later for Dallas but was still concerned as I just did not think it was ok that a new car would be leaking anything. It had less than 1000 miles. When I got to Dallas, I took the car to the dealership I bought it from and explained the situation. They were alarmed, kept the car over two hours, then came out and said that the transmission had a leaky seal and I could not drive the car until it was fixed and they gave me a loaner since they had to order the part. Lucky that I went back to Dallas when I did or I might have burned up a brand new transmission. The people at Permian Toyota were obviously not trained or just did not care since it was a new car. Even I thought it was transmission fluid leaking but they just dismissed it. I will never go there again and advise that no one else take their car for service. I am driving to El Paso for service.

I just purchased my second Toyota Tacoma, a 2019 TRD Sport 4x4 from this dealership my first Tacoma was purchased in 2012. At that time, I received top notch service and I just wasnt happy with the performance of the vehicle and it just wasnt what I expected. So I drove the 2012 and have been hooked ever since. I was treated professionally then and it continued with the purchase of the 2019. In fact, the salesman, Treyy White went above and beyond in this purchase. He even drove to Carlsbad to have me sign papers and to make plans to receive my truck that was at that point getting a lift, wheels and tires. He had planned on driving the 2019 to Cbad and taking my 2012 today but I chose to drive my 2012 just to have one last longer ride with her. Upon arrival Treyy was prompt in ready for my truck for me to take home. I am very happy with my new Tacoma and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Treyy.

My family and friends told me to go to Lubbock to purchase a vehicle but I decided to shop locally.As soon as we drove on the lot we were greeted by Daniel Campbell, he helped us from the start to the end and most of all he got us a a SUV with very low payments.He didn’t try and put us in something we didn’t want, my wife and I told him what we wanted and he met our expectations.

Went to just look at cars there to see what they had and I told the salesman Felipe that I just wanted to look at cars. He immediaty took me in and started having me do paperwork to buy a car when I hadn’t even picked one out yet. I told him again that I wanted to just look at cars and he showed me two cars. I liked the second one he showed me and he kept trying to give me paperwork to buy the car without telling me how much it would be. He finally told me it would be $13,000 for the car BUT he told me if I pit $2,000 down it would be $450/mo for 60 mos. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! He wanted me to pay double what he told me the car was going to be saying it was all “interest and financing” long story short I told him to screw off. Never going through him to try to buy a car again...

They are liars. They say one thing, and then a week later its suddenly different. The salesman Daniel C. is the worst salesman ever. For example, on my test drive for the car I wanted he had me put gas in the car on my expense just to take him to his house, while on the clock. He had my hopes really high saying I was going to get the car and come in the next week to find that every offer that was there a week prior had magically all been denied.

Giving them 1 star is over doing it. They deserve 0, worst experience and wish I would have bought elsewhere. Do not follow through with promises. Get everything in writing they act dumb when you come for what they promised.

Got a Dodge Ram from them was supposed to be up under warranty and supposed to get tires for life as long as you own the vehicle well to make a long story short I went out of town got a flat went to get the flat fixed and could not get it fixed cause it had a knot on it the mechanic that me that i was lucky that i didnt have a blow out so i call permian and tell them and they told us to bring it in but we ended up paying 85.00 for the tire . so people im warning yall they make it sound really good when your buying a car from them they dont stand by there word cause i should not be spending anything on the tire very disappointed will never never go to them again never

I just purchased a pre owned Jeep from Angel Cantu at Permian Toyota. I was treated with complete courtesy and respect by everyone at the the dealership. I had arranged for financing with a 3rd party lender prior to my visit to the dealership and expected to use it once I arrived; however, when Jacob the sales manager saw the rate & terms I was getting from my lender he asked if he could try for a better rate for me. I said sure, but didnt think that he could because my rate was very low. He went to his office, called his preferred lender and within 5 minutes came back to me with a loan that was a full point lower that what I had arranged. I didnt expect to have things work so well when buying a car. I am very, very pleased with my experience at Permian Toyota and will recommend the to my friends and family. I am a very Prior & Proper Preparation type of person, so you can immagine how pleased I am to have been surprised by the professionalism displayed by this group of folks. Do yourself a favor.......give Permian Toyota a shot. I believe you will be very pleased!

