The bagels from here are pretty good, but when we went the employees were not wearing their masks right and people were dining in maskless. Some people also walked in not wearing their masks right and no one said anything to them. If you’re COVID conscious I would advise going somewhere else. It does not seem like a safe place to dine right now.

My favorite bagels. I actually feel spoiled going here and can’t seem to eat other bagels. I used to get bagels exclusively at Bagel Beanery in Grand Rapids and was sad when I moved to Holland. But a Big Apple made up for it!! Jalapeño Cheddar is by far my fav (also they go heavy on cream cheese - I always ask for lighter cream cheese or put it on the side)

I like their coffee and bagels, but I’ve had to stop coming because they won’t wear masks. They’ll either blatantly ignore the law, or they’ll fake it for the customer initially and then take the mask off to prepare food and talk to each other. Today is my last visit.

Bagels are local and the dairy products are as well. Its pricey but its worth it. A very good atmosphere and a good place to enjoy some coffee and study. They do play music over the radio its mild rock and other great songs with good vibes. Also they have clean bathrooms. Actually everything there is pretty clean! I go here probably 3 times week. They have fountain machine (coke products) the also have juice and local milks from the farms here in Michigan. You have options here.

Guessing it was new guy at counter waited in in very long linecustomers in line wouldnt figure out what they wanted till they was asked got sick of waiting

Food is great.Service is Horrible. Waited 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. And they forgot my latte which I waited an additional 20 minutes for. Wasted an hour lunch on a 40 minute wait.

Good overall, no urgency to get things out quickly. Expect to take your time.
