The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Their prices on the chemicals we bought were better or comparable to prices in the catalogs we get sent from the online companies. We bought out first hot tub from Bryan at Pools Plus in Holland. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the advantages of Pools Plus is that it has multiple stores. So even if one store does not have a model for wet testing, it can suggest another location in the vicinity.We like to make our purchase decisions at our own pace, so we appreciated how he did not rush us into any decision. After-purchase care has been great, as well. He was available for any follow up questions. When we lost the instruction sheet for water maintenance, Bryan immediately sent us an electronic copy via email. His advice for maintenance is very useful because it is based on his personal experience as a hot tub owner.

When we decided wed like to purchase a hot tub, our research led us to the Hot Springs brand and the nearest local dealer, Pools Plus, located just a couple of miles from our home in Grand Rapids. The salesperson we spoke with there answered our questions but didnt elaborate too much or offer much detail. As a result, when we got home we found we had even many more questions we should have asked. One of us works in the Holland area so we decided to drop in at the local Pools Plus store there one evening after work. The manager of the store, Bryan Snell, put us at ease immediately by giving us his undivided attention and answering all of our questions plainly. He spoke in detail and elaborated his responses clearly even before we, as potential new hot tub owners asked them or even knew what to ask! He explained things thoroughly and understandably (often several times!) making certain we understood. Bryan went out of his way and gave us his personal email address and asked us to contact him if we had more questions. It goes without saying that we did have further follow-up questions over the course of the next few weeks and he was always extremely prompt, thorough, and courteous in replying. He offered us the opportunity to take a soak test which surprised us but which we took full advantage of. Although we knew exactly where we wanted our hot tub located, we were not sure if it would fit properly (and according to code) into the chosen space. Bryan offered to personally come out to our house, which is not in his usual area, to look at the space and measure. We were so impressed with his sincerity as well as his customer service, and the information he provided (in a totally non-pressure way) that we decided to complete the purchase through him. Bryan has followed up with us after the sale and delivery and has made himself available for any questions or concerns. He has been very supportive. We are very happy with our total customer experience and will not hesitate to refer Bryan and the Holland Pools Plus store to other potential customers.

Bryan at the Holland location is so helpful. Being a first time pool owner I had some reservations but they are very helpful with a teachers heart. Their prices on chemicals are extremely competitive and they sell high quality products!

Pools Plus idea of needing extra men and special equipment to deliver our large hottub was 3 men and 2 dollies - that is why we had to wait an extra week to get it delivered after purchasing it 5 weeks earlier. When it finally was delivered, they did not have the salt system with them - waited another week. No stairs available - wait another month!! Dont even bother calling the Holland location - no one ever answers!! Sometimes you get the machine - that is usally full too!! Go elsewhere!!!!!

I bought a new spa from the Holland store. It was delivered promptly and the install crew was professional. The bummer was the tub wouldnt heat. I reached out to my salesman who referred me to the service mgr, Marcus. Marcus is a top notch man!! I texted him directly, after hours. He responded immediately, called, asked for pics, vids, did everything he possibly could to help me get things going. We finally stopped after 10pm and said he was sending a tech my way first thing in the AM. Which he did. Tech came out and quickly diagnosed/repaired the heater. (There was something disconnected) . Buying a new tub and having it not heat is a bummer for sure. But what made it manageable was the way Marcus took care of things after the sale. Pools Plus sells a quality product and I wouldnt hesitate to buy again, but their service department is worth bragging about!!! Thanks so much guys!!!!

Well after a frustrated order and lots of miscommunication, we finally got everything taken care of with the jets and the new cover. Marcus was very helpful and he was determined to make the customer happy and he did. Thanks for coming thru for me Marcus.
