Ms. Cherish was the best. She went above and beyond to help us upgrade our phones. She was so helpful and professional. Because of her, this will be where we go to for all our cellular needs and questions.

And empoye Ashely was treated very badly by the manager Ashly had been running the store by her self for weeks and she had been there all day since they opened and she told the manager she was hungry that she hadnt eaten 😕 and the manager left went and got food came back ate in front of Ashely then left I would of got a new better job to employes should be able to eat as well very selfish manager very thoughtless of her

Terrible service, employee seemed more concerned with making her commission than helping customers. I was trying to report a stolen phone and the employee handed me a pamphlet. Not only was that not helpful, she couldnt have bothered to explain how to make the report...considering taking my business elsewhere.

The staff were wonderful, however, it was really expensive to start my own line with them. Went to Sprint and it was a lot more reasonable.

Verizon has the worst cell and data service. Do not do business with them you’ll regret it.

They dont have a lot of iPhone selections but friendly staff and I did walk out with an Otter Box for a reasonable price

Bought new phone and returned it same day. They could not set it up. Tried two phones. They couldnt set up either one. Got my money back and left

Customer service representative was on personal call and not in a hurry to get off her call...we had to wait until she finished her csl. Then she was not helpful and told me to call *611. Do not patronize this store!

Unimpressed. They can’t fix a problem phone. They just tell you to go to midland. What’s the point of having a store if you can’t provide service to your customers.
