Was in the drive-through lane behind another vehicle. Pulled up right at 9 pm as the other car pulled away. They looked at me and only spoke to me after I didn’t leave for a couple minutes. Said “the pharmacy is closed” (it closed right at 9 pm). I told them I was in line right behind the guy who was just served and needed a simple antibiotic Rx for my daughter, but they didn’t care. Very poor service. Would recommend patronizing a local pharmacy like Skip’s, Paul’s, Bunte’s etc instead.

The pharmacy constantly closes their drive through and never tells you. I had my dog with me and I had to drive all the way home and then back just to get a perscription because they were refusing to do window service and made you come inside. This place is ridiculous. Poor service and there should be notifications the drive through closes that frequently.

Great sales if you look for them. Get a rewards card to save even more. There are 2 entrances to this Walgreens so its very easy to get in and out of.

I waiting in the deive threw lane for 45 min. There was 3 cars behind me so i could not get out there was a car waiting on presription but never moved just sat there and waited they should make them move if they are waiting

I work across the street, so this is my go to place for any supplies, snacks, or drinks I need for my business. The staff knows me by now, and is always very friendly. Unfortunately, convenience stores are a bit expensive, you could buy stuff for less at a supermarket, but again, its convenience, and great customer service.

This Walgreens always has some sort of a delay on my meds that absolutely doesn’t need to be there. They are so rude at the pharmacy when I go in.

Can’t believe this but last fall my husband and I got our flu shots at walgreens. It was recorded at the doctor BUT walgreen Pharmacy didn’t record it. After lots of us calling and doctors calling checking etc the only resolution they came up with for us “you could get another shot”!! NOW they say I picked up a 30 day supply med on July 15 for 30 days $1.62!! I was’t even in the store that day. On July 23 I picked up same prescription for 90 days. We are thinking of changing pharmacy because mixing up the meds and false information is scarey to me. I just got a text now stating your Rx is due for refill!! NO I DON’T. I opted out of prescription alerts because there seems to be enough confusion. Don’t trust it any more.

Only filled one of 2 perscriptions on a couple occasions. Sent incorrect texts on another occasion. They seem pretty unorganized.

Pharmacy staff decided to not give me my name brand meds because a synthetic generic version was less expensive. I’ve been on the name brand meds for 5 years. This caused me a lot of bad side affects and I had to have my doctor contact pharmacy to DAW the medication to prevent this from happening in the future! I was never alerted that my meds would be switched to a generic version. They just did it unbeknownst to me. This is wrong on so many levels! So much for trust! I learned the hard way pay close attention to what’s written on your prescriptions bottles I learned this the hard way, with terrible bad side affects from a synthetic generic version of a medication that was not identical to my name brand meds as a pharmacy tech assured me it was!

There rude and the 2 workers in the front at 5:40pm today july 1st just talking and not even paying attention to the customer. Dont help with the manager behide me and does not even say anything or help out .

I wish there was a 0 star option. I drop off a roll of film to be developed and am told it should be ready in 6 days. On the 7th I call and they say they arent ready. No big deal and I wait two more days and call again. This time they tell me that because it was presidents day Monday, they didnt send out the photos and more time will be needed (I dropped them off on the Tuesday the week before). Lady tells me it will be another week and offers a discount.
