Horrible experience today. After renting from them lots of times in the past year, today was the worst and I wont go back anymore. First they did not have a car available for me. Didnt even have an answer as to when theyd have one. Then they told me to call the other branch and find out myself, if they were going to send another car. Finally, I went back to check again and there was a car available now. ( No one called me ) And when I tried to pay, I did not have enough credit limit on my credit card because they charge a $500 deposit now! 😳 It used to be $200. So, I could not rent a car.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, but she charged me a random $150 surcharge. I asked her what the charge was for and she didn’t know because she isn’t a hertz employee (no fault to her). When I dropped the vehicle off thankfully the employee there was able to get rid of that charge for me. Don’t get tricked by the surcharge!

This place is located inside Tiffany motors car dealer by San Felipe rd, in front of this place for more reference is AM PM gas station. They have good cars for rent, they have the service to go and pick you up or take your rental to where you are.Plus you dont have to spend to much money to get your rental.

Great communication, very diligent and professional

No cars on site. So Hertz sent a message day of that my request could not be fulfilled. This company left me in a difficult spot. They should have sent a message to me last night when I could have made other arrangements.