Liars. Told me a vehicle I saw on FB was no longer available so I drove to Roswell and bought it from them instead.Wanted to keep my money local. :(

We bought a used car almost two months ago that was supposed to come with two sets of keys. At delivery they only gave us one key and promised us they would get the other key to us. A few weeks later they told us they could not find the second key and after negotiation, the manager agreed to order the second key for us. It is now over 4 weeks later and we still do not have the second key. We paid cash for our car and even added the extended warranty so we were hoping that would help us get good customer service but it hasnt. Very disappointed in the customer service with this dealership. If this situation gets corrected I will be happy to publish it here on this site.

I am interested in purchasing a new vechicle and we got to the parking lott and I had to call for a sales person having to stand out in the hot sun to wait on us after 15 minutes. Its been thirty minutes and Im still waiting on a sales person. Shopping for vehicles in Hobbs is ridicules especially if your a female. They defintely lost a sale going to Lubbock instead.

Expect great discount rates with horrible interest. But Im just starting out on credit. I may be biased and will re review when I get that taken care of.

Save yourself the headache and buy your toyota somewhere else. This dealership is a joke.We went in July to purchase our new vehicle. We knew there would be a slight difference buying here because we live in TX but were out here for work. With all the issues we encountered, we regret not waiting until we got back home.Our salesman was overly personable, almost to the point of unprofessional. I know this doesnt bother everyone but it made our buying experience uncomfortable. We discovered later that when he didnt know the answer to something we asked, instead of seeking the correct answer, he lied to us. Multiple times. Even about stupid things.We spent 4.5 hours total on the first day, most of it was spent sitting in the salesmans office waiting. We finally got to the financing office and signed all the paperwork assured that we were getting the best apr available. We were asked to bring the car back for detailing on the following work day since the service dept was closed. We brought the car back shortly after opening. We sat for 2.5 hours until my husband had to hunt someone down to find out where our car was. Come to find out it had been done for over an hour!For three days following signing the paperwork, we received text messages/emails/phone calls from our salesman and the finance officer asking for a copy of our insurance. Which we had already given them at the office and emailed twice. I finally had our insurance company fax them the card and binder.About a week later, I start getting notifications for the hard checks on my credit report. When they ran our credit, they only sent us to banks that have higher apr. They didnt even attempt to get us financed thru Toyota Financial! We didnt know that we should have asked, so I guess thats on us, but being a Toyota dealership they should have gone there first! Were going to pay $5k more for this car because of it. The salesman even made a comment that Toyota rarely has incentives, which turned out to be a complete lie! We found out thru looking at toyotas website that they were running an apr special on our vehicle at the time. Which we werent offered or made aware of.To top off our experience, 4 days before our temporary plates were set to expire we contacted the dealership, again, to find out where the plates were because they hadnt arrived and wed been told different stories about how wed receive them.1. We were told by the salesman the day we bought it that they would be shipped to the DMV near our home.2. The sales manager told us when we had it detailed that that was incorrect, theyd be mailed to our home.3. Someone in the office told us, at two weeks past purchase when we called, that theyd be mailed to the dealership and then we could pick them up or they could mail them to the house.Come to find out at 4 days pre-expire, the check was sent back to them and they had to resend it. After mulitple calls on separate days, most of which werent answered, we finally get told that they have shipped and would arrive the day after the temp plate expired.The plates/registration arrived, only to discover they registered our car in the wrong county!

Yes i like the car. But since i was in a hurry. I didnt quite understand about thier tires for life. And what covered under the existing warrenty. Easy fix ass manger got gruppy and just flat out told me the sales lady sold me a broke car . Ok how do i get it fixed. I just like to get it fixed i pay for itI guess hes having bad day or me for trust and paying cash. Not happy

So I made an appointment a week ago, had a friend follow me to the dealership to drop off my vehicle, BUT there wasnt any drop off box for my information and the key- I looked everywhere. Then I left a message with the service department and even on the day of my scheduled service, nobody ever called me!!! Really? That is horrible service right there!!!

Worst car dealer to ever go to, so unprofessional, and the salesman in a blue shirt talked to me that if I could even afford it.
