Store manager Elizabeth is very rude and…once I told her I would report her she changed her attitude and then told me she would call her Dm to notify that I would be calling. I understand people have bad days but she definitely needs to work on her people skills. The fact that she talks poorly to her staff in front of customers is so unkind and very unprofessional. Praise in public and criticize in private I felt bad for the lady she was talking to. The lady was crying and then she pulled her to aside I politely waited for to come out and when I asked her to check my car she told me the tester was down it was doing an update! Lost my business I rather wait in line at AutoZone! Worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had in a business. And did not give me the number! I will follow up with the better business bureaus!

Went in to get some touch up paint for my 2013 Ford F-150 and the guy behind the counter was too busy to help. I was able to find it myself

Worst customer service ever

Not being from there its hard to get to but people were helpful and friendly. Got trailer light kit, the price was comparable to other stores. These LED lights were guaranteed.

Bad experience I brought my 2 batterys to check them they plug the first one they told me its gonna take 10 minutes but in a hour for sure both gonna be ready, hour and 30 minutes later when to pick them up and they wasnt ready they plug someone else battery instead my so I have to wait an other hour and half.
