Lindsay was amazing and so informative! I havent had a hair cut in forever, and I dont have the best hair (dry and damaged from years of color abuse). She didnt judge me or make me feel bad about my hair like some stylist do, and gave me honest recommendations on which products would work best for my hair type. I will definitely be coming back!

I am someone who typically wears very little makeup. However, I was interesting in learning how to apply a little more of a dramatic look to my eyes and brows but had NO IDEA how to achieve it. I LOVED how the staff took their time helping me figure out what I needed and helped with tips and answer questions about techniques. They have a HUGE variety of products available in all price ranges to accommodate any budget. I will return here for all my makeup needs.

The Salon at Ulta is tops. Tia is a wiz, even when I change it up (a lot). The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

I’ve had high anxiety about going out and shopping, but ulta made it an easy transition for me to get back out for the day. I don’t know much about skin care and makeup, but a beautiful girl named Anastasia helped me pick out a Clinique set (I actually bought two because of her)! She led me step-by-step how to use each product, what to expect, and what was so great about the gift set. She was informative, professional, and a delight to have help me! I LOVE Ulta in Holland. A. Because I love makeup, and B. Because all their associates genuinely want to help you look gorgeous. Its a very pricey hobby, but theyre not afraid to fill you in on the good dupes for certain products. Their salon is also always fabulous. Ive never had a service I wasnt completely happy with.

The girls that work there are very helpful and sweet, very diverse . I felt very comfortable during my visit. Clean store, had everything I was looking for . Would definitely visit again .10/10

Great customer service!I called this location since it is closest for my mom to go to because I tried to submit an online order for a hair product she was trying to purchase multiples to take advantage of the promotion, but it was not restocked when she was there (she had been there three times in two weeks trying to purchase it). After countless efforts trying to order it online (three days) and chatting with a representative, I was told to go to the store and have them order it online for her. I called and spoke to Holly, she was exceptionally helpful.I told my mom to call me the next time she goes to Ulta. My mom went there the next day and she ended up speaking to Holly. Holly asked if she had called yesterday and she said she hadnt, but my mom then realized she was talking about me. My mom called me to help her submit the in-store online order, although it did not go through (just like the online website), my mom was very pleased with her assistance and her wonderful experience with Holly. She mentioned to me the other times she had been there, another associate (male) was very helpful (and kind) as well.I just wanted to thank you for all of your help and wanted to know how much we appreciate you! Holly and the other male associate deserve some recognition and pay raise. My mom will continue to go there for her beauty needs and sing you high praises.

The girls working there are always so helpful. I came in not 100% sure what I was looking for besides hair conditioner and the girl helped me find the best thing for my hair and took her time to do it.

I got my hair cut in their salon by Tia. I will definitely always ask for her. The haircut she gave me was the first I have ever been utterly pleased with, and she styled it in a way that I was happy to go out in right away rather than go home and fix it myself. She really puts time into her work and shes amazing and polite.

I was the only one in the store tonight. Tried to look for things myself. I wasn’t even once approached or nodded to. Disappointed big time as I need this info for an important event this weekend. Too worried about closing up ...and that was at 800 pm - 825 pm. Make sure not to go in the last hour store is open.

They have lots of stuff, Ill give them that. But it was my first time in the store and I had no idea where to find what I was looking for. No sales associates offered me any assistance, so I left and went to Sally Beauty Supply.

Went in not looking for anything specific. I happened to be squatting down looking at a product when a lady asked if I needed any help. I stood up and politely told her no, I was just looking around then continued browsing. Then I noticed the employees watching me every aisle I went to. I felt super uncomfortable so I decided to not buy anything and leave. And as I was leaving, one of the employees was standing by the door like she was ready to stop me bc she thought I was going to set the alarms off!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable while shopping for makeup!

The only reason im rating a 1 star is because i couldnt give them zero. My boyfriend and i went in for my birthday with our bi- racial children. Normally i dont feel the need to comment on my children being bi-racial because people point it out all the time. Anyway when we were in the store an associate name jennelle was following us around. She yelled at my children for touching a brush. Then she was on her little headset piece and she said keep an eye out for the black male with the Colombia jacket. Talking about my boyfriend. This woman was not only rude but racist as well. She is so rude they need to get rid of her. I honestly have told friends if she is working dont stay in the store.

They had what i needed. The girls at the register were sweet. None of the girls in the shop offered to help me. Was bothered by that but i managed. The products are awesome but the service needs improvement.

The customer service is awesome and so appreciated. If you cant find something they are there to help. Specifically in the Clinique department... The rep was so helpful in making sure I knew the products and chose the correct ones that I needed for my skincare. Also helped with great makeup tips too!

About every third time I go in there, I have good customer service. I dont recommend going there if you need any help. Good product selection, but almost not worth it for the workers attitudes.

I was given an immense amount of help by multiple of the workers, color matching foundation for me as well as showing me where certain products were located.

