If youre looking for specialty items, Nob Hill is highly recommended.Produce beautiful and fresh. Meat as well. The meat department staff are always helpful, and friendly. Bakery soooo much better than Safeway & Lucky.Pharmacy staff very knowledgeable, and friendly.

This is my favorite grocery store. Theyre open the latest, and have the nicest staff. Oh, they also carry all the weird food I cant seem to find anywhere else. I.e; vegan yogurt, various international products, and other specialty plant based products that they dont carry elsewhere.

The customer service was good. I was able to receive the information I needed. If I need further assistance from this business I will gladly return. Keep up the fine work.

I love Nob Hill Foods! Im very lucky to have a pharmacy in my area right inside store. Staff is always very helpful and courteous! Some of them even dance to the muzak with me!

First time I have been in the store since we moved from Paridise. Store is well laid out and not so big I have an anxiety attack because things are so spread out.Changing from Lucky to Nob Hill.

Its not bad here but I rather go to Safeway around the block. The store is clean but used to be a little bit cleaner.

Very nice store. Friendly staff and very helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The Asian department has 2 of my favorite products Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce.

Nobhill is always clean and bright. I love that they have good lighting. Everything is easy to find and the cashiers are always friendly. I wish the deli and meat department were friendlier. I find that their prices are higher than the other grocery stores and they dont have as much variety on Asian or Mexican products.

This market is generally well stocked, clean and ready for business. The better part of the crew are witty, genuine, patient, well mannered and composed.

To be a Nob Hill is a Nob Hill. What sets apart this one is that every time I go in the staff is always super nice. Although its the only Nob Hill for miles, I still like this one.

I was pleasantly surprised that they listened to me and DID NOT WEIGH THE BAGS DOWN WITH TOO MUCH... AND KEPT THE FROZEN AND COLD FOOD SEPERATED...

Other than no mandatory mask wearing okay. A little hesitant when employees dont wear masks.

Jeanette the cashier is the best, so witty and always funny. Also very kind and helpful.

I prefer walmart in Gilroy, its worth the 15 mile drive if youre going to spend a lot. Nobhill prices are much higher. I shop every two weeks for my family and I know prices. Maybe the old Kmart building can become a neighborhood walmart. That would change the game for sure.

Too expensive. Rotisserie chicken was about $9 for a small one compared to Costco where they sell them about twice the size for only $5.I choose to go to Hollister Super in Hollister if I need groceries.

I generally run into one or more people I know when visiting the friendly folks at our local Nob Hill grocery store. Always a smile from those helping me. The store is clean and well organized. And the shelves are always well stocked. Great place to shop!

Somethings might be a little more, but I can get a $5 steak and their meat is great. 12pk sodas usually on sale and cheaper than everyone else. Great bakery. Great fish. If you cant find an item in the other stores, I bet you they have it.

This store is getting worse by the day. Customer service has gone to the wayside. Now they just push the cart towards you and don’t even make eye contact. Oh and if you are going to let “baggers” work at the resister they should know their produce and not have to ask what a bag of grapes or cilantro are...seriously!! And no more putting your coupons on the counter you have “let them know” you have coupons. 🤦‍♀️

I love this store! The friendliest workers in town! Some of the items may cost (just a little) more than other stores, but the quality, service & availability are worth it!

I shop here regularly. My husband got a head of lettuce that was bad, and he didnt notice. I took it back and asked to exchange it. Not only did they let me exchange it, they credited me the cost of the bad lettuce and didnt charge me for the new one. This is great customer service. Kudos, Nob Hill!

Today will be the last time my wife and I shop here. Rude employees mainly restocking employees. This store has gone downhill fast.

Great produce! Pretty similar products to Safeway, but a tiny bit pricier. Organic & healthy foods selection in a normal grocery store. Bulk bins of chocolate treats & brown rice.

Pleasantly surprised at how good it was. But why oh why is it so expensive? Today everything I wanted was $4 or 5. It adds up fast. They have dried Morel mushrooms.I had my own special patch in Mt Shasta 10 years ago. Ambrosia!

Got a great deal for super bowl, my favorite hot dogs more then, 50% off regular price. They were in stock and I got checked out so fast no body knew I was gone. Keep up the change Nob Hill.

Best grocery store in Hollister! The managers of the bakery, meat, deli and produce departments are doing a great job. The checkers and baggers are friendly and helpful and the prices are competitive. My favorite place to shop for food!

You know why I like Safeway better than Nob Hill? When I check out at Safeway, they ask me how Im doing and if I found everything alright, regardless of whether or not Im a regular. When I go to check out at Nob Hill, Im lucky if I get asked if I want a bag. Sure, Im not a regular at Nob Hill, but that shouldnt matter. They should be trying to keep me as a regular customer with their service, instead of having to be a regular customer to get their service. More like Snob Hill.

I love Nob Hill. Clean, well organized, great produce and meat. Well worth the few pennies more you may pay; after all you get what you pay for. Wont shop anywhere else.

One reason I like to come to Nob Hill is because of their selection of food that sometimes I cant find at other grocery stores (e.g. Ketogenic food). Their prices tend to be a little higher than Safeway around the corner, but I dont mind paying a little more for perceived quality. The reason why this visit got docked two stars is because they had lines that were too long for my taste, and it didnt seem like management was actively doing anything to address it.

Great store ! Have plenty of supply with the exception of toiletry an cleaning products but thats to be expected during these trying times.

Its been years since the last time and promise it will be years again. Remodel looked great but went broke shopping there. I work for a chain myself. The big S and I thought we were overpriced, I think they only get business is. When we are busy. Lines were geat but only because they had 5 customers in the whole store

Its a little on the expensive side when you consider how many times I have gotten expired or rotten food and had to return it. The last time I bought 2lbs of baby shrimp marked Fresh it just about ruined everything in my refrigerator. It was in there for two days, and one of those days was the day I brought it home. By day two the rotten fish smell had permeated everything in there. Even the soda cans had to be washed because they smelled so bad. With so many other choices in town I suggest avoiding this place.

The best store bought sushi in town is from here...I recommend the crunchy tempura shrimp roll
