I was just charged $22 for two packs of Newports. The store has been shut down for months and I dont really need it anymore. For that kind of money Im willing to drive to another store.

You putting in at least one EV fast charger with all the gas pumps at the new store? I dont see any! No visit from me if you dont.

Went in this morning at 7:30 am. No coffee except for decaf (an employee said sorry the were supposed to do this last night???) No small water bottles.

Walked in store saw 6 other customers 5 if them had no mask on. Neither did the store manager or employee wore a mask. When confronted Store Mgr said 7-11 did not tell them they had to enforce wearing a mask. Needless to say i was shocked. I visit 7-11 often. This is 1st one Ive been in that workers did not wear masks. I thought it was a city / county / state ordinance to wear a mask in public places. Very shocked and surprised. Wont be going back to this 7-11 any time soon.

Store is temporarily closed. New store is going to be a lot bigger and nicer and have a lot more products.

Reopens finally October 14th :)

The shelves are pretty bare bc they are closing Friday for a remodel.

My first stop for mornin coffee and a pastry

I have lived in the neighborhood for almost 16 years. Have gone to this store daily. Not anymore. The clerk they have now (Brian) is rude, obnoxious and lazy. I went today after weeks of not going just so I could get my lottery tickets. I use the same ticket everywhere with no problem. It was giving him issues and instead of showing customer service skills he threw it on the counter and said it doesnt work. Make it work. Thats your job. I stopped going here because of this kid. Im disappointed. They always had a friendly staff until recently. Their loss. I spent alot of money in there. I will happily go out of my way to get good customer service.

A friend of mine needed to change a few dollars for quarters; the teen working the counter got really abrasive with her, and refused her even though there was a 10dollar roll of quarters right there - visible.If you didnt want to exchange the quarters, thats fine. But the tone and condescending attitude isnt needed.When my friend asked about the roll of quarters he had visible - he told her to get the F*** out of my store and took her money and put 5 on the pump she was at, when she didnt ask for it. She didnt complain because her gas light WAS on. But personally, I was pretty angry.Conveniently, he was NOT wearing his name-tag. But forewarning, the teen who works the second shift around 9pm at night?Very poor customer service and desperately needs an attitude adjustment.

I went in today around 5pm played Florida lotto panel and 2 power balls with power play and one mega million with mega plier and the manager tells me that it’s $34.00 so I hand him two $20.00 bills, and, don’t think anything about it cause I been going there for years .he doesn’t give me any reciept for the money I spent that’s what made me think something was odd I get down the street and I’m doing the math and only came out to $27.00 so I turned around and told him that he made a mistake and he starts talking down to me and I asked for my reciept and he just laughed in my face so I left upset about the situation. And I just called the store and asked for the owners phone number and he said he is the owner man you got promoted about a year ago to manager stop it .. very unprofessional making holiday 711 look bad I been going there for years and my family as well .. even though they have some good employees there like the late night manager Ronnie he’s the best but I or my family will no longer shop the thank you mister manager on Saturday june22nd, 2019 ..Don’t become victim of him anyone out there first of all he manages 711 not Ronnie the other guy dark complexion black he the one that over charged me and was very rude and unprofessional don’t suggest going there unless you want to get robbed like I did and that’s why he be at all the strip clubs in pasco handing out money he robbed from people lol .. 711 needs new manager he no good.at all I don’t know his name don’t care for it he only black manager there that works this shift .. Get rid of him corprate will hear about this incident

This place is a nice store and staff is nice but the phone is ALWAYS BUSY and you can never get someone on the phone. So make sure you dont forget anything on the counter because you wont get ahold of anyone.

I wanted to use restroom, the lady their yelled its close, okay im leaving not spending my money here and ill not stop here again, i wanted to fill up gas and by some snacks after using the restroom, i ll never stop here again

Price gouging, rude staff, not clean, and there appears to be something shady going on there.

Absolute trash employees that could care less about customers. Save the headache and go to the 7 11 2 minutes up the road at flora and 19 or better yet go to loaded slice across the street for more cortueous and friendly people.

This 7 11 sells propane tanks this is the second time I bought a tank and used it once. I am getting annoyed now they charge 21 and change for it. I turned it on for the second use today was empty. The employees open cage and just grab a tank they dont seperate empty and full tanks, i work hard for my money and want a dam refund this time as i had to spend another 20 to get it refilled in front of me they need to get it together

I called this store and the worker says hello then I ask a question and he hung up on me. Then I called back and he ignored my call. I called one last time and they let it ring.... rude

Corrupt, dishonest, unprofessional and unqualified, i suggest a boycott . The management is allowing this to go on .

I wish zero stars was an option. The espresso machine never works, coffee is always empty, iced coffee never available, the manager will watch the line grow circles around the store and not even think about helping ring people up. This 7 Eleven reminds me daily why it was the most horrible place I ever worked. The service and attitude at this location is TRASH. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH Someone WHO CARES. Also, items ring up for prices other than advertised and they refuse to do anything about it. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this nightmare of a store.