Got my hair done by Gabina, she was amazing! We conversed easily the entire time, she kept me informed and updated with what was going on with my hair, and was very attentive to detail. Looking forward to going back for a trim and touch-up/new color in 8 weeks!

I did find what I was looking for. The selection there is overwhelmingly huge though and took me a long time to find it. The sales associate was nice, after I finally found one.

This review is coming from a guy, so keep that in mind. Im quite overwhelmed whenever I go in there, gift shopping for my wife or daughter. The place has a ridiculous amount of makeup, hair and beauty products. I have no complaints with customer service, the employees have always been very helpful, to me. I know my wife loves this place as well, and would also give it a five star rating. I quite often go to Lowes, ( one of the neighboring stores in the plaza ), and my wife will go to Ulta. Im always out long before her, and I spend a lot of time looking at tools! All in all, I have no complaints. Again thats from a mans perspective. Hope that helps!

This is the first Ulta I have walked into & was actually greeted by a person who seemed friendly. Anastasia was helpful with my first Ulta purchase & very informative.

Ulta is my favorite place to shop for cosmetics they offer drugstore products and prices as well as department store products available. I love that they offer points and rewards I’ve gotten huge discount off my orders before

I just left Ulta and was taken care of by Fernando & Emily. My birthday is tomorrow and my face had a horrible break out today, I’m happy they were able to suggest a new foundation and face mask to wear tonight ❤️I am so grateful.

I don’t go to this store often, however it’s usually stocked up and very clean, but my issue I suppose would be the staff. I understand they’re meant to keep a careful eye out for shoplifters and are meant to be around for questions from customers, but many times I’ve felt that my appearance has led them to believe I could be shoplifting. I don’t think I’ve come into this store looking too presentable at times and maybe that’s what causes employees to follow me from isle to isle. Sometimes when I look up I might see a group of them talking together just staring at me, and it’s kind of weird. Maybe it’s my slides and my messy hair but I’ve felt uncomfortable and judged by a lot of staff based on how I looked and this is every time I’ve come in, except for when I came a week before prom and I had been expirmenting with makeup looks so I came in looking nicer than usual. Sorry for the long review, I just wanted to note a slightly unfair bias on appearance. Still a nice store :)

Went in front a pretrial makeup session to see if I wanted to book for my wedding, the makeup looked good in the salon. As soon as I went outside in day light my foundation was splotchy and where she covered my blemishes you could SEE the dark product she used. I am so upset $40 and $10 tip down the drain.

This store gets one star simply for one VERY rude employee who works there. On multiple occasions she has been nothing but rude to me as well as others coming and going from the store. Ultra should start worrying about their customer service technices, weve decided to take our business elsewhere.

Went for a foundation and came out spending more than 100$, the staff helped me in every single way possible, and got a free sample of the new clinique foundation ! Totally recommend going

If there was an option for zero stars, thats what I would give this Ulta location. My friend and I walked in expecting to purchase makeup for my prom but were met by extremely unfriendly and unhelpful employees. All I needed was foundation and the one girl that bothered to help me told me to use a shade that was two times to light for my skin tone and was very rude when we questioned her. The other two girls we asked for help were equally unhelpful and did very little to help us. I ended up walking out empty handed and am forced to take my business elsewhere.

The Ulta points are the worst! Last 3 times I went in to buy, I thought I had a $3.00 coupon through my points, every time I went to use it, they said I wasnt quite there, but next time youll have it. So next time I went in, same thing. Finally I inquired into what was going on found out the points expire at different times, so I kept loosing points. This time I put it in my phone calendar to use them before they expire and when I called to check on it, they said Oh, it doesnt count for the Bare Minerals. Seriously!!!!!

TWO products I wanted were out of stock and when asked, the staff first didn’t even know the popular name brands I was asking about and finally one guy knew the name and gave no explaination or reason, just “out of stock” :( Sad to say I will be online shopping elsewhere as this isn’t the first unknowledgable/rude/unsuccessful experience I’ve had at this particular Ulta.

Im not one to usually post a bad review but, I really felt the need to after last night . So last night wasnt my first time going into this ulta, Ive been there plenty of times . I havent worked in retail for over a year but know bad customer service . Let me start with the fact that when I walked in the door all I heard was 2 workers standing behind the cash registers gossiping . . Didnt get a hi how are you, hi welcole to ulta NOTHING . I proceeded to shop and the gossiping continued . No one on the floor asked if I needed help finding something, or asked if I was finding everything okay . I was in a hurry and finally asked a floor worker if they could help me find something, didnt say anything, looked very annoyed, he just nodded his head an said its right there no smile or anything . I went up to pay and the two ladies were still gossiping, it wasnt until one of the girls started ringing me out that they stopped . Just overall horrible experiences . Every time I have gone in there it was bad customer service . Prbly wont ever be visiting again .

I scheduled a hair cut appointment for today and got a call a half hour before my appointment saying she couldnt fit it in today so it was cancelled. They didnt offer me anything such as a discount or an apology. Very disappointed and will not be trying again.
