Its a convenience store. There are some good cashiers in this store, the rest the store could do without. I hate when there is a line and a cashier will stand there and talk with a friend, I mean after the transaction is done and the items are bagged. Then the friend will stand to the side and continue to talk with the cashier while theyre checking out the next customer. Ive even experienced one who hits the excellent score rating on the screen when I dont score it at all. If Im not hitting that score button on that screen, that means youre probably due for a low rating from me. You need more mature, professional staff. They have time to talk but the rest room is nasty ... Go figure!!!
