Very disappointed with this CVS pharmacy and their customer service. I stopped by yesterday to verify that I don’t need to make an appointment for my second COVID vaccine shot, as they never automatically made my second apt. I was told I do not, but that I can go online to make one. I advised the pharmacy tech that I had gone online, and the option for Hobe Sound was not there. She rudely told me that she couldn’t help me and to just come back tomorrow, anytime before 8 pm. I went back this evening, around 6, as instructed. When I asked about the vaccine, the pharmacist this time, was the one who was extremely rude. Instead of informing my fiancé and I, that she was backed up, she gave us an attitude and went on about how she is too busy to come out from behind the counter and how she has been giving the vaccine all day. We asked if we could make an appointment online for tomorrow. Again, instead of politely responding to us, we were again addressed extremely rudely, as if we are bothering her. I understand being backed up, I understand being short staffed, what I don’t understand is why someone works in a position where they have to assist and interact with others, and can’t do it without being rude to others. Being a former CVS employee myself, I’m extremely disappointed in what I witnessed the last two days.
Caring staff and reasonable pricing.
My doctor spent over an hour trying to get through to fill an extremely important prescription. Then when I went to pick it up this morning before my flight, it was not in k and they did not care at all or have any solutions.They keep you on hold forever.
Walked in to get the 2nd shot and was told i needed paperwork. So the group supplying the vaccine does not have a database?
Walgreens is so worth the drive. Digital coupons and so much easier to save on cosmetics!!
This pharmacy is disorganized. Furthermore, why do they have customers who are picking up a prescription In drive thru HAVE to go thru the same line as those that are testing for Covid? It takes me 10-20 minutes to pick up a prescription because of it. I do not want to go into the store because it is more exposure. Please fix this problem.

Ive used Walgreens most of my life but made the switch to CVS since it is on my way home from work and the local union I work in has the CVS/Caremark card. The pharmacy is the worst I have ever used, I kept hoping it would get better once I was in their system (12 months) but no such luck. The automated phone system is 20th century and the prescriptions I have filled are usually not ready for me when I go in to pick them up. The rest of the merchandise in the store is way overpriced compared to the competition, though the sales clerks are friendly and helpful (which I attribute mostly to it being Hobe Sound). I think I will drive out of my way to Walgreens from now on. P.S. - Whats up with the 5 foot long tree killing receipts?
People working here are nice. Asst Manager Brian is rude, and very short when helping customers. Normally i would give 5 stars, but he makes it one star. if you have a problem, dont bother with him.
You always have to wait for your prescription or come back next day.
