Do NOT buy oysters! We got 18 in the morning and half bad by the time we were ready to eat. They inspect them? Yeah, right! Then how did one with a big hole get by?

I always have a great experience with this store. Always very clean and organized, friendly service, and employees always seem to be in a good mood. The only issue I have is crazy drivers in the parking lot acting like idiots. But that is not the stores fault, just cruddy peoples fault.

A very nice modern grocery store. The deli section is very nice and robust with quality options for sandwiches as well as some hot bar items. Overall a good place to shop.

A bit pricey but great food choices. Deli is my favorite part of the store. Offers great food ready to eat. Theres also self checkout.

Always a great place to shop. I like the staff there they are nice. And the deli department is always loaded with goodies. Just wish their hot wheels were a dollar like many other stores also wish they had a bigger variety of seafood. Over all great place.

I went to the bakery to look for a ice cream cake only to find one of the employees working in the bakery catching an ear full from who appeared to be the head of the bakery. The person being rebuked helped me order a cake last week and had great costumer service. She was so helpful. I was in the baking dept for about 7 minutes and noticed that she was catching an earful the whole time. I think the disgruntled lady was taking it way to far. I went up to her and thanked her again and thanked her for her all her help last week.I often tell my freinds to order cakes from Luckys however that might have just changed. I need to reevaluate the situation.

Clerks are very friendly always with a smile and the store is nice organized and clean.

They need to update thier meat department to closed fridges, Ive purchased meat that wasnt any good from here a few times. Some items I needed where not in stock for a few weeks,got tried of it even though I live a block away . Started going to nob hill for good meat or safeway.

This store is clean and well managed. With everything that is going on they have done really well keeping everything in order. They are well stocked with most things, soups are very limited as well as some waters. But if I cant find something at other stores I can find it here. Employees are okay, some are really nice, others just want you to go away, but all-in-all, they help you find what you need.

Always clean, and even with all of the stuff going on these days, well stocked. Great produce section. Really friendly people.

The woman in the customer service dept was not very nice. Even when saying thank you and have a Merry Christmas... zero response back.

The employees at self check out were rude an acting like we were going to steal when they clearly seen we were swiping every item. An when we asked for help the employee just stared at us an then answered us very rudely which made us feel like not wanting to ever shop there again very sad to have to experience that

They followed my dad and I out of the store just because I was disabled. Not okay for a store to act like this and a rude lady said we have to walk you out to get the cart because your son is disabled. Never going back ever again. So disappointed and I do not recommend

This is the cleanest and most open floor plan store in Hollister. Most of their staff have been there a long time and are very kind and knowledgable.

You guys seriously need to monitor your freezer/fridge temps better. Ive lost count of the times weve gotten sick off of perishables from Lucky. Last night my son got into Drumsticks my wife brought home before I could check them. They were not even close to resembling something frozen. Sure enough, he became violently ill.

As always Lucky Supermarket delivers great everyday deals and competitive pricing. Due to the current state of the country, practicing social distancing, and learning a new way of life is crucial. That being said the lines have gotten out of hand. Thats not Luckys fault per say but having an extra check out line open might help. Love to shop luckys when im cruising this side of the galaxy, give it a go.

Meat no good costco best

One of the few stores in hollister with a really diverse selection of groceries that other stores dont quite match up with.

First and last time in this store.It was very clean and have all items someone might need but it’s personal is rude and unfriendly . Honestly this people need to learn a little bit about customer service. It was horrible to see how poorly the do their job.I was impressed by the store and disappointed of the staff.

Prices are very high here, I go to the smaller Mexican market called Hollister Super, where prices are more reasonable.

Great service lower prices

The primary pharmacist, Akram, has always been very kind to me and helpful. All of the employees Ive encountered have been very professional and personable. Its clear that they all TRULY care about their customers satisfaction and work hard to ensure they go that extra mile to make you feel cared for.

Disappointed that they had ALL Free and Clear on sale for $8.99, with the stipulation that you buy 5 for the discount. No one that worked there could believe it either.So 5 would cost about $50 with tax, last my father and INot really practical for anyone.HOWEVER we would have to find a place to store them forever.79 loads times 5 bottles would be about 400 loads of laundry at 3 loads a week.Since its not really something you see in large letters its kind of misleading.

Found some cheese options I had only found at more upscale stores before. Ill be back for those for sure!

Nice, clean store with aisles wide enough for 2 people to pass and not cluttered up with a lot of those cardboard displays for special items (a real pain to get by). Prices are the most reasonable of the larger grocery stores in Hollister. Sales can be a real savings. Meats are good quality and produce is fresh. Good selection for most everything offered. Cashiers and baggers are very friendly and helpful, many going out of their way to help you. Luckys is my favorite grocery store in Hollister and I highly recommend them.

My favorite grocery store. Everyone is helpful, and everything I need is there. Cashiers are quick and polite as well as the grocery baggers. Deli and Bakery workers are also polite and helpful. Meat department is kept well stocked. Store and restrooms are clean.

Lucky is a relatively clean store. Prices are lower than both Safeway and Nob Hill on must items. There were ample cashiers to tend to the customers when I went.

There ATM machine does not ask for a PIN number and we spent over $50 yes. Wheres the security in that. Also tried using the self-checkout and it wanted to charge me for a paper bag.

Everyone is wearing masks, cant tell if anyone is smiling at you when wishing you a good day, safety first right..! Everything is jacked up in price, well not everything, grocery bags are still the same price.

Was just in the store and was using Express lane to check out. Was having problems with my phone number being accepted. Older man was there to help and he was not helpful at all. Found out he was the store manager! Very disappointing! Otherwise I like to store personnel. Went to a check-out and my phone number was accepted!
