I’m a new pool owner this year so I have needed some help learning how to maintain and close it. Lankheet has been very helpful with advice and they have worked me into their schedule. Very polite and thorough team.

This place is full of knowledge! Went there looking for some o-rings and advice on keeping our spa clean. They steered me away from a few things, when they could have just sold me stuff I didnt need. Very grateful and very much recommend this place!

Was able to drop off a pump that needed a shaft seal replaced and they were the only ones offering to do it. They also did it for less than half a service call charge of anyone else!

Always helpful. They never suggest that I purchase anything that they dont know about. They walk me through maintenance of my spa and have helped me learn to do it myself. Good guys. I would trust them with my kid and my checkbook!

For all of our pool needs!!

My family recently purchased a home that has an inground pool. We knew NOTHING about prepping it for summer or maintaining it. We chose Lankheet as our pool supply servicer because of the 5 star review. However, we were not very satisfied with our experience. We went into the store and spoke at length with an employee. We explained that we had no knowledge of what to do. The gentleman walked us through the processes we needed to follow. We did everything exactly the way we were instructed to only to discover that we hadnt been told about step 2 of the process so it hadnt been completed. When I called to share my dissatisfaction I was met with denial and being accused of misunderstanding the information. I was upset because we then had to use triple the amount of chemicals that we initially used and go buy more chemicals. It was like throwing our money away. When I pointed this out to the employee on the phone I was told that its a learning curve and that we may have misunderstood the initial instructions. I explained thats why we consulted with the professionals before getting started. He completely blew me off. There was other misinformation given to us also. We wont be using Lankheet Pool & Spa again.
