My wife and I run a nonprofit cat/kitten rescue (with the help of 3 others on our board). Weve been running it with an old, horrible laptop. Keys missing, screen taped up, screen broken in spots, slow, old, etc.Not only did they listen to me when I called and explained who I was, they ended up calling me today to inform me they would be helping us by donating a desktop and 2 laptops that they will be building for us!Extremely friendly people who have an amazing mission as well as helping local nonprofits like us!Incredible! I wish I could give 100 stars!

Purchased a stereo from them and returned it a week later. Clerk said they cant refund me they have to cut a check from corporate. Check never arrived. Corporate wont return phone calls. CROOKS. Do not buy anything from them if you ever intend to return it.

I have visited this location several times. On my first visit I was grabbing an SSD for my friends computer. I was in and out in 5 minutes, but I couldnt wait to come back to browse! Yesterday I dropped by to snag an antenna for a wifi card. I walked out with a new faster wifi card for less than the cost of a new antenna online. Good place not to bad on prices

Well they dont necessarily have the largest stock, but their customer service is absolutely fantastic! Helps me put together a new computer after I got scammed out of $300 for one I bought used, absolutely amazing, all sorts of crazy stuff here.

You can find a lot of refurbished equipment, and other computer parts. Range from desktops, laptops, routers, switches, and even older stereos. Great store definitely going back.

Give them your old electronics for recycling. No charge except for CRTs. Good place to find a refurbished computer with a new OS.

If U R having any problems with your home PC (Desktop or Laptop) Comprenew is the ONLY place 2 call, inquire or bring your PC to 4 repair.I was having issues with my PC in the fall of 2015. I believed it was the power supply unit (PSU). For those who know me, unfortunately U know how my mind works (in very mysterious ways, but is always right).A college IT instructor took my PC for his class to examine & diagnose. I assume the instructor participated in this as well, but I can not say 4 sure. I was told the problem was most likely my wireless card. (Wrong)It was not the wireless card (my wireless card ran fine and still does. : }Again, 4 those who know me and my mind well; I followed my brain and looked up the cost of various PSUs and PC Repair businesses to take my PC to.I liked the fact Comprenew helps local communities and when I called the Holland store, the individual I spoke with gave me an approximate repair cost (if the PSU was the problem). I will not say their name; they know who they are. Lets say 4 that one moment in time; it seemed as if Dreams could come true, fairy tales were real, and actual happy endings were possible . By the way, yes; it was the power supply unit. : )My experience with Comprenew was most definitely not just a good experience, but a great experience. I strongly recommend 2 anyone in the area and even outside of the local area; take your business to Comprenew E-Store in Holland.
