My daughter wanted to come to Starbucks for a birthday treat. We ate in the dining room. The volume of the music was all the way up. Guy at counter couldnt hear me because it was so loud.I was sitting near what looked like a manager, and kept making comments about how the music was so loud, but she couldnt hear me. Go figure.Ordered egg bites, didnt get a fork. I asked for a fork, they said were out. Well how about a spoon then?? I shouldnt have to ask.

Stopped by to get my usual with my kids and husband. For my two younger kids I usually order a Venti and ask them to split it for me in two cups. The gentleman at the drive thru seem to not be feeling like working he said sorry we dont do that. I go to Starbucks at least twice a week spend $30 or more each trip. They have never said they cant split a drink. I feel they were just being lazy. I had two kids fighting bc one had whip cream on his drink and the other one did not. To top it off my Coffee Frappuccino tasted horrible I ended up getting really sick. I will not be coming back to this location.

There is almost always a line of at least 5 cars. However, thats understandable since they are right by the highway. They usually manage to get through the line pretty quickly. The service is always great! The staff is very friendly.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I go every day during the week before work and the people that work there always make my day. They have my drink ready for me and always greet me with a smile. From getting a laugh out of a joke they write on my cup sleeve, to being greeted by the door with my drink on hand, so I dont have to go inside, the employees are stars. Not a single bad experience or single person who hasnt been super friendly. They are exceptional people and I wish I knew them all by name! Drinks are always made to perfection to me. By far the best Starbucks Ive even been to and will continue to do so!

The coffee here is amazing. I always get the frappuccino and the iced coffee. Long wait but its worth it!

Slowest service I’ve ever had, 7 car links behind and a 20 minute wait. 4th time having to leave this atrocious line the one on 59 way faster and better service never wait more than 7+ minutes at that one even being 7 cars behind.

It was a great experience, very nice great food my sandwich was awesome, and the people, will go back.

Coffee is still good, but no longer able to sit in the store. Understand the importance of precautions, but no where to avoid inclement weather conditions

Lousy access and terrible service... they get the orders wrong all the time.

This location is awesome, I regularly stop here to pickup my daily pick me ups. Staff is wonderful, always smiling and being very courteous. Quality of breakfast sandwiches has not changed and every time I order one it’s very consistent. The competition next door chooses speed over quality... Overall it’s always a pleasure to visit this location!!! Thanks!

Ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich and they gave me a Gouda egg sandwich with no bacon, which is the main part of the sandwich. I was on the road before I noticed and I’m so annoyed. This ruined my day.

Great staff thats always very welcoming and kind. Always make great tasting coffee and are quick about it too. The only complaint is how small the parking lot is and how hard it is to get in/out of there during peak times.

I don’t think they understand the meaning of light ice

I asked to use my stars to get bantam bagels but I was told I couldnt. I had 66 stars at the time and the app says its only 50 stars for the bakery item, of which the bantam bagels are listed. I instead got a white chocolate mocha soy with whip because I did not have time to argue. Now I have to be hungry because they changed the star system and employees dont know how it works. I am very upset, disappointed, and hungry. Now I have to order from the app and go out in the rain while Im supposed to be working if I still want them, which would be highly inconvenient for me.

Every time I go there at around 6PM, it’s closed.

Good food. They sell salads and chiken wraps on this Starbucks. Good for lunch. Clean and very nice. Please visit.

Great service and great drinks as usual. Its kind of hard to see the location. Plus the construction doesnt make it easy to enter coming from the North on Barrington Rd. Either way its a good place to stop if youre in the area and want some coffee.

Went in at 1035 a.m. and the service we received was horrendous. From the tall male order taker, who explained absolutely nothing to us, to the barista with black hair and false eyelashes who couldnt even smile or say thank you . She just shoved the 2 coffees in my direction and walked away. I would rather have gotten my order from a machine. The place was dead and I understand why!!!!

2 days in a row I experienced very rude service from the baristas. They made it clear they did not want to be there. And they barely gave me any of their attention because they were too busy talking on their headsets with other baristas. I regularly go to this location and have not had problems before. So I was very disappointed with these experiences.

Slowest drive thru. If the Amish had Starbucks drive thru’s I got to imagine they would be quicker.Tons of people standing around.

This is the only Starbucks that can make a consistent drink Everytime I stop in. Ive been to other Starbucks and got the same drink and something is off.

The prices are a bit high, but the service is great. I go in twice a week and the baristas take the time to have a conversation with me and ask how Im doing.

I came one morning before work and ordered my coffee that I get all the time through the drive thru. As I order it a lot I know how much it is so I had exact change. As I was taking my money out a penny fell under my seat and I couldnt reach it. I told the ditzy looking red head Im a penny shy it fell in between the seats is that ok. She was like well can u grab it and I said no as I was trying while waiting in the drive thru. I said I have a credit card if I really need to charge a freaking penny and she said yea I need to charge it. I didnt say anything I just gave her my card but bc a penny fell in between my seats she couldnt wave the penny?? I just think this is ridiculous that being a multi billion dollar corporation she couldnt wave a freaking PENNY.

Simple things to be corrected!Tables outside look like not been cleaned for days!There is no garbage can outside and the garbage is flying away from the tables,other than that,the place is not bad.
